What do you like best about the product?
The team at Celigo were really knowledgeable about their product and finding a service to meet our needs. The product was really clever and enabled us to cut dev hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is on the higher pricing bracket, but worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a connector that worked with Netsuite our ERP and external systems including Amazon market places.
Celigo took our efficiency up to new heights!

Celigo's team has been flexible, understanding, and subject matter experts throughout our time working through multiple phases of development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without knowledge of script coding, I cannot perform the tasks needed to develop the integrations independently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo has seamlessly brought our data feeds & connections under one roof. We are significantly more productive with these data connections in place.
Excellent Partner and Product

Easy-to-use templates, excellent documentation, and partners with an excellent implementation partner (Hairball)!

Haven't found a single thing to dislike.

Streamlining NS/SF/NS integration reduces manual work and eliminates technology data discrepancies.
Easy to integrate, easy to maintain
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is a fantastic tool for managing bank payments. It's very easy to setup new connectors, and maintain the status of the existing connectors. Standing up new connectors is very simple and doesn't require a lot of technical knowlege.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more native connector supports. We just use the main ones when we setup the application, but more international entity support would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An integrated solution that can be easily administered for processing payments. It has streamlined our cash application process, and reduced our time for payment collections.

It has allowed us to seamlessly connect and integrate various applications and systems, streamlining our operations and boosting efficiency.
Using Celigo, we can connect multiple applications or systems and manage their integrations from a single centralized platform. This flexibility is invaluable to us and will be for businesses that rely on several applications, as it streamlines workflows, reduces complexity, and ensures data consistency across the entire organization.
The clean and modern UI makes navigating through the platform a breeze, while the logical organization of features and settings ensures a seamless user experience. Whether you are monitoring integration flows, managing connections, or setting up custom workflows, Celigo IO's UI keeps everything clearly organized and easily accessible.
With our previous platform, we often said "no" to new business because of the cost and extended development timelines for new EDI partners. Celigo has allowed us to say "yes" nearly every time and spin up new partners in a fraction of the time it had previously taken.

What do you dislike about the product?
The cost increase from our initial contract to our renewal was considerably higher than anticipated. Still, given the value we receive back, the increase was a small price to pay for what Celigo affords us to be able to do and accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While not a problem per se, Celigo is allowing us to participate, compete and grow our business in business channels and segments that we were prohibited from previously due to system inability, incompatibility and high development and maintenance costs.

What do you dislike about the product?
- We used to get frustrated that we couldn't add regular CRON expressions. However, they have since resolved this in their latest update.
- Sourcing external support for complex builds was problematic, but once you find a good partner this can be solved quite simply.

We are solving business data integration flow between our websites, ERP, consignment application and document end points.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how quick it is to get our orders from one place to another, even when we have a lot during show season!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how difficult some of the errors are to get to the root of, and how slow our rep is to respond when we have issues.

It's keeping me from having to hand enter a lot of orders.
