What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is extremely easy to use and requires very little IT knowledge/background. Flows / connections are very simple to configure and has been a great tool for our company. Support has also been great whenever we've needed to explore or sort any issue or complexity. The team is also very personable and helpful and have been fantastic to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training resources within Celigo university are good, but could be improved upon. Some of the reccommended articles sometimes seem outdated as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration development time and error management times have been reduced and Celigo has provided access and visibility to Business Users. This has allowed us to focus our IT resources on other development that produces competitive advantage.

Few times something exceeded expectations

What do you like best about the product?
Customization.

For those who really want to have control over practically EVERYTHING, this platform is perfect. For our setting, we needed a better way to handle EDI transmissions as our previous solution was extremely slow on support and setup.

On top of EDI, we have now found new ways to incorporate all our SaaS so they connect and "speak" to each other, from creating PDF's from EDI and uploading to BOX, or triggering Asana tasks/notifications from Netsuite.

With Celigo, what took literal months now takes days. Seriously. It is scary how much better things are now that we have the ability to edit and create our own EDI connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing is that the error logs could be better. I would like to see more infromation on what caused the error, and what time, and the ability to pull these logs so I can troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now Celigo solves quite a few issues we had:
-EDI transmissions (Orderful -> Celigo -> Netsuite and back)
-Box connection
-Webstore Connections (Shopify to Netsuite and back)
-Microsoft Automate connection (convert to PDF and extract information to upload to Box)

Easy Method to Connect Salesforce to Netsuite + Everything Else

  • February 20, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
After trying to utilize a few Salesforce to Netsuite + Snowflake connectors, we finally went with Celigo. The initial setup took less than 10 mins. Adding the needed Salesforce tables/objects were a breeze. This is the 3rd time utilizing Celigo and it is still a quality product to utilize in our system integration processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost, it is definitely not the cheapest solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting Salesforce to other systems

We are using it to do API calls to different systems, so that no manual works are needed

What do you like best about the product?
That I can connect SAP with Netsuite. Their control panel makes it fairly easy to configure and maintain. We use many other flows with them, but our Netsuite to SAP is the one that we come to Celigo for help with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about Celigo. They are a pretty solid company with a lot of resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us sync up with one of our larger partners so that transactions are moved from the partner platform to our platform.

Incredibly Flexible Solution for Companies Requiring Many Data Connections and Integrations

  • January 25, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the Celigo platform across many companies for over 10 years. The platform is robust and allows me to integrate many disperate systems as our business evolves. The Integrator.io system is amazing and I am learning and using new functionality every time I create an integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support can be hit or miss at times.

You cannot do a lookup after using the data loader in IO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Celigo for several use cases at our organization. It handles EDI, API connections, and the IA's are very helpful to stand up integrations quickly.

Celigo made our data transfer seamless.

  • January 25, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the vast amount of integrations they have available. It's easy to implement in your own environment even when you have on-prem servers. It is also very user-friendly and easy to navigate once creating a flow. Their training was very thorough and useful. We had submitted a few tickets to their support team and they have been very helpful, quick to response and friendly. We have several integrations running daily now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access permissions can be tricky to configure and with little option to customize. You either have acess or no access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to transfer data from different SAAS implementations and our own on-prem servers.

My go-to for all enterprise-level integrations!

  • January 12, 2024

What do you like best about the product?
I love integrator.io and it's ease of use, error management, and extensibility. Also, the customer support is always prompt and nice!
What do you dislike about the product?
The logs aren't running all the time. Anytime a bug surfaces, I have to go activate the logs for 45-60 minutes. Then I have find a way to reproduce the error, in production, then check the logs for details. However, this is only a slight inconvenience, and the logs are still ROBUST, so all good in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo's integrator.io is helping me create complex integrations (with complex scripting, hooks, mapping, and more), yet keep it extremely easy for my client (and my client's employees) to handle errors and have visibility. I also had to train a new developer to make changes, and it was extremely easy and "visual" to walk her through the complex configuration.
