What do you like best about the product?
Celigo helps with visibility and insights through the dashboard and component view, which is essential for the fast reliable feedback loop.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is fairly user friendly and identifies import errors based on type. For example they are split between fulfillment, inventory, and order errors in our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the error codes are hard to identify for those folks who may not have a lot of experience in coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is connecting our marketplace to our ERP system.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is a great integration tool and has dramatically improved the time to build and launch these integrations. We can create robust integrations using many of the prebuilt connectors to different ERP, E-commerce, warehousing and shipping platforms and help our customers realize significant savings in both time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have more documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removes manual entry and errors- have multiple systems synced up in real time and greatly improve speed and accuracy for business operations across the board.

What do you like best about the product?
Custom integrations are very extendable and maintainable, reducing the amount of code to write and maintain and facilitating collaboration. And it is always improving, getting better over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could change one thing, I wish data was easier to preview on branched flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes systems talk to each other, enables them to synchronize with each other

What do you like best about the product?
The integrator is so easy to use and manage, you can see when it is working, run it as you please, and set-it up exactly how you want it to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subsequent customer support does appear to be lacking from time to time, after initial set-up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is connecting our credit card processor to our accounting system, it makes reconciliations a breeze!

What do you like best about the product?
- Simple user interface to learn, even for non-technical team members
- May prebuilt integration apps, which make implementation/configuration easy
- Ability to have unlimited user access without additional license purchases
- Very knowledgeable and thorough customer service, with a growing knowledge base and documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
- Cost structure can get a little bit complex when adding new apps that also require additional endpoints/flows; this can make the service cost prohibitive for smaller companies
- Error resolution process does require somewhat of a learning curve (but we have seen improvements in error handling and documentation on this process over the last few years while we have been customers)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Automating the sending/receiving transactions between ERP + warehouse WMS
- Automating import of new orders from e-commerce selling platforms to ERP
- Automating send of order tracking #s from ERP back to selling partners to communicate with consumers in a timely manner

What do you like best about the product?
The Celigo team continue to connect with the GTSE internal task force on a monthly basis to ensure that we are fully utilising all new available features.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI tool integrations are on the roadmap - more regular updates for these would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is connecting marketplaces, ecommerce platforms, warehouses and finance functions into our central ERP system in order to build our 'single source of truth'. The intuitive nature of the platform makes monitoring of this seemless and reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve partnered with Celigo across a range of integration solutions, and they have consistently been a strong collaborator in identifying options that best support our business needs and impacted systems. They’ve also been instrumental in evaluating potential infrastructure changes, providing clear guidance on scope, level of effort, and required hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working within the integrator tool and making sense of its error messages involves a learning curve, and it takes some time before you can become truly proficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we continue to grow and bring on new systems that need to integrate with our ERP, Celigo is the solution we rely on to build custom data flows. It makes those flows easy to create and maintain, and it helps us keep a seamless connection between our systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo allows you to bridge the gap between two or more systems easily. Their customer care is quick to respond to questions. Celigo has made a wealth of resources available to users to learn the platform and understand how to implement it for their use cases best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be a bit steep sometimes, but it is easy to understand and utilize once you get over it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is allowing us to connect our customer care software with our ERP software without significant manual labor involved.

What do you like best about the product?
Great customer support. Every time our team runs into a problem, within a short period of time we Celigo support team gets back to us - and it almost always solves our problem!
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging and state management should be improved. Better to add more technical documentation on custom integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us to keep our product intact. Earlier we had to customize our product whenever we had to integrate it with an external application. After adopting Celigo, we can integrate with external applications by making zero changes to our product.
