What do you like best about the product?
There is an impressive range of solutions available to address nearly any processing challenge that might arise. Also, their support option Ask An Expert is a great resource to resolve issues and to learn how to optimize flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some upgrades and significant changes to the user interface are not clearly communicated. Additionally, implementing custom flows comes at a high cost, and there is a tendency to recommend third-party development instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use Celigo to handle Shopify and Amazon FBA processes, such as shipment billing, customer management, and payments, integrating all of this data into NetSuite.

Go for it if you’re looking for a solid integration platform

  • October 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is a low code integration platform, it gives you good scalability and flexibility based on business needs, and with its customization options you can handle different kinds of use cases easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo is a really good integration platform with a lot of benefits, but if we look at what could be better, it’s mostly around the prebuilt apps (Integration Apps). They work well for standard use cases, but when things get a bit specific or unusual, they don’t always give enough flexibility to match what the business actually needs.

You can still handle those cases using custom flows, so it’s not a blocker, but it would be great if the Integration Apps themselves had more customization options to handle those edge cases without needing to build everything separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration can get pretty complex, especially if you’re not very technical — that’s where Celigo really comes in as a game changer. Even though you still need a decent understanding to design and deploy integrations properly, it makes the whole process much more manageable.

With its prebuilt integrations and relatively easy-to-handle mechanisms, it simplifies a lot of things and helps you get up and running much faster compared to building everything from scratch.

A practical solution for system integration

  • October 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Using Celigo has been a smooth experience overall. It’s easy to move around the platform and understand what’s happening in your integrations. Setting things up doesn’t feel overwhelming, even if you’re not deeply technical. Most connections between systems can be configured without much hassle.

Getting started is fairly quick, and there are ready-made options available that help you connect common systems without building everything from scratch. Making changes to a flow is also straightforward, and you can adjust how data moves between systems without needing extensive training.

From an admin point of view, monitoring integrations and fixing errors is manageable. When something fails, it’s usually easy to find where the issue happened and retry the process after correcting it. The platform also allows room for more advanced adjustments when business requirements get more complex.

Overall, Celigo feels practical and dependable for day-to-day integration work. It supports both simple and more detailed setups without making things unnecessarily complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific — it’s an easy-to-use and efficient platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us connect different systems so they work together without constant manual effort. Earlier, we had to update records in multiple places and double-check everything to make sure the data matched. That was time-consuming and easy to mess up.

Now, information moves automatically between systems, which reduces confusion and keeps data consistent. It makes day-to-day operations smoother and allows us to focus on actual work instead of fixing data issues.
