Celigo - Making Businesses more efficient, one flow at a time
What do you like best about the product?
- Ease of use
- Simple and efficient way to monitor existing integrations, flows, etc
- Readily available documentation to aid in a "Do it on your own" experience
- Availability to have internal Celigo teams perform implimentations for new or existing projects

What do you dislike about the product?
- Using internal Celigo resources for an integration comes with customization limitations (Example: Unable to make changes to Celigo built scripts within the Shopify - Netsuite prebuilt integration).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo "breaks out the crayons". They take the extemely complex world of data exchange, and everything that comes along with that, and drastically simplify what it takes to accomplish our missions. We currently utilize 8 full integrations and around 100 flows. Through the use of these flows we have been able to: Connect and seamlessly transfer data between ERP systems, marketplaces, payment processors, and more. Having Celigo be the "middle man" for all of our data and systems saves our employees hundreds, if not thousands, of hours each year.
Celigo Excellent EDI Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo lets you manage your EDI connection. You can see and resolve issues in real time. You can also build your own EDI connections.They also have a Celigo University that you can watch to help learn more about all the funtions. They have a wonderful staff who is very timely in responses. Overall, compared to the Other EDI connection Celigo is worth to get.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intial Set up can be costly depending on what you are doing. It is worth the price!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is alwaying looking to be able to integrate more features and make sure their product is always evolving. Celigo already handles all of our EDI connections but they are growing in Connections that they can use.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo always goes above and beyond and provides exceptional levels of support throughout. This has been consistent from onboarding and development through to after-sales service. I especially liked that as soon as I experienced an issue, I could submit a ticket and book time with an experienced service agent, who would set aside a meeting for us to go through my issue step by step.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were a better way to keep track of project costs. It’s difficult to negotiate after the fact once the hours have already been spent.

Intuitive and Easy with Good Support
What do you like best about the product?
Prices have remained reasonable and support is quite knowledgeable and really works hard to solve our problems
What do you dislike about the product?
At times lacking customization with prebuilt connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One major benefit we get from Celigo is the ability to keep our inventory accurate across our Ecom and retail locations with frequent syncs from our ERP, leading to fewer backorders and unhappy customers. We are also using celigo payout to reconciliation flows to automate accounting processes across multiple payment methods which has saved quite a bit of time and work for our accounting team.
Great iPaaS tool for scaling busineses
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is excellent in its error handling, ease of use to set-up new connections, and constantly growing array of pre-built integration apps. I've also received excellent support whenever I submit a ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the retry logic could use polish, but that is a small nitpick!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting, transforming, and moving data from various applications within our tech stack.
Robust and easy to use Shopify Netsuite integration app + features, support and training
What do you like best about the product?
Support on various channels is fast and effective. The user interface is very good, very powerful and easy to use and discover new features. Plaground is particularly useful. 4 days x 4hours training was very useful, this was the Masterclass. Piles of features like http connectors, webhook listener, sftp, templates for flows you might need, AWS connections, database, out of the box connectors to other SaaS like Loop returns. The Netsuite Shopify connector was the killer feature that we needed, now we will be looking at data platform integration. Javascript and Handlebars in flows and mappings was very useful for some customisation. Feature roadmap and growth looks strong. We compared with Boomi and Celigo met our needs better, but it was close. Documentation is very good, as well as public support forums, Celigo answers all questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
This dislike list only adds up to negative 1/10 nps, feedback is mostly positive. Setting up the Shopify connector in the (Netsuite) integration app took several days, it was confusing, should have taken 1 hour. Tech staff in australia are small, they work on complex projects, but not general support, I hope this team will grow. However, The support staff in other places are still very good, knowledgeable and responsive, sometimes there can be additional time to explain context of a problem. Masteclass does not have enough Australia friendly times. Hard to see what successful data is passing through for debug, but this feature is coming. Field mapping in Playground behaves differently to Flows. The contract took time to approve because the terms and conditions, legals and privacy were confusing and weighted toward Celigo and not appropriate for Australian law.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Netsuite and Shopify integration app, plus Loop returns. Field mappings and flow logic out of the box, works 99.5% of the time. Error handling, alerting and resolution has been good.

The best thing about Celigo is the ease of use when integration via API's

Celigo is predominately focused on API integration which leave room for file integration improvement, and the JSON object isn't available in all features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enable rapid development of integrations to drive business improvements, it allows systems to talk with each other to better streamline processes and improve data integrity and supportability.
A lot of manual labor was eliminated, leading to labor savings.
What do you like best about the product?
Connecting varios type of transaction immerdiately and automatically exchange data and process transactions between NetSuite and Shopify, as well as between NetSuite and the 3PL system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing, but it would be better if processing speed will be faster, especially inventory intergration and would help to make the error message easier to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to upload the current stock for each item on Shopify manually every day, but after installing intergrator i.o. it updates number of inventory in specified % for each Shopify store automatically. It helped to eliminate a couble hours manual work. Additionally, it can process transaction records that NetSuite workflows cannot handle. For instance, moving from a Sales Order to an Intercompany Fulfillment (IF), or from IF to an Invoice.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo provides a solution that makes it much easier to integrate with any system. The Celigo team is very helpful and responsive in any situation, and they’ve been great to work with. I would 100% recommend it.
