Celigo Connector has helped us level up our business!
What do you like best about the product?
The Celigo connector from shopify to netsuite has made running our business more efficient. We were apple to get our website off of Netsuite and use WordPress and Shopify and not lose any orders in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a lot of complaints here but if I had to pick one, slower than average ticket response times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our order information from Shopify over to our ERP Netsuite in order to fulfill. It was the one platform that gave my management team confidence enough that we can get the website off of Netsuite and not lose any orders or slow our processes down.

What do you like best about the product?
I've worked on multiple integrations, from Stripe, to eCommerce with Shopify and Amazon, to custom Salesforce. The available templates and capabilities for custom flows is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex projects require 3rd party consultants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating integrations with sophisticated criteria and field mappings to create and update sales orders and work orders.
Integration is tough but worth it!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to have to use a bridge to connect our stores to our account platform and it was buggy but Celigo just works

What do you dislike about the product?
- They missed up with their current loyal customer and increase pricing by 200% with no notice
Imagine building your infrastructure for a certain budget and later they send you a renewal bill with no notice with a 200% fee increase, how you can trust such a platform like that?!
- They changed their support team with some newbies undercutting the cost with absolutely no clue what they are doing
- They changed their pricing, they are no longer transparent about how much it will cost because they know they missed up ( BTW, it starts now from 15K to 50K annually plus add-ons for a working setup)
- Celigo went through a funding round and changed its management. now they are trashing everyone. their employees and even their customers, they simply DO NOT CARE!

Pure integration from E-Commerce to ERP

What do you like best about the product?
The product set and breadth of prebuilt integrations are great. There are lots of hooks into common business applications that are well thought out in terms of how users are using these systems and what integrations would be meaningful. Where a hook doesn't exist, there are general connectors that can be used to connect to an API or database backend providing enormous flexibility. We use it to integrate Salesforce and Netsuite but are evaluating connection to ADP, ActiveCollab, AWS and a few other platforms we use internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the leveraging of a 3rd party implementation service engaged by Celigo, we lost over six months of our initial one-year subscription due to delays and downtime. When it came to our renewal, we were initially told an extension couldn't be accommodated and since the licensing plan we purchased had been retired, we were looking at a very steep increase in pricing. Fortunately, after a few rounds of discussions and escalations, the Celigo team came back to the table with a very reasonable proposal. Selecting the right implementation service provider is extremely important to not only the finished product but the value received from your subscription. In the end, Celigo made it right and this is the type of business partner we value in the long term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps to bridge the gap between our sales process in Salesforce and billing process in Netsuite. As opportunities close in Salesforce, Celigo pushes the data to Netsuite to create a sales order that can be billed to the customer and syncs back data from the renewal contract to the contract record in Salesforce. Going on four years in, the product is still very stable and we've slowly expanded usage into our Salesforce/Netsuite integration needs beyond the original project.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI explanations of our flows really helps understand them when making changes, or when new team members seek to understand the flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way root cause of errors are identified could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo has enabled us to have a 2-way flow between our billing system and CRM, meaning data in both systems is always up to date. It has also automated numerous processes which were previously quite manual.

make sure you have the resource to maintain the processes on an ongoing basis

I have today at least 8 software integrated to NetSuite syncing sales and opeations data
Solid Connector for Netsuite and other Ecommerce Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Visually pretty easy to work with. The UI is fairly intuitive and the system generally works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow to load up sometimes. The error reporting isn't always very robust. It's expensive and like NS contracts, you don't have much to do if they want to keep raising the prices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting Shopify/Netsuite/Amazon and our 3PL. Mostly using prebuilt connectors but a few custom ones too.

Consider that your cost will increase after you first sign up
Provides a clear and simple solution with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
This solution is straightforward to use, and the integrated apps function seamlessly. Whenever I have needed support, the team has always been helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
To fully grasp the solution, it's important to complete the university course. Only then can you truly understand it to its fullest extent.

We use this for seamless end-to-end integration between our third-party systems and our ERP, NetSuite.

Definitely have to have a developer to get things set up.

Saving money over our last connector, and making things more efficient. Ability to build custom flows to fit business needs.
