Easy integration

What do you like best about the product?
My company used celigo to integrate between systems and it has been working seamlessly. Any error in any information transmitted, celigo shows what kind of error and it is relatively easy to fix.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative comment about celigo so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves information flows between system pretty quickly and it makes our job easier for real time information needed.

Celigo is solving a range of integration challenges across our organization. We use it to:
- Seamlessly connect Shopify Plus with NetSuite across four different markets, enabling real-time order, customer, and inventory synchronization.
- Integrate MarTech tools with our ERP to ensure marketing data flows smoothly into our core systems.
- Feed data into Power BI, enhancing our reporting and decision-making capabilities.
- Power mission-critical workflows between our various fulfillment systems to maintain operational continuity and accuracy.

By centralizing these integrations on a single platform, Celigo helps reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and accelerate business processes across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Celigo is how it simplifies even the most complex integrations. Its user-friendly interface, strong selection of pre-built connectors, and smooth automation between different systems have saved us considerable time and helped minimize errors. This has provided a significant boost to our overall productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that could be improved is the initial learning curve when it comes to more advanced customizations. However, once you become familiar with the platform, its flexibility and power truly stand out. Celigo offers excellent documentation and support to assist you along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo has addressed the problem of disconnected systems and manual data entry by smoothly integrating our essential applications, such as NetSuite. Thanks to this automation, we no longer deal with data silos, and our data accuracy has improved significantly. It has also saved our team a great deal of time, enabling us to concentrate more on strategic initiatives rather than repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which you can build different flows without needing to have the knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
They apply updates in the production environment without having been fully tested.

What do you like best about the product?
All of our interactions with their team members have been very positive and productive. The platform is easy to learn and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription model is expensive. I'm not sure paying for the number of flows is entirely fair, as some types of flows would not create any appreciable bandwidth or computing costs for Celigo, yet every kind of flow is counted equally. Edit 2026: Flows that you don't need to be active constantly can be deactivated so there is some flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes integration between different services easy to set up and manage. Using Celigo, we don't have to worry much about security and staying up to date with the latest APIs to connect to these services. Creating custom flows is fairly easy to learn and if contractors set them up for you, you can modify and extend them yourself.

The number of connections when they are with Netsuite has a limit, I would like them to remove that cap.

I have worked with almost all the functions that CELIGO offers us and so far I haven't found anything I don't like.

Fantastic Product, that keeps getting better

What do you like best about the product?
In our large integration project, we found the biggest challenge wasn't Celigo, it was getting the business rules from the business. My team & I also used the online training resources, to get certified and were able to deliver the project for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, quite minor, but sometimes debugging can be a little bit cumbersome. But Celigo is deploying constant updates and improvements to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a need to integrate Salesforce, and our ERP platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365. Previously we used Celigo to connect and integrate into the Netsuite ERP platform, our hope was to leverage similar integration patterns as we migrated to the Dynamics ERP platform. We were able to achieve this with Celigo.
