Connects all of our applications to each other
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are able to integrate all of our applications in one place and can manage them all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to use a consultant to create all of our integrations so when any of them need modification, it requires contacting our consultant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo has helped us automate and integrate several applications. We have integrated our AMS system, accounting system, payroll, expense reporting, and A/P systems so they have touchless integration. It has saved us hours of manual uploading and downloading.
Most useful Netsuite integration for Web Stores
What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of connectors that can be utilized, the flows make sense once you learn how the software operates, connections are easy to setup, error reporting isn't bad, and generally support is helpful. If using Celigo for imports, it's easier to see what failed and resend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's got a bit of a learning curve and can be finicky with field mappings (say something got updated). Sometimes it's unclear why a flow didn't work, but this goes along the same line as above.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is our way to transfer information to and from our webstore, plus load data into Netsuite from external sources rather than doing manual imports. All of this is automated which cuts down on time one or more people would have to dedicate to doing this work everyday.
Celigo has allowed my organization to increase our capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
Once set up, Celigo was very easy to use. I personally use it most to import work orders but it is widely used across our organization. NetSuite has a lot of quirks and restrictions and Celigo has helped us get through them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've run into the occasional bug and found it a bit complex to get everything set up as intended.

It is easy to use, The documentation is veyr helpful. Various platforms to integration, work on data mapping.

It can have Limited endpoints. Need updagrade for more endpoint.

We are integrating Netsuite with Bigcommerce using it to bring over the prudct data, order data.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation teams are a pleasure to work with, and consistently meet deadlines with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the prebuilt apps will not satisfy ALL the needs you might have related to a project, but the custom workflow team is always able to come up with a solution that resolves any shortcomings of a prebuilt application.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo excels in providing user-friendly, scalable integration solutions with pre-built connectors for popular apps like NetSuite and Salesforce. It offers robust customization, automation to reduce manual tasks, real-time data synchronization, and strong support, making it ideal for streamlining business operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything is great but Advanced customizations might require technical expertise.

Celigo resolved my connectivity issues between netsuite and Shopify, It provided me the option to customize the flow accrding to my business needs.
Great iPaaS solution for no-code to low-code realities
What do you like best about the product?
The native connectors may cover 95% of you need but still giving you the flexibility to customize when needed and to add complexitity along with the growth of your company, the UI is clean and simple and you dont have to go on a treasure hunt to find what you need, this is really important when it comes to data mapping and testing the outcomes, all in one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you become a bit more advanced and you wanna start using custom script for data transformation and mapping, instead of the user interface, its not always clear which libraries and helpers can be used or not and the "real estate" of scripts can become messy to manage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an ecommerce company active on Marketplaces we Celigo allows the order and shipment sync between external channels and ERP without the need to build a custom API connector, basically we were ready as sonas the implementation via UI was done without having to write a line of code, hence without having to contract external developers.
Dependable, customizable and good customer support
What do you like best about the product?
It just works. Great customer support from day one. Honesty about functionality and what's required from underlying systems. Implementation was easy, as Celigo offers help with the implementation. As we use it daily, we've had our questions and requests for minimal changes at first, but Celigo is fast in fixing any issues and assisting with any changes that we wanted to make. Celigo is always able to go the extra mile to hear you out and see what they can do to get any issues resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kinda pricey, since you not only pay for the base platform, but also for integration packages on top of that. However, it is competitive and it's been worth it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get information from Shopify into Netsuite and vice versa. It has it's problems at times, but those are easy to resolve. Saves a lot of headache.
Incredibly powerful for integrations
What do you like best about the product?
All the options for different connectors. The integration shop also has a great variety and still, developing custom integrations is really easy with all the available documentation.
If you usually need to implement integrations ad hoc and must schedule it to run often, then you won't regret using Celigo. The UI is really friendly also, and the API is really powerful and will help you manage all our integration in a simple way.

For custom flows and integrations, the customer support might have a hard time helping you, and it might take a few weeks

Being able to identify erros in the integration flows, and solving them makes it easy for us in bookkeeping.
Celigo is very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is the life blood of our connections from system to system. It is very easy to manipulate the data that we need to send and the tools that are provided by the platform are tremendous.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the price of having more connections. While it may be useful for us, it just isn't worth the cost currently to go beyod our current max connections.
