What do you like best about the product?
1. I am a huge fan of the overall navigation and dashboard UI within intergrator.io. Within seconds, I can seemlessly grab a snapshot of all integrations of my business along with seeing what flows may be executing at that very moment in time.
2. As someone who does not have a traditional IT background, Celigo's integrator.io makes it easy for someone to teach themselves the relevant integration information needed to execute business flows.
3. Celigo University - I was in a pilot program of this a few years ago and I was able to learn so much within just a week of how to build/customize/upgrade my current integration flows.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see Celigo use AI to assist in code/script building.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is allowing our business to grow and reach a wider customer base via integrations we are able to stack on top of it in a responsible and efficient way.
Celigo just works for our unique use case!
What do you like best about the product?
They stand out for their ability to simplify our integration challenges, enhance efficiency, and allows us to get on to other projects or tasks quicker. We've used similar others in the past but they take the cake!
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates usually include new features and improvements, they can also occasionally lead to compatibility issues or disruptions to our existing integrations. A heads up sometimes would make the change easier, or better prepare us to make small tweaks or adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo simplifies our integration of various applications and systems, including our DAM, FTP servers, BI tools, and other software. By providing pre-built connectors and templates, Celigo reduces the time and effort required to set up new flows.
Time saver/Stress reducer
What do you like best about the product?
Not needing to manually input our orders into NetSuite has been a HUGE time saver! Seamless download of the orders, making my job easier on a daily basis. I can input the same number of orders with a quarter percent of the time it used to take me; I use it daily so that's a lot of time saved! our implementation was seamless, and customer support is prompt with excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needing to use Hosted PCI for credit cards. It would be nice if they downloaded with the purchase order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NO need to manually input every order, allowing more time to be spent on other duties.
Celigo is the best middleware on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Prebuilt integrations and the ability to build a custom one if needed. I also love the self education feature and the ability to get assistance on less complicated issues with Copilot and the help center.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing structure could be imporved. Becoming a little too costly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the best of various things in Celigo, like having the pre-build app do our job easier and we spend less time in implementation
Custom flow also helped. cloning the existing integration and deploying is a good way of moving the sandbox to Production. But I suggest there should be thrid environment that is called staging or development. We can move or prompt things from Development to Sandbox and then QA is performed there and move to Production.
Ease of Use application is always there and customer support is nowadays getting better where you can connect on chat online and get quick help.

Branching is not good, the cache object is not there, and a lot of lookups are not as good as Boomi and Workato

I used most of the preBuild app, but I also developed a custom flow for various integration issues.
Scripting and injecting the code is very good, the issue is that not very much community support is their related to how to do and what to do.
Trainings are very basic level and require some improvement.

Powerful Integration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo Integrator.io is a robust tool that includes standard universal connectors and hundreds of built-in vendor applications which makes it very easy to automate any internal applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes flows can become corrupted with no indication that there is an issue and requires users to rebuild flows to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows us to automate many internal systems and provides data synchronization throughout the organization.
Powerful tools for Integrating with NetSuite
What do you like best about the product?
The Celigo integrator application works well for syncing data between NetSuite and Shopify. We have real time data flows that export our product and inventory information, and sync back customers and orders
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive, but you pay for what you get. The product is priced high because Celigo knows it's good, and they're not wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We require a constant syncronisation of data between our web platform and NetSuite ERP, which is achieved using Celigo's connector.
Great Product, time saver
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to setup connections with the pre-built tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
That as a customer I'm not able to modify CAM myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use CAM to eliminate the need to manually post cash receipts. Since implementing CAM, we’re only manually matching about 7% of receipts, compared with 100% before.
