Great for non-tech people to integrate systems together

  • February 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very good native connection to NetSuite. I've tried to connect to NetSuite outside of Celigo and it is pretty difficult, but Celigo's connection with NetSuite is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we've gotten more business complexity, the Celigo support team hasn't been as helpful. Also, the UI has been a bit slower recently, it can take 15 seconds for a flow to load sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is helping us get data from our ERP to where we sell our products. This helps us save a lot of time since their flows are automatic and we can schedule them based on certain time frames.

A Flexible and Scalable iPaaS for Complex Business Integrations

  • February 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo stands out as a robust integration platform for businesses aiming to streamline processes, automate workflows, and scale operations across multiple systems. Drawing from my experience implementing complex integration scenarios involving NetSuite, Shopify POS, TrueCommerce, FTP, and other third-party platforms, I have observed several notable strengths.

The user interface is clean, intuitive, and straightforward to navigate, even for those without a technical background. This accessibility lowers the entry barrier for business teams, allowing them to monitor flows, review errors, and configure basic steps without being entirely dependent on developers.

Celigo offers an extensive library of pre-built connectors for widely used applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify, and Magento. These connectors help reduce development time, enabling teams to deploy essential integrations more quickly and reliably. The platform is regularly updated with new connectors and template flows, ensuring it remains aligned with evolving market needs.

In terms of customizability and flexibility, Celigo goes beyond its out-of-the-box features by supporting advanced customizations through scripting, transformation rules, conditional logic, and branching flows. This adaptability makes it suitable not only for standard integration scenarios but also for highly specific or unique business processes.

Celigo’s automation capabilities are another strong point. The platform facilitates the automation of repetitive and error-prone tasks such as data imports and exports, order processing, and invoice reconciliation. Its scheduler, lookup steps, and error-handling mechanisms enable robust orchestration of multi-step flows that would otherwise require manual intervention or custom development.

Security and compliance are also well addressed, with enterprise-grade features like data encryption, role-based access control, and two-factor authentication. These measures help protect the confidentiality and integrity of business data across all connected systems.

Overall, Celigo proves to be a powerful and adaptable iPaaS solution. It is especially effective for companies seeking to combine rapid deployment of standard integrations with the flexibility to support tailored business logic, all while maintaining control and visibility across their systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found two things that could be improved to increase customer satisfaction.
1. Cost: Celigo can be expensive. The platform offers several pricing tiers, but even the lowest tier may be out of reach for small businesses.

2. Dependence on third-party connectors: Celigo relies on third-party connectors to integrate with other business applications, and any issues or downtime with those connectors could impact the reliability of Celigo's integrations.

The second point could be partially avoided by relying on self-development but in this case remember that while Celigo offers customization options, there may be limits to what can be achieved without significant development work or hiring a consultant.
Also, there may still be a learning curve for some employees who are not familiar with integration platforms or automation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between NetSuite ERP and Shopify used on the Corporate stores
Integration between NetSuite ERP and NuOrder Platform for B2B use
Internal flow creation for data exchanges between NetSuite ERP and our 3PLs.
Behind the scene actions for EDI communication
Also we use it to identify and adjust wrong data entry

Great Product, Even Greater Support

  • February 23, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo makes creating, managing and running our custom integrations between various platforms amazingly easy. I didn't initially create most Celigo Integrator.io integrations used in my organization. Still, it was quick to determine what the integrations were doing (as well as to enhance them) since it is designed in a way that makes using the tool easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the only thing that I dislike about Celigo Integrator.io is that the User Interface. It can be a bit clunky at times due to the number of options and information that must be displayed on a single page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo Integrator.io allows us to connect and integrate our different business systems to reduce the amount of manual data transmission and export and import of information between systems. It enables us to process data much more quickly and in an automated manner for all our essential systems.

Smooth flowing integration machine

  • February 16, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about celigo is the interface is easy to follow and understand where the flows are stationed. As a first time user at a new company, I was able to self learn to look at the flows and any errors! Awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Celigo is the error interpretation. Since we are using celigo to connect Netsuite to our WMS, we discover sales orders that did not flow one way or the other and it's difficult to find the error. Rare occurrence!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems Celifo is solving is integrating source documents such as sales orders, transfer orders, will call orders from our ERp to our WMS. This results in fast efficient integrations so we can fulfill faster and accurately!

Intuitive Integration Platform

  • February 01, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Intuitive user interface in the integrator.io platform and the feature that allows you to enable the debugger to view system-level communication logs
What do you dislike about the product?
When testing outputs on any given state/shape of a flow, the sample/return data is often poorly auto-populated and needs to be adjusted to be used correctly for a hook, transition, mapping etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making Integration between systems easy, solving concurrency / rate limiting and processing bottle necks that reside within the systems being integrated, providing decent error logging which allows us to correct errors in payload and retry jobs

Celigo connector had really contoured accounts management and integration

  • January 27, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The UI of this platform is excellent and very intuitive to use. All the tools and features available in it work conveniently and unconditionally. The flexibility of importing big data and files and migrating from one server to another is quite impressive. Integration with third-party organizations will be easier with this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The processing speed gets slower when the software loads more significant documents or folders.
The previewing feature available in this does not work properly and is not deployed on correct time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are using this software for our business communication and integration with other third-party applications, which has benefitted us in many ways. We can customize all the data, files and information formate which we have to send to our clients.

Great no code integrator

  • January 26, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Error management is easy to use. Enough for everybody in the company to use without any specific training. The catalog of connectors is enough to cover most integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using Celigo is the frustration of not being able to use more code to manipulate the data. Some basic manipulation requires an extra amount of work to be implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting two software can be time-consuming if it is done from scratch. Celigo drastically reduces the necessary lift to connect two different tools together.

Most vigorous tool for integrating multiple systems and platforms.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This software is straightforward and very helpful for creating simple integrations between multiple systems with just a few clicks. The software grants you permission to influence more and more data and information you unified from other websites. This platform's add-on features are unique, making all your work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the already installed tools or features are not working correctly in this software. However, you need to install some fantastic addins or plugins to make this software more intuitive and make your work to be complete on time with more accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now create the most customizable integrations in our organizations for our sales and marketing channels and websites. The orders we confirm are now automatically added to our integrated system and the data related to the recent orders is easily uploaded to the system.
