What do you like best about the product?
Celigo offers expansive and robust integration capabilities on integrator.io. User friendly and the support received is exceptional!
With the various data protocols in play, working with API, EDI, FTP connections allows for in-depth configuration to support various customer requirements!

What do you dislike about the product?
I would only suggest more integration template flexibility. Sometimes there are certain features locked, but nothing that blocks major development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo offers flexiibility in data transfer. When other integration metholodologies fall short with field mapping or scripting limits, Celigo offers the space to expand functionality.
Easy-to-Use, Reliable Integrations with Serious Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is an upgrade over other tools that lacked reliability and maintainability, while still being very easy to use by the team. In our case, we had some integrations that were not fully supported in other platforms and Celigo is very easy to use while bringing more serious capabilities to help with reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to have an AI workflow builder.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is a very powerful tool that lets you connect almost any of your business platforms or tools that have an API, making it easier to integrate the systems you already use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo does have a bit of a learning curve, so you generally need to be at least somewhat technical to use it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo has allowed us to create a connection between our sales and financial software, eliminating a manual invoicing process and saving hours of staff time.
Practical Automation Made Easy with Celigo
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Celigo is how practical it feels. I can take something messy and manual and turn it into a clean, automated flow pretty quickly. The JavaScript hooks give me real control, but it’s still structured enough to stay organized. It helps me solve real problems, and actually see the impact of what I build.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Celigo is that sometimes it feels like you’re fighting when things get complex. Error messages can be vague, debugging payloads weren't originally easy, but debugging mode helps. And once flows get layered, tracking down what actually broke takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to show clients our integrations much more clearly. They can see the tiles and I can explain how they work.
My experience with celigo
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to work with, and the user experience is smooth. The documentation is updated every time, and it explains the processes from A to Z.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t run into anything critical. The only improvement I’d suggest is extending the time range covered in the debug log, since it would make troubleshooting easier.

Flexible, Easy-to-Use Integrations with Minimal Coding
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is a flexible and easy to use integration tool (iPaaS) that lets us build both simple and complex integration flows with minimal coding. It is also makes it easy to get reports and alerts on errors and with the auto resolve error mode it makes it the perfect tool to run an worry free Integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be able to get the most out of the product you will need to do some basic training, however the Celigo University training program is a great to quickly get trained and even certified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having to build an integration with scripts in NetSuite we can either start from an Integration Template or Integration app that gives us all the best practices out of the box. This saves us a lot of time to setup a new integration and still gives us the flexibility to customise the integration flow to our needs.

Sometimes it's complicated to know which data (object) has been processed in the streams, which sometimes makes testing tricky.

Works Out of the Box with Great Authentication and Script Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is great because it works out of the box with the most platform. All authentication methods are available and the customization with scripts is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo is very expensive, making It not always worth using the platform for simple things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation. A lot of work can be done by hand, but automation makes it perfect. Especially stock updates now go almost realtime.
