What do you like best about the product?
The customer support and project planning contributed to a smooth implementation process. We were able to integrate it seamlessly with our existing systems and quickly begin using its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training was helpful, but I found it somewhat generic, which made it challenging to apply directly to the specific needs of our environment. Nevertheless, it served as a decent introduction.

Moving data from like systems that are not designed to interact with each other

What do you like best about the product?
We have enjoyed a partnership-oriented relationship with Celigo for many years now. Theri onboarding ans upport teams are top-notch. The platform is easy to use, even for non-technical people - which makes integrations easy to create and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you anticipate heavy loads/error‐handling demands, you should test those specific scenarios carefully. The error logs are not always as descript as we would like. Fortunately, this is rare for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo makes EDI integration with unique trading partners intuitive and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use, and the prebuilt flows simplify most integrations. Customer support stands out as exceptional, always providing quick responses and high-quality assistance. We truly wouldn't be where we are today without their help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that troubleshooting errors can be confusing when they happen.

We have a particular use case involving just one trading partner, and Celigo is assisting us in managing the flow.

One iPaaS to Rule Them All

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the connections between systems are visually represented, allowing even novice users the ability to build complex flows. From the very beginning, Celigo sets up its customers for success. After our initial implementation, we contracted their Advisory Services to help establish connections to our multiple endpoints, and we found these working sessions to be infinitely helpful to our users. At the time of writing, all of our flows are either realtime or scheduled to run nightly on a delta, and Celigo's built in error tracking and resolution allows us to identify and remediate issues as they arise. These flows have quickly become integral to our daily work routine, and we are constantly looking for more ways to integrate and automate using Celigo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely don't have many things to complain about, but if I had to pick one thing, it would be that there is less transparency when a flow runs successfully to be able to confirm exactly how data moved without tracking the data down in the target system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo gives us a platform to automate data and file transfers between systems that otherwise wouldn't be able to communicate easily and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the mapping and initial setup can be a bit confusing. However, this is not always a Celigo issue. Many times it is due to the software being connected (ie Netsuite).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company needed Salesforce and Netsuite to pass data back and forth and work as one together. Celigo has fulfilled that required on all levels.

What do you like best about the product?
Its seamless intergration with Shopify, Netsuite, Stripe
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not user friendly to non technical people. The FAQs for the error log in particular are extremely technical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Orders are correctly integrated into NetSuite from Shopify, which is essential for our record keeping

Simple and Satisfying Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with and runs smoothly. I have experienced very few issues while working with it. If something unknown should pop up, the support team responds fast and effectively. In general, it has made my workload with processing Amazon changing so much easier!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, maybe the layout of the errors if they were more compact and not having to click on each shop site to see if it's, for example, stock issues or just a technical issue with just an update info; it can be time-consuming clicking on all the individual errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amazon payment processing !
