Celigo meets business needs without all the complexity.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the UI is simple and easy to use. Customer support from internal team from sales to after the sale is solid. We were able to implement in a few weeks. Even as needs become more complex, the platform has remained simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t a way to easily create a single source of truth in the data. I’d also say they could continue to improve on error handling. While it has gotten better, it’s still incredibly hard to figure out what the error is. They should embed more AI into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is allowing us to integrate our crm with some of our marketing tools to better create a custom experience for marketing materials to be sent to customers and prospects. It is helping with lead generation.
Powerful Integration Platform for EDI and API Work – Especially with NetSuite
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and control it gives to developers. Celigo allows you to fully customize integrations through scripting (JavaScript), letting you adapt to any complex business logic. Whether it’s transforming EDI documents, syncing NetSuite with Shopify or Walmart, or resolving edge-case errors, you can handle it all without waiting on vendor support. The platform also makes it easy to monitor, debug, and deploy flows quickly, which is critical in high-volume environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be sluggish at times, especially with large or complex flows. Navigating between flow steps, editing scripts, or searching records can become slow and clunky when working with high-volume integrations. Also, there’s limited version control for scripts or flows, which makes tracking changes or rolling back updates harder than it should be. Reusability of scripts or logic across flows is another area where improvements would help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is helping us automate and manage complex integrations between NetSuite and external systems like Shopify, Walmart, Target, and EDI platforms like Orderful. We’re syncing orders, inventory, settlements, invoices, and ASN data—all while handling edge cases like SSCC generation, packaging rules, and API pagination.
The biggest benefit is saving time and reducing errors. Manual processes that used to take hours (or break due to bad data) are now fully automated. We can build robust flows, monitor failures, and apply fixes quickly. It’s also helping us scale faster, onboard new trading partners, and customize logic without relying on external devs.

It's been a fantastic experience overall utilizing Celigo.
What do you like best about the product?
My experience using Celigo's services has been very positive overall. I have found it extremely useful for managing the various integrations we have with our customers, and it has become an invaluable resource that I would not want to be without.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't honestly think of any. Excellent support and amazing overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is helping us address the challenge of enabling our customers to submit their orders through an integration, rather than relying on manual processes. This approach has proven to be much more efficient and is saving us a significant amount of time when it comes to getting orders into our system.

What do you dislike about the product?
Error decoding can be difficult. It can be difficult to get to the root cause of errors due to the reporting shortcomings.

We are using Celigo for order to cash processing between HubSpot and NetSuite. Before we saw Celigo we feared we would need to manage a custom integration but the Celigo implementation has been hugely successful cutting down repeated steps between the 2 systems and reducing the opportunity for errors. We also reply on the NetSuite Contract Management module and use the Celigo integration to map software subscription details to HubSpot.
Celigo is the user friendly integration platform
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo offers a diverse range of integration options between a multitude of systems, including many pre-baked templates of common integration flows that their users use. The platform is easy to navigate and to understand due to it's linear nature. No complex routing trees, once one integration piece completes, the next starts. And implementing any integration flow is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handlebar expressions are not my ideal form of customization, and can result in long, clunky statements that are hard to parse through when troubleshooting issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations between NetSuite and Adobe Commerce, which was easy to implement.
Critical Component of our Tech Stack
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo makes it really easy to get up and running with production APIs and ETLs. When we were forced to transition ERPs, Celigo made the work much easier by allowing us to quickly migrate historical data and set up data flows between our critical production systems. The support from our account team has been excellent as well! Celigo has some pre-built integrations that can drastically speed up your rollout if you're using objects and record types as they're intended (we don't do that). We intially purchased two of these pre-built integrations and then found during implementation that they would not meet our needs (our fault, not Celigo's). Our account team was very helpful in updating our already executed contract to ensure that we had the correct solution even though it meant less money for Celigo. We frankly wouldn't be where we are today without them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo's first level of technical customer support could be better. Once you get to higher levels, they're excellent, but you often have to navigate through the first level before you can really start to solve your issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo ensures that our production systems stay in sync and up to date.
celigo is the best program for making systems talk to each other

ERP and accounting integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly easy to connect different systems, add field mapping, and any logic needed to convert data between those systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some nice to have features that I hope they bring to the system in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo solves most of the more annoying aspects of implementing a data sync or import such as scheduling, error reporting, and getting connections to the different systems.
power user
What do you like best about the product?
Advanced technical capabilities and constant improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
High cost; lack of visibility into scheduling of flows, especially when daisy-chained

What do you dislike about the product?
Error handling and debugging can be challenging. The costs for enhancements may be expensive, and the pricing or scope is not always clear. Implementing complex, non-standard workflows is also difficult. I would prefer online classes whenever there are updates, new releases, or AI-related services added to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo eliminates redundant data entry by seamlessly integrating various systems. This integration helps ensure data accuracy and automates many data flows across platforms like NetSuite and Google Data within a few weeks or months. By eliminating manual data entry, it reduces human error and saves time. It also supports real-time decision-making by improving insights with up-to-the-minute data. Operational costs can be reduced through extensive automation, and scalability improves by helping the business manage increased data volume more efficiently as it grows. In addition, enhanced data security and compliance strengthen data protection and support adherence to regulations. I’ve also found that integrating additional systems on top of existing flows is easier to implement.
