Effortless Data Integration, Just Missing In-App Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Celigo makes it super simple to move data from one system to another. It can handle more complex integrations, but I leave those to IT teams. For what I need, I am able to build and manage flows with ease. Plus, it hasn’t had any errors so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have anything in particular. I like the tool. If pressed to give a response, I’d say it could have in-app guidance that could help people like me. All other apps do that, so I have come to expect that. I’d want to be able to turn them off, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It connects CRM to other systems of record that were previously disconnected. It improves internal and external work flows.
Celigo helps companies scale better, faster and smarter!
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has been a game changer for our clients. The platform helps reduce manual work, eliminating errors that slows businesses down. We are seeing clients improve accuracy in their operations, move faster and continue to scale without adding additional headcount. The flexibility Celigo provides has helped us deliver reliable solutions creating true business value.
What do you dislike about the product?
For clients that are more in the emerging market, Celigo can feel like a pretty big investment upfront. It is a robust solution, so spending time up front to understand flows and managing the integrations will help things run much more smoothly. You'll notice how quickly the cost pays for itself by reducing manual effort and errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo has many benefits but some that come top of mind are around unifying disconnected systems. Many time clients are struggling with siloed systems. Celigo allows for seamless data flow. Manual processes get replaced with automation allowing teams to focus more on growth.
Celigo Excels at Empowering Non-Technical Users, Additional Flow Features Would Be Nice
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is very helpful for the various business partners I work with. It allows for non-technical users to integrate various APIs, databases, and endpoints and manage those connections without having to have very in depth technical knowledge. This includes being able to get notified of, troubleshoot and resolve errors that occur. I do appreciate the level of technical support, both in their expertise and the speed with which the issues are resolved. Even in the case of very difficult issue, that took a reasonable period of time to resolved, I felt as though the Celigo support team kept up steady progress and got the issue resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once recent issue I have run into, though it has a workaround, is when creating Celigo flows for a client, sometimes the flows require a grouping of records into a single record. Though when the export originally happens, especially with built in connectors (such as Salesforce), the query mandatorily makes the exported records as a list. When trying to then do a built import, there is no way to easily combine those into a single record. Essentially if a flow starts with a single record, it stays as a single record, and if a flows starts as a list of records, it can only stay as a list, and it would be nice to be able to change that more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo provides a clear and simplified UI for making connections between different business environments, i.e. APIs, databases, etc. It allows for businesses I work with to be able to manage these connections without having to rely on expensive technical resources for every issue.
Powerful Integrations with Room for Advanced Logic Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo’s prebuilt connectors, intuitive UI, and flexible integration capabilities make it easy to automate complex workflows without heavy coding. It’s scalable, reliable, and ideal for streamlining cross-platform operations. Ease of implementation as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features like synchronous APIs or custom logic (looping, branching) are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us automate data flows between systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, and Snowflake, reducing manual work and errors. It saves time, improves data accuracy, and allows our team to focus on analysis rather than data wrangling.
Great Support and Training, but Simple Tasks Can Be Cumbersome
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are lots of prebuilt connectors, there is lots of support online, and there are training sessions to help you get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I want to do something simple like import CSV records, there is a lot of setup involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us automate repetitive tasks. There is a certain app that we have to import data into every week, and now Celigo does that for us. It's also great for uploading large csv files to NetSuite.
Factor Bikes x Celigo_A digital transformation journey
What do you like best about the product?
What stood out to me most about Celigo was that, from the very beginning, their sales team brought engineers into our meetings so they could truly understand our internal workflows and talk through how Celigo could support the integration between NetSuite and Shopify. They were thorough in covering the full picture, from forward sales processes to reverse logistics like returns and refunds. Above all, I found Celigo’s interface extremely user-friendly—people on our team without coding backgrounds could still navigate it easily and understand what was happening at a glance. Celigo has saved us a considerable amount of time during our digital transformation, noticeably reducing the workload for our front-end operations team and helping set the stage for additional cross-platform integrations in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small and medium-sized businesses, subscribing to Celigo can seem like a significant upfront expense. However, the long-term benefits far outweigh the initial cost. The support and level of attention we’ve received throughout the entire process have been genuinely invaluable. This has been our honest experience since we started working with Celigo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since integrating NetSuite and Shopify through Celigo, our sales team has significantly reduced the time required for order entry and has nearly eliminated manual errors. As a result, they can focus more of their energy on engaging with customers, which helps improve overall customer satisfaction.
Effortless Integration and Time Savings with Powerful No-Code Tools
What do you like best about the product?
That I can connect anything to anything. I can make my database the source of truth, and then send data from all of my other systems to the database. From there, I can then easily add a custom field in any application to import data from another system. That saves me so much time in my day to day work. And the ai features within the platform make building easy and fast. A real no-code / low-code tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn’t about the platform per se, but I have to have clean data in order to accomplish some of the newer asks we are working on. No one has clean data. No mdh to help fix this, so you do have to work with the business to clean up your data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moves Data from one system to another, which saves me hours of manual work
Flexible, Easy to Use, and Packed with Prebuilt Connectors
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, ease of use and robust prebuilt connectors. Allows for non technical, business people to build integrations with a focus on process automation/efficiency without a developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
We hardly get any error messages, but when we do they can be a little vague at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction in manual data entry, less reliance on developers, streamlined processes.
Celigo in the tool that anybody and everybody can use for integrating data
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Celigo is easy to use for people outside of IT. Everyday person in operations, is able to use the tool with just a bit of training. Celigo helps us move data from CRM to financial systems that power our business. It saves our team hours of manual work clicking back and forth between systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not always able to resolve errors on my own. When it is a data integrity issue on our side, then yes, I can resolve those. But when the issue isn’t easy to locate, then I do require higher level of technical help. I wish it would say issue is likely on your side or issue is likely on our side. From there identify the system. More AI to help make it easy for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It connects CRM to other systems of record that were previously disconnected. It improves internal and external work flows.
Easy Endpoint Connections, But Prebuilt Flows Need Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Making connections to new endpoints is fairly straight forward and easy. Creating a connection to a sandbox account is able to be done and then switching the endpoint to production is easy. Their support is quick to respond and typically very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the prebuilt flows require quite a bit of added customization to make it work for your application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their tool allows us to maintain all integrations in one place, including EDI. This allows us to see any errors in one place and act on them quickly and easily.
