Excelling in iPaas, Five Star Review

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot to like about the platform. Some of my favorites:

#1 - Customer support is truly world-class. Unfortunately this is rare in business today. The Celigo team has so many ways to seek help - whether by chat (which they answer quickly), email support (which they answer quickly), or the free office hours (the team is awesome and so helpful) - there is never an excuse to be in the dark on the platform. Customer Service is Celigo's secret sauce.

#2 - The interface is modern and intuative

#3 - It's difficult to find a partner they don't already have a connection to or experience with
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been rare times when the interface partner has updated their end and maybe the Celigo side does not match. Not to worry though, a quick reach out to the team and they will figure out what needs to be done to make the connection work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Celigo is doing exactly what it was created for - it is the orchestration (are we still allowed to use that term) between our disparate cloud systems. Celigo is the glue that binds them all together.

Easy to use and customize, robust and well documented

What do you like best about the product?
Among others, Celigo has a very, very good NetSuite connector which natively is able to deal both with standard and custom records, seamlessy triggering events that make life a lot easier that whetever other solution I tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the Customer Support team is very responsive and helpful, sometimes we faced some issues that took quite a lot to be classified as bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo has helped us both in addressing common use cases (Shopify <-> NetSuite integration, Amazon <-> NetSuite integration), and in setting up custom integration flows to address less general use cases (HubSpot <-> NetSuite integration, 3PL <-> NetSuite integration, Shopify <-> Custom API integration).
Celigo gives the same freedom of customizing integration flows, that a totally custom integration does, without having to worry about error management, retries etc. also allowing non-technical users to manage and solve the vast majority of the day-by-day issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps our company provided powerful integration tools that automate our communications with our various marketplaces. It has also introduced us to other integration solutions that were previously unknown to us. Very specificially, for the past year it has allowed our company, through the use of its Data Loader, to operate successfully during a period of high volitility and company reacqusition. The impressive and competent professionals introduced to us by Celigo that have helped implement some of our integration solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great that I can setup my connections the way I wish. Multiple mapping opportunities provide best flexibility for your business needs.
- Customization is 4.5/5
- Playground is great for your pre-production tests.
- Celigo University is OK for novices.
- AI helper as a bonus
What do you dislike about the product?
-Not all of support members are able to help you fast, but I believe it is just a human factor.
-Some outages of flows were faced. I hope it will be fixed soon, but any problems with Admin panel (integrations) or services met.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo automates connection with marketplaces. It saves our time and human resources

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to handle easy to very complex integrations with many different systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new UI that was upgraded within the last year or so is a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the ability to trouble shoot and fix sync errors between many of our different integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is a very feature rich product that can handle the integration of so many different platforms. We use it as our daily driver for integration to and from our ERP. The preconfigured integration apps make implementation very simple and documentation and customer support and top notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike about celigo is that thier preconfigured integration apps allow out of the box working integration but due to the nature of them they are not custimizable for more complicated/advanced situations that might come up. But, creating custom flows is a solution to solve those complex problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo solves the problem of connecting multple products and platforms together so data can flow seamlessly.

I find it difficult to easily upload data from an Excel spreadsheet.

Easy to learn, easy to use, integral to success

What do you like best about the product?
Coming into my current role I had limited experience in any sort of integration. When the task to integrate a number of our business systems was given to me, and Celigo was the tool I was given, I was initially overwhelmed. This was quickly abated as we were able to stand up our first major integration (Shopify & NetSuite) with the help of a Celigo Partner, and then even further when I was given access to Celigo University. Between being a part of the partner integration and following the Celigo University Certification Learning Path I gained confidence in using the platform, and have since built multiple integrations on my own while maintaining those created with the help of a Partner. Celigo has become an integral part of our companies daily workflow, and is essential in ensuring data gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there, how it needs to be there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any system, there is a learning curve to learning Celigo. However, utilizing available resources makes this learning curve very easy to overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is currently responsible for the integration of many of our key business systems. Utilizing Celigo has increased efficiency, decreased time spent handling errors, and allowed for necessary data transformations that would be nearly impossible without such a powerful tool. It has also become a go-to tool for one-off mass uploads/updates for systems which don't have the option via the UI, but can do so through an API.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to interface with many different apps, websites, APIs etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having great detail or good documentation about why an error occurred, and what the possible fix could be. Update: Celigo has updated the errors to include more information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating many flows, allowing creating relationships between all of our systems.

Use Celigo to Create Great Value to your Business Processes

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has been my go-to tool for building integrations of disparate business applications and automating tasks that support our business processes. It is the backbone of our business process from sales order management, shipping and fulfillment, inventory control and financial management. It's fairly easy to use if you have some technical knowledge but you can always use their internal implementation team or their network of partners to help you build the flows you need. They also have a great support team, knowledge base, and user community to help you along the way. The error management features help us troubleshoot errors with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Celigo was originally built for integrating applications to Netsuite and sometimes it takes a few back and forths before the support team realizes that you are trying to work with a different ERP system and then I get rerouted to another agent. It's happened a few times to me. Also, I don't always find the pre-built connectors to be an out-of-the-box solution. But it is helpful to reference them while building my own flows.
