Quick, Professional and precise.
What do you like best about the product?
I haven't had one problem they havent resolved within the hour or less!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
technical issues typically requiring more advanced knowledge of the back end of celigo.
One stop low code solution to integrate heterogeneous applications
What do you like best about the product?
Out of box connectors for many of the widely used systems, like NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify and Amazon, and business flows like Customer Creation, Order Creation etc.
Ability to define and customize the mappings using drag and drop, handlebar expressions as well as support for javascript hooks.
Ability to implement the integration flow, requiring data lookup from different systems.
Recently, I've started using Payout Reconciliation integrations, and it works great for most cases like Shopify to NetSuite, Paypal to NetSuite, Amazon to NetSuite etc.
Sandbox environment for quick prototyping and validation.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I want to add a new integration flow between two systems, e.g. NetSuite and Salesforce, I'm forced to create a new custom integration, instead of adding this new flow in the existing integration app.
Also, there should be a way to daisy-chain flows, across different integration apps. For example, post completion of syncing orders from ERP to CRM system, I may want to trigger another flow to sync Rewards and Loyalty Information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are syncing data across multiple systems like NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce, Amazon etc. So, we are using Celigo as iPaaS for ease of integration and maintenance.
Also, recently we have started building custom integration flows to sync data, across customer facing transaction channels and CRM/ERP systems. While doing so, the capability to do data transformation using javascript hooks was very helpful.
AI assisted documentation is handy and useful.

Broadly capable iPaaS that is easy to learn and implement
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has broad offerings from standardized connectors to most of the leading software products in use by business today. Also, they offer many pre-built integration applications. If the pre-built solutions do not work, than Celigo has broad capabilities to build custom integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have a dislike. While they are currently building out better capabilities for deployment, I would like to see more tools to aid in seamless multi-environment deployment. The product is certainly capable of multi-environment deployment, but this can sometimes be a tedious process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is constantly striving to develop tools that make integration easier, including making maintenance of integration easier. They are ahead of the industry in how they enhance the integration experience.
Celigo very customer Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
They make it very easy to connect and integrate multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything seems to be oka,y nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating certain info back and forth to warehouse, main orders in netsuite. Helps accuracy for all of our inbound shipments as well.
Great Tool for Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are pre-built connectors that allow me to connect quickly. I also love using the CloudExtend Excel tool for NetSuite. It allows me to do mass updates in no time. The entire team from sales, support and the consultants are great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative things to say about Celigo.

The CAM product allows integration with my banks and makes applying payments pain free.

What do you like best about the product?
As a growing ecommerce brand, Black Friday/Cyber Monday is an insane weekend for our Operations team. Our Celigo integrations played a crucial role in making sure that everything ran smoothly during this crazy peak season. Our account representative's worked side-by-side with us in the months leading up to peak to build custom integrations and and generate necessary reports. When things didn't go according to plan, they were there to help us resolve any lingering issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the things running in the backend failed in a critical time, but we were able to hop on the platform and fix them ourselves without too much of a hiccup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their platform is straight forward and very affordable for our business. We are able to generate custom reports and place orders that need to be manually approved in a waiting state. They worked tirelessly with us to integrate several features that were critical to help us reduce costs during peak.
Gamechanger to sync mutiple systems
What do you like best about the product?
We are a nonprofit that uses Celigo workflows to sync across multiple systems like Salesforce, Netsuite, and some in-house custom systems. Celigo has been invaluable in managing these flows. From setup to daily monitoring, we couldn't be happier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major that stands out as a dislike. Of course, any product has obstacles that will need to be overcome but there is nothing that has been close to a game changer for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a nonprofit, we sync donations from our website to NetSuite (financial) and then donors as leads to our Salesforce CRM. This process is seamless and reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed to value. Being able to get an integration up and running quickly is essential when providing the business value of data integration. Over the years, Celigo has added more and more integration points allowing my company's footprint to expand with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management of integrations. I had 40 plus integrations and it at times difficult to manage them as there is not a folder structure to categorize them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Celigo is solving for me is the integration with my HR system. Everything starts with the HR system, people being added, terminated, and timesheets. All of this information will be passed to Celigo and entered into NetSuite, ensuring all of the data is in sync. We are also integrating all NetSuite projects into our HR system, which will allow employees to enter time against the projects in our HR system, then populating the time in NetSuite.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation is easy and straightforward, operations is also seamless between applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
More complex integration flows could require technical knowledge to be able to write custom scripts and code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processing transactions and payments automatically between NetSuite and our banks. Also, by using Celigo we can integrate between various business critical systems.
