What do you dislike about the product?
Some time I can't find needed Icons until I click in the correct tile.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team is always around when need. Conversation with email /online meeting is very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much, sometimes the login page or the link in email notification does not work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is professional on integration solution between ERP and eCommerce.
In my case, it helps integrate products and transactional data between NetSuite and BigCommerce, making the whole process faster and smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
The most things I like about Celigo are:
1.User Friendly: the platform is easy to learn and use. Additionally, it's helpful when it comes to celigo university you can expand your knowledge to gain some certifications.
2.cost effective: when it comes to subscription, celigo provided you with a flexible cost regarding the integrations either custom integration or prebuilt integration.
3.Responsive support: Celigo support is the best at all i worked on many other platform as a devoloper but Celigo support is very good when it comes to a bug or any other issues, they make sure that the issue is resolved before closing the ticket.
4.Flixible platforme: Celigo offers multiple solutions accross their platform, you could use prebuilt app, Template or more advanced and flexible option which is custimiazation the integration or what we called custom flow, where you can build the most complicated projects.

I wouldn’t say I dislike anything about Celigo. Every platform has trade-offs, but for the use cases I’ve worked on, it has been reliable and efficient.
Like any integration tool, complex scenarios require careful design and testing, but that’s more about implementation than the platform itself.

1.Time Efficiency: By implementing celigo integration, you can create as many transactions as you want by in short amount of time. Let's suppose you have 1000 orders coming from shopify, with celigo this can take only 5 mins to be imported into an ERP system.
2:Automation:Celigo is a perfect solution for manual processes. By chosing celigo you are automatically avoiding manual processes, which can be a nightmare full of errors.Furthermore, Celigo is an automated tool that provides a solution to that manual processes.
3.Cost Reduction: instead of have alot of resouces alocated to create the orders, inventory .... on your ERP system you can actually create one integration which gonna hunddle these processes, and reduce the need to many resources, which mean reduce the company cost.

A great solution for Application Integrations.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many applications for application integration and built microservices to facilitate application integrations. I have been using Celigo for under a year, and what impressed me the most was how easy it was to get up and running with the application. I was able to build a simple integration within a few hours. In addition to making integration work simple and quick, it allows more technical users to manipulate data, allowing for more complex integrations. I have also been impressed with the addition of new features that continue to come out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things, however, that have made working with the application complex at times. Most of the things I will list deal with application management and not integration technology. I have found that managing connections is not as straightforward as I would hope. User management is simple but does not allow for more complex user permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo solves the complexity of application integration for the majority of mainstream applications. It also has generic components to handle other integrations. We use a mixture of applications and I have not found an application to this point that Celigo could not access.
Perfect missing link between Netsuite and Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, the best thing about Celigo is the support. It’s a highly adaptable system, and it’s backed by consultants who genuinely care about helping me work through complex situations. They’re also very responsive to feature requests, with updates being rolled out frequently. Overall, I consider Celigo the best middleware available for SaaS systems like Netsuite—very powerful, yet still intuitive enough for even casual users to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I’ve experienced is that flows have to queue up, like with most SaaS batch processing. When I’m testing frequent changes in the sandbox, it can take a little while before I see the results. That said, it’s usually no more than 5–10 minutes, even for a flow processing thousands of records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily work with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Google Sheets, and this has been the missing link between those systems. I prefer using custom flows instead of the pre-built integration because it gives me the flexibility to customize all of my data flows exactly the way I need.
Easy way to integrate endpoints!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is not dealing anyome with setting up connection from scratch and keeping SSL certificates up to date. This is all handled for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo is not really low code for more complex type of projects.

It helps us integrating different endpoints with our ERP system Netsuite in a easy way.

Ceilego is excellent. I enjoy the user-friendly platform and ease of use. Plus, the support I receive from Rizzelle is top-notch. I am thrilled with it!!

Not much to dislike. Some of the errors are a little hard to understand but that's it

Easy use and connection to many sources of data. Managed connections for secured renewing security protocols. Easy movement of data between applications.

I would like the previews to work more consistently on each page.

Celigo allows for the easy integration of many disparate systems. It allows us to move data into a central database and easily populate Azure SQL Server for processing by PowerBI
Great tool for automations, UX and CS are great. Enables to code without any coding ability.
What do you like best about the product?
Their consultants were very helpful when we had to use them for a freelancing project. Their customer feedback team is very engaged! So easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales and pricing alignment. Ran into an issue when our yearly contract renewal came up. Our sales rep ended up resolving it amicably but was delayed and took time/attention away from other tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connects Netsuite to our 3PL's and Shopify. Makes the coding very simple and easy to adjust on the fly.
