Easy Automation, User-Friendly Platform, and Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to work with and to automate processes. Great costumer service and support. User friendly platform that was quick to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation could be better I suppose on some of the features.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Celigo is how quickly it enables integrations through prebuilt connectors and templates, significantly reducing time to deployment. The platform strikes a strong balance between usability and flexibility, allowing both technical and semi-technical users to build and manage flows. Its monitoring and error-handling capabilities also provide strong visibility and control once integrations are live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, more complex integrations take a little extra time to configure, especially when going beyond the out-of-the-box templates. The interface can also feel a bit busy when you’re managing many flows at once. Overall though, these are minor and become much easier to handle with familiarity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us eliminate manual data transfers between systems and reduces the risk of errors caused by disconnected processes. By automating integrations across our core applications, we improve data accuracy, speed up operations, and create better visibility across teams. Ultimately, it allows us to scale efficiently without adding operational overhead.

Integration to multiple different applications is really what celigo's bread and butter and it benefits me as a user to quickly connect multiple applications in 1 site.

From my perspective, Celigo It is robust while remaining intuitive and straightforward to use.
In my experience, many organizations place significant emphasis on the initial implementation phase but often overlook the long term operational effort required to maintain integrations on a daily basis. This is where Celigo differentiates from other platforms.
In summary, I consider Celigo to be a strong solution due to its balance of simplicity, robustness, and efficiency.

I believe Celigo could improve the platform to have a more strong version control for development, where the developers could easily rollback or move between versions. In any other aspect I believe Celigo is one of the best iPaaS

Accelerates NetSuite Integrations with Integration Apps
What do you like best about the product?
Integration Apps are very helpful for integrating with NetSuite, and they cover most common use cases. The interface is also easy to use, both during implementation and during monitoring/maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
For Integration Apps - some behaviors are not documented, and will have to coordinate to support to verify the behavior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo speeds up integration work within NetSuite, which helps my team spend less time on the setup details and more time focusing on the bigger picture of the integration project.

What do you like best about the product?
For me the best about Celigo is the ease of integrating multiple different platforms as they have a comprehensive list of applications that are readily available to configure and if you have any questions Customer Support is very responsive to any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve in setting up custom integrations/flows, although most of the time there are Integration Apps available which are out of the box pre-configured with minimal setup needed

For me Celigo addresses the complexity of integrating multiple platforms/systems, this addresses the management and maintenance effort you would need to do since everything is in one place.
Solid Tool That Delivers
What do you like best about the product?
We use Celigo in our organization for multiple data syncs and automations, what started as an easy order sync for Shopify quickly evolved into supporting our entire multi-channel eCommerce strategy through Celigo, its flexibility and scalability were major selling point for us, it has proven to be practical in enhancing business processes around our organization.
One feature I particularly like is the ability to create general settings for our custom integrations that can be referenced by scripting within each flow, we build the scripts once and then simply adjust the settings to modify the behavior or outcome of a flow, this is a rather advanced feature but Celigo's support team was instrumental in helping us design a long term solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tools is solid overall, although interpreting some errors may not be straigtforward, this is however more related to the underlying platform API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using celigo to automate our Order-to-cash and Payout-to-reconciliation processes for Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, including communications to 3PLs for our merchant-fulfilled channels. We also have EDI automations to communicate with trading partners. Other teams in the organization are also using Celigo to automate notifications via Slack.
Powerful, Easy Data Sync That Centralized Our Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has been a super powerful tool for our team. Especially for those of us with not much technical experience. We have been able to sync data between platforms and centralize all reporting. This has helped us do fewer manual exports from multiple spreadsheets and have everything in a single place, simplifying processes and saving time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I had a hard time setting up more complex integrations (like Salesforce, HubSpot, and GA4 to a centralized dashboard) since it was my first time using an integration platform. But once I got more familiar with the platform, managing integrations and workflows became easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve the problem of a disconnect between systems. It essentially helps connect all of our tools to centralize into one data source.By doing this, it also helps us avoid manual errors, reduces manual work, and saves us a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Very very user friendly and accessible by both technical and business users. And it's very versatile, we can build everything we think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, just a very good platform that continuously evolves.
