Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
We have had a great experience using Celigo for our integration needs. One of the standout aspects has been their prompt and reliable customer support. Anytime we've encountered an issue or had a question, the support team responded quickly with clear, actionable guidance, which helped minimize downtime and keep our operations running smoothly. We use the Celigo flow daily between Shopify and Netsuite.
The error handling within Celigo is also very well-designed. Whenever a flow doesn't execute as expected, the platform provides clear and detailed error messages. I really appreciate that. This makes it easy to identify exactly where the problem occurred and quickly troubleshoot without guesswork.
In addition, field mappings are straightforward and intuitive. The interface is user-friendly, and it's easy to track how data moves between systems, which adds a layer of confidence when setting up or modifying integrations.
Overall, Celigo has made managing integrations much easier and more transparent for our team. We highly recommend it to any business looking for a reliable and well-supported integration platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using Celigo primarily to integrate our systems with Shopify, and while the platform offers a lot of flexibility and a clean interface, we’ve run into some notable limitations that have impacted our experience.
One of the main challenges has been the lack of deep support for certain Shopify features. For example, handling Shopify metafields and custom discounts has proven difficult or even unsupported through Celigo's standard connectors. These limitations required time-consuming workarounds or custom scripting, which undermines the goal of a low-code integration platform.
Additionally, while Celigo support is generally responsive and helpful, they haven’t been able to offer real solutions when it comes to Shopify-specific constraints. We have received explanations about platform limitations rather than proactive workarounds or roadmaps for improvement.
For businesses that rely heavily on Shopify's more advanced features, it's important to understand that Celigo’s integration may not cover all your use cases out of the box. It works well for standard data flows like orders, products, and customers, but starts to fall short when you need more complex or customized handling.
We still see value in Celigo as an integration tool, especially for broader system connectivity, but we’d caution Shopify users to closely evaluate feature support before committing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an E-Commerce platform, Shopify creates orders from our customers. Celigo takes those orders and the information associated with them and puts them into our ERP system, Netsuite.
Robust tools for automation and integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The vast options of integrations and ability to customize our workflows however we need. We use this tool to connect multiple systems on a daily basis. Keeping our data in sync across multiple platforms. Implementation and daily use have been simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some better reporting options when workflows fail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connections between platforms that don't have native integrations.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity makes the integrations easiest enough for anyone to use and maintain. Not to mention, support is really quick to respond for any of your questions and/or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's really anything to dislike about Celigo!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrations between SFDC and NetSuite have been truly invaluable for us. Being able to connect directly to our bank and automatically post customer payments into NetSuite has significantly reduced our manual workload, saving us about 20 hours each week.
Excellent, versitile, 1-stop integrator.
What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple integrations with our NetSuite instance using Celigo. These include integrations with store fronts such as Shopify, and EDI integrations with customers. We can setup our own Shopify integrations, and when the programmign gets more involved, Celigo enggineers are available, responsive, and capable.
What do you dislike about the product?
No comment. I beleive Celigo to be th ebest available for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In short, our customers have veried needs and Seligo solutions are a big reason we can say, "yes' to every request. We have NetSuite-NetSuite, NetSuite-FTP, NetSuite-Shopify shopify integrations using multiple routes. Celigo seems to have a wide variety of "out-of-the-box" integrations meaning we rarely have a request that they do not already have experience with. The abbreviated turnaround time makes us look very good to our customers.
Great overall service
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use once you get the hang of it, I can create new flows for brand new integrations pretty quickly now. Their customer support team is great super helpful and are always willing to hop on a call and walk through issues. Constant improvements through their quarterly releases are always exciting and feels like they listen to their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a very large amount of ways to build an integration and it's not always clear which is most optimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily integrate between systems, transferring data accurately and especially error management.
Great Partner
What do you like best about the product?
The custom integrations have genuinely impressed me. Over the past few years, the many functionality improvements have made it possible for customers like us to tailor almost every aspect to our preferences. Their customer support is also very helpful and knowledgeable.
I also appreciate their partners, who really stand out in the industry for providing excellent consulting and project management services.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like most SaaS/iPaaS products these days, it’s become more expensive than it was a few years ago. Even so, compared with some competitors, it still feels relatively affordable overall.
One drawback is that the standard integration applications aren’t really built to be tinkered with much. That can be limiting when you need to go beyond the basics and make deeper adjustments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between systems is critical for our operations, as it helps keep the sales and financial teams happy with the system they’re used to while ensuring the data is managed properly. Their technical support is very good and provides advice and solutions for any integration details that may come up.
First integrator I experienced, but great one
What do you like best about the product?
Good UI and functions for the integrating steps
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of functions for reporting system for errors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating data from Concur to Acumatica and Celigo automatically do its job properly.
A powerful tool with huge capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is a platform that is accessible to users of all different knowledge and skill levels. Whether building simple of complex flows, the interface is largely intuitive and help is on hand whether through documentation, customer support, trouble shooting sessions or user forum (connective). Error management and notifications add security to automating processes, with new releases adding functionality and improvements at regular intervals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience can be a little frustrating at times when building flows. Complex flows that have multiple branches can be awkward to set up, with constant manipulation of mock data needed to set up subsequent imports/filters/mappings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo takes all of the data from different departments within the business and brings it together in one place. It performs multiple automations that keep things running smoothly and increase performance and efficiency. Celigo also powers our Shopify stores and various other marketplaces.
Native Integration apps + Custom flows for total control
What do you like best about the product?
The UI makes it very simple and intuitive to create custom flows and work with native integration apps e.g. Amazon - NetSuite apps, plus the possibility to use custom javascript at basically any touch points, exports lookups imports data transformations filters and branching logic allows for total control, so in the same solution you have a low code with out of the box integrations plus total customization and control of an in house built solution
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike per se, I think a big improvement would be being able to create flows with the in-house AI tool, so far it only allows for answers based on help articles or create descriptions of existing flows, ideally by describing the AI the systems involved and the types of record to export/create the AI could provide an initial blueprint of the flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an ecommerce brand aggregator we work with many sales channels and many 3PLs across geo location, hence we need a lot of integrations and a lot of automation flows, they are time consuming to build and maintain, so the native apps solve the issue of the building, plus the customizable universal connector allow to connect to APIs the way we need.
Stable and reliable platform for application connections
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Celigo for about five years, beginning when we first implemented NetSuite. It serves as the link between our core systems—NetSuite, BigCommerce, and PayPal/Braintree—as well as marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, which has helped us automate many of our workflows. Overall, the platform has proven to be reliable, offering a good selection of prebuilt connectors that helped reduce our initial implementation costs, while still allowing us the flexibility to create custom connectors when needed. Although we still make it a routine to log in daily to check for exceptions in the error queue, we generally don't need to spend much time managing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback for us has been cost. Celigo’s partner network has been useful for finding experienced integrators who can keep the upfront cost of new connections or changes more manageable. Support has also been solid whenever we’ve needed help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo assists us in connecting our various third-party web applications, allowing us to efficiently funnel data to and from NetSuite, which serves as our primary system for managing our business operations.
