It continues to improve.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Celigo every day, all day. I recently discovered Branching and Custom Forms in Celigo, and it has elevated the platform to a completely different level.
What used to be a simple, linear data movement can now become a brilliant, adaptive flow that dynamically responds to different data conditions. This power completely changes the complexity of the integrations we can build. It's not just faster, it is easier. Integration has never been easier.
Implementation of custom or one-off integrations is even easier than before. On top of that, the Custom Forms feature is a genuine differentiator! It allows us to turn Celigo itself into a user-friendly application that we can expose to everyday business users. We are effectively creating custom UIs and workflows on top of our integrations.
The platform continues to impress with its continuous improvement and innovation.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Community is massively improved with information from other users, but you need to remember to sign up for these things; they don't just appear out of nowhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are too many connections to be handling this all in NetSuite directly.

Good Technology makes easy to integrate apps. Works with JSON standard is a good way to use in all the integrations. With the New Implementation of the IA helper is a plus to us to make better integrations

Customer Support. Need to be more emphatic with the customer. Support always available but need to improve more in the process. Price :(

The benefit it easy to use and offer good technology, this tool make easier life to customers and developers.

What do you like best about the product?
How incredibly useful is it for me to track, review and repare any issues amongst different integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the format of the menu could be a little bit more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep all integrations up-to-date and free of errors, improving the service we provide.
Powerful Integration Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The product itself, helps automate numerous of our integrations. Their UI is friendly, makes sense and is always being improved. They have several big update and enhancements each year, making it better and better. Our account managers and solution experts are very proactive and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is getting better, but error handling could still use some work. There are some generic error messages which take more time diving into than should be needed. They also lock down any pre-built integrations; which makes sense since they are managed, but it would be very nice to be able to built on top of or be able to customize. The only solution we have found today, is to not use the pre-built and build our own which takes of a flow slot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A cloud-based integration platform to connect our most important systems to run our business.
Excellent iPaas tool, even better results and support
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is a great tool for what we need and can manage. The UI is very intuitive and allows us to easily manage all of our integrations. Even our non technical resources are able to navigate the site well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some initial learning curve issues...but have not had any specific issues with Celigo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our non point to point integrations with NetSuite is managed through Celigo. Everything developed for us on Celigo has been working brilliantly. It is resolving our older integration issues with up and downstream systems. We have benefitted so much from using Celigo, we are trying to find ways to use it outside of our normal NetSuite architecture and to replace other tools that we currently use (i.e as an EDI translator).
iPaaS for All
What do you like best about the product?
From the ease of use with their Pre-built connectors to the unlimited possibilities that can be found with Custom Flows, Celigo is the leader for any business wanting to integrate their tech stack. Implementation with ERP's such as NetSuite is seamless and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pre-built connector sections can be locked down, so ensure you purchase a few custom flows to have handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo allows our company to move forward into sales channels without worrying if the integration will work.
How Celigo Simplified Our NetSuite Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo's integration platform is very user friendly and simple to use and even users with little Celigo knowledge can easily do the connections and mappings. Their pre-built integration platforms for most commonly used systems are easy to implement. Celigo also has templates for doing customizations if the requirement doesn't fit in the prebuilt integration app.
Celigo provides a great Customer Support. They promptly help you to give guidance at every stage and also when you have issues with existing integrations. Overall Celigo is used daily in our business to streamline operations and improve productivity. It helped our business to achieve our goals faster. We are using Celigo for all of our integrations such as Shopify, multiple Amazon accounts, eBay, Tiktok and Walmart

What do you dislike about the product?
We still have some minor error handling issues. Some of the error messages doesn't have the proper details, which causing our users to spend more time investigating and fixing them. Moslty on Shopify refunds error messages we get when the sales order is closed. We have to manually verify each order and resolve errors. And also Celigo does not support Kit refunds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using multiple marketplaces to sell our products. Integrating these ecom platforms with ERP systems can be complex and time-consuming but Celigo simplified this process with pre-built integration apps for popular applications and other customizable templates. Pre-built integration apps reduce the time and effort required to set up connections. Celigo helped us saving time on manual data entry on many of the tasks and thus freeing up employees to focus on more value-added activities
Celigo | Unlimited Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is an ahead-of-the-times platform, allowing for no-code to low-code automation. The pre-built connectors, templates, and integrations empower individuals and companies to streamline and automate virtually any part of the business. Creating and modifying custom 'flows' is very user friendly as it bridges writing code and visualizations with point and click mapping, making complicated integrations a breeze. I love that Celigo flows can be scheduled to run both real-time and on a scheduled basis to flex to the frequencies and use-cases of the company. Alongside the friendly user intefrace, the total time to implement a solution is made seamless with the thoughtfulness that Celigo has clearly put into their product. Customer support, community posts, and weekly office-hours are very helpful add-ons.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bridging the gap between code development and non-technical resources will typically result in problems around communication and understanding. I find it especially difficult to explain what i'm trying to accomplish or why something is (or isn't) working within the platform. Celigo has built something really powerful which will always have some drawbacks as they pave the way forward in low-code development. I've only seen the platform improve in my years of working with it.

Data centralization and integration of siloed systems. Automating tasks and record-creation. Adding technology, AI, and logic into Business Processes.
The Go To Middleware for connection software and increasing business efficiencies
What do you like best about the product?
Large ecosystem of internal and external support, a geniune desire to be the best, free "University" to support self support and growth. Constant inovation and releases. Easy to use or train others on, quick implementations, and lots of out of the box flows available to get integrations up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still coming of age compared to some of the "original" middleware companies, so feel like sometimes there growth moves faster than their infrastructure, but they feel caught up, especially when it comes to their internal support team.
