What do you like best about the product?
Celigo provides an effective way to integrate all facets of your organization. Ensuring all data flows effectively in a unified system.

It's not cheap, but the product is high quality and provides a level of comfort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We leverage it for end to end integration with our clients eCommerce stores to ensure orders and payments flow easily in and inventory is updated.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for implementation and integration. Their customer support was very helpful working with us on the initial set up. They made the process smooth and quick. It is now something we use everyday and have expanded our footprint multiple times throughout the year and a half we've been using Celigo.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the more frustrating issues is that resolving issues yourself can be challenging as the issue may not always be clearly stated.

Automation and connection between point A and point B

What do you dislike about the product?
Cost Increases: Celigo has recently raised its prices by over 150%, which has caused concern among users. Many were not informed in advance, leading to unexpected budget impacts.

Limited Transparency: Pricing changes and feature updates are not always well communicated, which can affect planning and trust.

Complex Licensing Terms: The licensing structure—especially for NetSuite Cloud Services—can be confusing. Additional features often require acceptance of supplemental terms, and Oracle reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Performance Issues: Some users report occasional sync delays or errors, particularly when handling large volumes of data or custom scripts.

Great communication and user friendly tools

What do you like best about the product?
I am not an IT person but I find it very easy to troubleshoot and resolve issues using their UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can’t think of anything negative. I use integrator.io with Celigo and have not had any real issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us ingest data from multiple sources which is drastically speeding up our financial processes

Fully-Featured iPaaS That Integrates Beautifully With NetSuite

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Celigo since 2020, and we have watched features expand and evolve over the past five years. Many QOL improvements have made it easier to use, more intuitive, and more flexible. Any time we have had an issue or question, the sales or support teams have been prompt and helpful. The pre-made integrations are nice, but we really love the custom options available to us. We use Celigo with some of our larger non-ERP systems, like Magento 2, Shopify, Zapier, Jotform, and more. We have many flows that run often, and we usually log in daily to either monitor or build new flows.

Implementing with NetSuite was a breeze - the hardest part was getting some of the Amazon SellerCentral mappings defined!
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the dislikes for Celigo have actually been improved over time through their updates and releases. Most of my gripes were related to the UI, and they have greatly improved this over the past 5 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use NetSuite, and we need to transmit data from our ERP to many eCommerce Channels, external systems, or external partners. Celigo allows us to utilize saved searches from NetSuite to transmit inventory feeds to some of our customers who request non-standard 846 EDI documents. We also use it to receive and send reports with external partners, like our FTZ software QAD. Being able to schedule the flows and build filters in so only the needed updates are made is a huge pro for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo allows a great combination of simplicity, for a common user that wants pre-built connectors. But, my personal satisfaction comes from the ability to create entirely new flows and build integrations on your own. This makes compliance and error management much more efficient.

We use Celigo daily in our environment and it could not be easier to implement and maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there are any issues I have with Celigo, it is that the UI can be limited in what it provides. Some fields may be required in Celigo, but they are not typically required in connection strings, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and efficient integrations to a variety of platforms. Great error management.

Ease between systems with all the flows in the same place

What do you like best about the product?
What I find the most successful part of our business relationship is the support. Anytime we have ran into a situation where we needed to pull support in; they were always fast to respond. The ticket process was easy to manage the issue at hand. Our support specialists would bring in other colleagues as needed to fit the issue at hand. The ease of implementing the software to our netsuite and bigcommerce environments were a breath of fresh air. We use this application daily and it creates an easy way of getting our data from one platform to the other with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I personally wish would change is the restriction on the IA vs the Custom flows. Certain things in my opinion should be included in the IA and not require a custom flow. The concurrency used when putting these on the same connection can cause bottlenecks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is solving the ease of flowing our customers, products, orders, and CRM management between systems without completely breaking the bank. Compared to other providers out there, we get more with Celigo than we have in the past. the netsuite connector, and far app were not working for us. Celigo is more robust with amazing customer support.

Great Product with Packaged Solutions for NetSuite

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive UI and guided flow builders make it easy to set up even complex integrations without deep coding knowledge. The pre-built integration templates and connectors, especially for NetSuite, saves a tremendous amount of time and effort.

Additionally, the real-time monitoring and error management features are extremely helpful for maintaining operational stability. I also appreciate how scalable and modular the platform is, we can start small and expand as needed without redoing our architecture.

The pre-built NetSuitePackages are very easy to implement, thereby enabling businesses to go faster to the market with their products.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Celigo is a powerful and user-friendly platform, there are a few areas where there’s room for improvement. The initial learning curve can be a bit steep for users who are completely new to integration platforms, especially when working with more complex data flows or custom scripts.

Also, while support is generally responsive and helpful, some advanced technical queries can take a bit longer to resolve depending on complexity. Finally, version control or environment promotion could be more streamlined for enterprise-scale implementations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is helping us streamline and automate integrations across multiple systems, eliminating the need for manual data entry and reducing human errors. We use it to connect ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and other SaaS platforms, enabling real-time data synchronization and better visibility across our operations.

By automating these workflows, we’ve significantly improved operational efficiency, reduced processing time, and freed up our team to focus on higher-value tasks. The platform’s monitoring tools also give us confidence that critical data flows are running smoothly, and any issues can be quickly identified and resolved.

Overall, Celigo has allowed us to scale our business processes without proportionally increasing workload, directly contributing to faster decision-making and better customer experiences.
