Essential Integration Tool with Great Support

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the pre-built connectors they have with our largest trading partners. The customer support team is extremely helpful. Celigo promptly notifies users if our trading partners are changing their integration standards and provides useful documentation to make the changes. We use Celigo on an everyday basis and it is a significant part of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the error handling is difficult for a non-technical user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure if this would qualify as a 'problem', but Celigo is absolutely a business essential for us to conduct ecommerce with D2C orders.

What do you like best about the product?
Let's me connect our 3PL to NetSuite. We have live shipping data right under one roof because of Celigo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the file size limit for CSV imports was higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo's ability to connect websites to NetSuite that otherwise wouldn't be able to talk to eachother is huge. My biggest problem that Celigo solved was connecting Jarrett (our 3pl) to NetSuite. Having live data to see when products will arrive to customers is huge for CRM.

What do you like best about the product?

Seamless Automation, Needs Stronger Knowledge Base

What do you like best about the product?
I have found Celigo to be a valuable tool for automating our integration needs, especially between our system and the third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse. It efficiently synchronizes our product orders to the fulfillment center and reports back the fulfillment and stock quantities to us. I appreciate how straightforward it was to set up the initial workflows, allowing us to get the framework in place effortlessly. Additionally, the real-time adding capability of Celigo is incredibly useful as it picks up orders as they are created, and the ability to split workflows effectively addresses challenges with integration outputs. The platform is also cost-effective compared to other vendors, with the necessary connection endpoints that meet our needs. Furthermore, its multiple options for endpoint connectors and the ease of configuring them make building workflows quick and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some of the more advanced functions in Celigo challenging to set up, which requires knowledge of JavaScript. Additionally, the lack of an in-depth knowledge base makes leveraging these advanced features difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Celigo to automate integration with our third-party logistics, enabling seamless order syncing and fulfillment reporting, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo makes integration implementation remarkably straightforward. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive and easy to use for implementations, allowing you to build and deploy integrations quickly without heavy coding. Once the foundation is in place, it’s simple to expand by adding new endpoints and flows, enabling continuous growth and scalability over time. Customer support is very helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. Celigo is the best Ipaas thats currently available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us seamlessly connect NetSuite with other business applications, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors. Its low-code, drag-and-drop interface makes building and scaling integrations quick and efficient. As a result, we’ve improved data accuracy, visibility, and overall operational efficiency across systems.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the number one integration platform out there for mid-market, and everyone knows it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be somewhat more expensive compared to others.

Celigo helps us keep different systems working together, communicating between them, and doing so quite seamlessly (which reduces our costs by not having to pay for all the expensive modules from a unique ERP system)

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Celigo can integrate Salesforce with NetSuite. The Ease of use of Celigo. Customer Support was also very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I’m still getting familiar with Celigo, but I really appreciate its integration and automation capabilities. It’s clear that the platform is powerful and flexible, and it seems like it can handle a lot of different use cases. Once I get the hang of it, I can see it saving a lot of time and streamlining processes that would otherwise be manual.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep, so getting up to speed takes some time. The interface is feature-rich, which is great, but it can feel overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Altura Innovation, we use Celigo to manage integrations for our clients, which helps connect different systems smoothly and reduces manual work. It’s making processes more efficient, and our clients can rely on consistent data flow across their platforms. What do you like best about the product?
Celigo strikes a perfect balance between a powerful developer platform and an intuitive interface for non-technical users. As a developer, I appreciate how easily I can build and manage complex integrations with our trading partners and seamlessly flow data into our ERP. For my non-technical team, Celigo’s user-friendly error handling keeps everything running smoothly without technical intervention. While I rarely need customer support for day-to-day use, their team has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable whenever I’ve worked on more advanced builds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that logging was better and history had more than 30 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo allows us to create API and EDI Connections between our trading partners so we can efficiently send business data.

Celigo Makes Integration Easy and Efficient—My Go-To for Automation

What do you like best about the product?
When I first started using Celigo I found it easy to learn and maintain as an admin. I have had many clients since then that use this and ask for help maintaining the many flows this software can have. It integrates flawlessly with many systems and earns its place as my primary go to for anyone trying to automate a process where they need two systems to talk. Data is easily pulled from one system and merged into necessary fields on another or easily picked up from a location after manipulation and input into the new system.

Many times this helps the clients I work with avoid higher head count to perform the tasks that the software picks up on and then team only needs to reconcile the data for any variances or errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many will cite cost or learning curve but there are many resources out there and their engineers speak plain English when setting it up with you. Cost, trust me when I say that you will save way more by spending the money here than you would on hiring more staff to do what this software can do for you. From daily, weekly, monthly and beyond, no task too small and no data left behind.

It helps pull data out from multiple stores and places it easily into my ERP software
