Celigo Streamlined Our Operations and Eliminated Manual Work

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Celigo simplifies and automates data flows between NetSuite and other platforms without requiring heavy custom scripting. It’s saved our team significant time and eliminated manual data entry errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is robust, which means configuration requires attention to detail. That’s not a negative, but it does mean success depends on good planning and understanding your data structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is helping us automate data flow between NetSuite and multiple external systems — including e-commerce platforms. It eliminates repetitive manual entry, reduces the likelihood of human error, and provides us with real-time visibility into orders and inventory. The result is faster processing, cleaner data, and more time for our team to focus on higher-value work, rather than troubleshooting integrations.

Effortless NetSuite Integrations, Glitches Quickly Resolved.

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create complex integrations with NetSuite. If you need a connector between NetSuite and your software, it's hard to go wrong with Celigo. I've used homebrew solutions in similar software and they are more headache even once you've got them up and running. Celigo has done the legwork and thought through the edge cases and made an integration platform that works extremely well. In the case of issues, the Celigo support team is knowledgeable and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rarely you will see failures that need further investigation and manual remediation. Doesn't happen often, and the celigo support team seems to be able to fix promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between NetSuite and our Ecommerce Platform

Excellent iPaaS - lots of customization and connectivity options

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Their tools are frequently being enhanced and connections to new platforms being added. They have an excellent included training program with Celigo University. The tool is very flexible and is adept at data transformation. I appreciate that their are JavaScript coding options for more advanced transformations if you want to use them. The error handling is also excellent and easy to work with. If errors do happen in a workflow, you can see the current state of the data and it's very easy to correct and retry mid-stream. This error handling aspect is leaps ahead of a traditional ETL tools like SSIS. We use an on premise SQL Server heavily and appreciate the on premise agent which makes local queries of data VERY easy. We're currently connecting data in the cloud and on premise with about 10 different applications and use it extensively in a retail setting for order and customer data flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is "low code" I don't think it's fair to call it "no code" unless you're using one of their out-of-the-box integrations. Large batches are doable, but can have a very long run time if you need to process say 100K records at a shot - it's much better at continuous near-real-time integration. Although error handling works well, it's still a little challenging to debug what happens to a data record as it moves through a lengthy custom flow with many steps and custom transformations that might have decision trees involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us connect customer and order data across a variety of platforms we use whether it's our ERP, eCommerce platform, marketplaces, POS, marketing platforms, etc. We've also been able to consolidate almost all of our integrations into Celigo which makes management of integrations easier.

Amazing Tool - Unlock Automation!

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo's visual flow builder makes building and maintaining NetSuite integrations far more manageable than pure custom development. You can map fields, set up transformations, and design workflows through an intuitive interface, though there's definitely a learning curve when you're dealing with complex business logic. The platform really shines with its pre-built connectors - things like NetSuite to BigCommerce can be operational within days rather than weeks of custom development. That said, more complex scenarios requiring custom RESTlets or intricate business rules will take longer to implement and require careful planning upfront.

Key upsides:

The platform offers robust capabilities for error handling, data transformation, scheduling, conditional logic, and logging - essentially everything you need to manage enterprise integrations reliably. In practice, you'll interact with Celigo daily - monitoring dashboards for transaction flows, catching failed records, and ensuring data moves smoothly between systems. It becomes part of your regular routine, especially when managing business-critical flows like inventory updates or order processing. When issues arise, you'll dive deeper to modify flows or troubleshoot data mapping problems.

The troubleshooting tools make it much easier to identify where data issues occur compared to hunting through custom scripts. When standard connectors don't quite fit your needs - like with your bin tracking inventory scenarios - Celigo's ability to work with RESTlets and custom NetSuite scripts provides the flexibility you need without abandoning the platform entirely. This hybrid approach lets you leverage the structure and monitoring of an integration platform while still handling unique business requirements.

The documentation and support resources are solid, which matters when you're deep in troubleshooting a complex data flow issue. Having access to their team's NetSuite expertise can save significant time versus figuring everything out independently.

For a wholesale operation managing inventory, orders, and financial data across multiple locations and systems, Celigo provides a centralized way to maintain integrations that would otherwise require managing numerous custom scripts and manual processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to see all the export schedules in one area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo solves the challenge of keeping NetSuite, BigCommerce, and our business applications synchronized across multiple nursery locations without manual data entry or extensive custom coding.

Problems addressed:
E-commerce orders flow automatically from BigCommerce into NetSuite for fulfillment, eliminating manual entry errors and ensuring accurate order details. For inventory management, Celigo handles updates and movements across locations with bin tracking, though our unique requirements still need some custom RESTlet work. The platform manages orchestration and error handling, making everything more reliable.

Benefits:
Staff time is freed from manual data transfer to focus on higher-value work. We get real-time visibility into inventory and order status across all locations, critical for providing customers accurate availability. Centralized error monitoring catches issues immediately instead of days later. From an IT perspective, managing integrations in one platform rather than scattered scripts makes troubleshooting and knowledge transfer much easier.

User-Friendly with Impressive Integration Options

  • October 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and with many integration options.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some situations where errors arise, it would be helpful to have the option to download the entire request. This would allow me to search for a specific value across all records that contain errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration between Salesforce and NetSuite has been a key aspect of my workflow. It allows for smoother data transfer and better coordination between sales and financial operations. This connection helps streamline processes and reduces the need for manual data entry, making my daily tasks more efficient.

Easy and quick way to expose APIs to all devs for use and monitoring

  • October 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We needed a more open solution to sync data internally between our inside apps, that wasn't only available to certain app devs or certain skillsets. Celigo allowed any of our developers to be able to create or maintain that company-wide, and even let some managers monitor the flows for errors.
After some brief training, we had 4 devs up to speed and trying it out and have successfully deployed quite a few flows already.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it's not so obvious for new developers what to do in specific circumstances without doing more research. Not a bad thing, but not as easy as it might be. The learning classes help a lot but really only hands-on dev gives the experience needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have our APIs stuck in silos of specific apps, at least one side of the calls is made openly through Celigo and any developer can jump in and troubleshoot them without having to learn another API format or have access to other systems. We don't use many of the default templates but a few might be very useful in the near future.
