Best integration app across a large variety of platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn how Celigo works, you can use your skills to integrate a large variety of applications. Celigo is especially adept at NetSuite integrations. We used it to integrate a previously un-integratable e-commerce platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementations can take some time, but are generally (relatively) quick. We are seeing anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks per implementation (i.e. with each new piece of software).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is solving our scale issues by allowing mass automation, eliminating manual labor and headcount increases in the process. Scaling is hard for a growing company and Celigo makes it much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the level of customization the flow hooks give us and the intuitive user interface. The number of different integrations and export and import types make this platform really powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error management could be improved. It's sometimes difficult to understand which flow run had errors and how many were resolved. Further, we would like to have an easier way to bulk download retry data. We have to click on each error to find the retry data to understand if there is a more significant issue, which can be time-consuming. Also, I would really like an easier way to share JavaScript hook code across multiple flows. Because we don't want all of our hook code in one script, we have to duplicate common code across many hooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo handles several different integrations for our business in the e-commerce space. Most of our integrations are custom integrated with our sales channels, NetSuite, and our 3PL. Celigo enabled us to more quickly and effectively build integrations without reinventing the wheel. For example, we export sales orders from our various sales channels into NetSuite, then export them into our 3PL for fulfillment. Once our 3PL fulfills the sales order, they notify Celigo, which triggers a flow run and imports the fulfillment into NetSuite for the respective sales order.

Top tier integration platform that keeps getting better - Easy to learn and very powerful

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo helps automate many of our business processes that used to be done manually. They save us hours of work each day, and time is money. Much of our success can be attributed to Celigo as they get the data we need where we need it when we need it. As a developer, Celigo speeds up new integration processes tremendously, especially with the AI enhancements that assist with building integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pre-built integration apps have scripts inside them that you cannot see the code for which can be annoying, but you can build anything you want yourself so it's not a huge issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo enables us to connect all our sales channels to our ERP system with one platform, eliminating the need to monitor multiple systems. Celigo also allows us to automate the bulk of our accounting, giving our accountants more time to look into problematic situations. Celigo enables a lot of our processes all around, with countless hours and dollars saved using this platform. Managing errors is a breeze with the dashboard nicely displaying which areas have errors and allowing the modification of data to be retried without needing to export the data all over again.

What do you like best about the product?
The tutorials are easy and very helpful to begin to use the platform and learn how to move around in the celigo platform. If you want to go deep on knowledge you can do it to!
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't understand some terminologies at first because I'm not used to using them, and I had to look for them on the web, and that stopped me on moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to integrate commercial platforms with ERP (like Amazon with Netsuite). We have used Celigo a lot in this matter and develop a project all arround this

Best iPaaS ever!!!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use more than 600k pre-build integrations across 1000+ apps and how easy to learn to do our integrations is mind-boggling. All the tools it offers to integrate business applications are very well thought out and work great. The best thing is the freedom to use connections through APIs when there is no specific integration. We use it to integrate applications like Shopify and Amazon with Netsuite. These integrations helped our company to speed up the process to fulfill orders in our Netsuite system by importing quickly Shopify and Amazon sales orders into Netsuite. Before Celigo, this was a manual process and now with Celigo we are able to provide a better service to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
By far, I cannot find anything I dislike. But on one ocassion we had an issue with an integration, after several tries to fix the issue by ourselves, we contacted support and took a long to be fixed by them. We had to contact them several times. In the end, they said that wasn't a Celigo problem instead, they blamed Shopify as the origin of the problem. Finally, the problem was fixed. Maybe they can improve the support area to speed up the problem resolution process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating Amazon and Shopify with Netsuite is our main benefit, this helped us a lot because before Celigo we added Shopify and Amazon orders manually into Netsuite. That created a lag in the sales orders process and slow our fulfillment process too. Then Celigo allowed us to speed up the process of integrating Shopify and Amazon with our Netsuite platform. Also, Celigo is helping us to create a lot of flows to accomplish other projects to quickly move data between Zendesk to Salesforce, also helped us to do bulk processes into Netsuite like delete customers and others.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo offers a wide range of solutions for data challenges, making it my most valuable tool. We use it to connect with Netsuite and various other systems, but we also accomplish tasks that don't involve Netsuite at all. Overall, Celigo stands out as the GOAT when it comes to reliable iPaaS connectors, no matter what your data requirements are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any complaints at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps me to solve e-commerce integrations, data transformations, and real-time data syncing across many platforms. We are also now using Celigo for EDI and direct credit card functions as well as a new Store Credit RMA option that we just implemented through Celigo.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to expose destination record fields seamlessly when creating integrations. No need for tons of technical expertise to get your first integration up & running.
How easy is it to start a first running flow from scratch?
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of flexibility when it comes to deleting records that have been deleted on the source system of the integration.

Create right out-of-the-box integrations without the need for major developments on the source/target systems.
