Flexible Data Management on a User-Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is very flexible to the user where the data can be modified in many number of ways.
Flows are very transparent as we can see how the data is flowing between endpoints.

Nothing in particular, it's quite user friendly and efficient platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is making the businesses easier to manage and automate many processes which would be difficult to handle.
User-Friendly and Efficient Platform I Love
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo makes it easy for us to connect NetSuite with other business apps so we dont have to enter data again and again by hand. It reduce many small mistakes that was happening before. The drag and drop tools is simple to use and creating or expanding integrations dont take much time. Overall it improve our data accuracy and give better visibility and make our work more smooth across systems.

Nothing in particular its quite user friendly and efficient platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is solving the problem of disconnected systems and manual data entry. It help us save time reduce errors and keep the business data in sync automatic.

- The ease of connecting to applications with a lot of prebuilt adapters and the universal HTTP connector.
- The cool and user friendly UI that helps build the integrations easier and faster when compared with other integration application.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular in my experience till date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating day to day business processes and helping integration ecommerce application with ERP, improving the data accuracy. Eliminates a lot of manual work and errors. The realtime integrations help sync the data between the systems in keep the data accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo’s iPaaS platform offers excellent flexibility for handling complex integrations. The error-handling, mapping capabilities, and flow monitoring tools are robust, making it easy to manage high-volume data syncs between systems like NetSuite and third-party applications. The support team is knowledgeable and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike — the platform is intuitive and easy to use once you understand the basics.

Celigo is helping us automate data flow across different business applications, reducing manual effort and errors. It has significantly improved efficiency and overall process visibility.
A Powerful Integration Tool, yet it has a Steep Learning Curve and sometimes sparse Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Although it does have a learning curve, it's a very powerful integration tool for connecting systems together and many of the "out of the box" connectors can streamline connectivity between systems.
I used Celigo on a daily basis on a daily basis for over three years whilst integrating numerous ecommerce storefronts to various backend systems including major ERPs.
It is very reliable and works fairly seamlessly, it is well thought out and the mapping between systems is relatively easy, particularly when working within out of the box connectors.
The customer support is excellent, though often it takes a bit of time to break through the Level 1 support to find people that truly know what they're talking about and aren't just providing "canned answers".

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the documentation is a little sparse in some areas, particularly when it comes to programming functionality that isn't apparent (and ideally should be) in the UI. Whilst I understand there are use cases where you do need to modify data flows, I found this often to be the case, which then requires almost expert level knowledge to do things that are only fairly simple (and you better brush up on your Javascript programming if you have any hope of doing this yourself).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it as the main junction point between e-commerce shopping cart systems and ERPs for all order flows, including order synchronisation, fulfillments, shipping advice updates, payments and reconciliations with payment providers.
Effortless Error Checking and Simple Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to browse and check errors. In addtion, the support articles helps to undertand the cause of errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some errors can be auto-resolved but we don't have that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Celigo for Shopify, loos and other 3pl connections.

Can build integrations and data flows that show immediate effects - business processes run smooth. Essential for e-commerce.

Incorrect use might sometimes turn low-code into mostly-code.

Celigo connects our company’s systems and has helped us scale our O2C and R2C flows.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and ease of use are outstanding. The team is always working to improve the user experience and add new features, making the platform better with each update.
What do you dislike about the product?
It attempts to be helpful by saving everything, but this can sometimes lead to it becoming bloated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the flow of information from Netsuite to our vendors and websites, ensuring that transaction and item details are always accurate and up to date.
Easy Setup and Excellent Support, Though Costs Can Rise with Growth
What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of different pre built connections and flows, which makes getting started a lot easier than some other systems we've worked with. The support team is also really good, they are quick to help and suggest ways to accomplish something with our integration. They also seem to innovate and add new features and connections very regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a pricier solution if you're used to smaller connectors, especially as you grow and add more systems connected with Celigo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We aim to keep our data out of silos, where NetSuite is our source of truth. Celigo helps with keeping that goal, and is robust and flexible enough to connect with a ton of different systems.
Excellent Support and Friendly Service
What do you like best about the product?
Responsiveness to solve an issue, knowledgeable and friendly associates!
What do you dislike about the product?
No accurate error messages are provided when there is an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Celigo integration to post csv files of payroll download from Toast Payroll and sales data from CTUIT to NetSuite. Gabby Fellows is an excellent associate.
