Great Support and Functionality, but Costly and Complex Implementation

What do you like best about the product?
Once the mapping is done, it works the way it should.
Opening support tickets is easy and service reps are very helpful in making sure a solution to the errors is always reached.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to implement by someone not qualified. We are forced to use a third party company for every new implementation at great expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Addresses the entire sales order life-cycle from order entry to payments reconciliation. The amount of labor-time saved cuts across many departments. As long as your website is producing the volume, the cost is well justified. Celigo helps us improve our customer service by providing our customers visibility of their transactions in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
With a robust suite of customizable options and solutions, I can proceed with my projects confidently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some nuances of the UI that I would prefer to be different, but that's just a nitpick. Having more customization on UI preferences would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interconnectivity between our global subsidiaries as well as bridging the gap between our ERP and CRM systems.

What do you like best about the product?
The inetgration is easy and clear for general users as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some errors can be auto-resolved, but celigo does not have that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to connect multiple 3pls with same middle ware tool. I can monitor and manage the errors daily from single tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is a great platform to build out your integration to NetSuite with. It give a consistent user experience that can be simple to get started with through the pre-built integration applications, but has the flexibility to grow as your businesses complexity increase and your integration points change. Once you learn the basics of the integrations it is pretty easy to manage complex flows. Their help documentation and customer support is top notch. I have pointed it out to others vendors as a gold standard to aspire to.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, licensing and pricing could be confusing, especially when dealing with a mix of pre-built applications and their add-ons. Recently they have updated this pricing model to be based on connection endpoint and active flow counts. which have improved the complexity. It could be a little cheaper, but is competitive with its peers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo integrates three separate shopify plus stores, Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace into our NetSuite platform. We are also considering using some EDI functionality in the future to consolidate platforms.

Versatile Integration Platform At A Reasonable Price

What do you like best about the product?
We value the ease of retrying record syncs and the having ability to easily add lookup steps in the flows to modify them as needed
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot view logs of successful record transfer, so if you have an event where a record processes successfully on Celigo but has issues in the destination platform, it's hard to investigate. Price scaling can be prohibitive to adding more systems at a reasonable price if you only need to perform very few lookup steps outside of your core platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo connects our website to our ERP for inventory, product, price, transaction, customer sync. It also connects our shipping platform to our 3PL provider for order/shipment and status sync.

Easy to build in, great support, some quirks

What do you like best about the product?
The platform overall is fairly easy to build in and use. I'm in the tool everyday building, managing, and troubleshooting flows. Most of the time it's pretty straight forward on how to build one, but when issues pop up Celigo has a great support system with a support team, office hours, and account reps who can point you in the direction you need to go. They are adding new things all of the time and rarely have something I want to do in it that I'm not able to.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main gripes with Celigo would be each time our account rep becomes no longer our account rep, we aren't aware of it until we reach out to them. Also the new Walmart product flows I am not a fan of, very cumbersome to set up with many product types with a lot of duplicate fields needing to be mapped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo manages all of the data transfers between our ERP system and our various marketplaces, including eBay, Walmart, Amazon, and Shopify. This includes orders, product data, fulfillment, inventory, and even settlement/financial data. We are in the process of setting up some EDI processes as well through the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, making navigation straightforward. Implementation is quick, and there is a broad selection of prebuilt templates and connectors available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error handling, logging, and diagnostics. Error messages can often be vague or insufficiently detailed, which makes diagnosing problems more time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is solving the challenge of syncing thousands of daily Shopify orders into NetSuite, along with the related fulfillments, customer deposits, and payment applications. Instead of manually keying in data or relying on error-prone imports, Celigo ensures everything flows automatically and in real time.

This automation saves countless hours of manual work, improves data accuracy across systems, and allows orders to be processed and fulfilled faster. By having payments, deposits, and fulfillments tied directly to orders in NetSuite, finance and operations always have a clear, up-to-date view of the business. The biggest benefit is scalability — Celigo lets us handle high volumes of transactions seamlessly, freeing the IT team to focus on strategy and growth rather than repetitive tasks.
