What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Celigo has been an awesome partner. Easy to work with, easy integration, great customer service, great people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Celigo. Biggest pain point is trying to find a permanent person to run the integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo has helped me integrate our multiple eCommerce Channels into our ERP system, standardizing the ways we work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall, Celigo has been an awesome partner. Easy to work with, easy integration, great customer service, great people.

Best Tool in the Chest

What do you like best about the product?
The new execution logs are a game changer. We now have record-level visibility, including the request and response details per API call for both successful and failed records. Troubleshooting is faster and we can resolve issues with a lot more confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
No improvements to call out right now. The product keeps getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, it was to integrate the Amazon marketplace with NetSuite. It expanded to eBay to NetSuite, Walmart to NetSuite, Zendesk to NetSuite, then eventually was used as the integration layer for our website and order management. It takes hours (or minutes) to set up new flows and creates huge efficiencies within your organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to check out their scripting capabilities because eventually you will need something more complex and Celigo can handle it all.

At the present, I have nothing negative to say about Barbs Villanueva's service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
She assisted me in creating custom fields in Netsuite and then demonstrated how to connect them and successfully execute the integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Establishing clear communication to deliver both education to the client and address the solutions with a customer service-focused front-facing staff is not uncommon in iPaas - but the team(s) at Celigo excel in this capacity. The experts at Celigo are numerous - but focused. The sheer pool of data sources, languages, and platforms provides many solution providers the opportunity to collaborate and work together for their customers. The offerings continue grow alongside the needs of the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact is there is very little to detract from my experience so far. There can be the typical "forest for the trees" mistakes attributed to communication gaps that can occur, but they are usually minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently operating NetSuite as our ERP - which, for anyone who has used it knows, it can be a formidable platform to digest and understand. Our goal was to migrate away from our site's "SuiteCommerce" platform to a more modern website, whereas we landed on Shopify Plus. That is only one of the various endpoints we needed to connect with, including Amazon FBA/MFN, Social Media, and eBay. We have accomplished our primary goals with very few loose ends to tie up at the time of this writing. Celigo has even come through with customized Flows, which now allow us to take advantage of the Shopify Plus platform in its use to be the hub for centralized fulfillment for all current Sales Channels.

Their interest is in helping businesses of any size compete and succeed, their staff reflects this, and their leadership provides for the growth and advancement of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is an awesome product to supplement your NetSuite investment. We use Celigo to connect several different softwares to NetSuite. It is also awesome for pulling data from, and pushing data to NetSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be a little steep at first. However, once you get your first couple of flows under your belt, the subsequent integration flows become easier and easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We first started using Celigo to integrate Ariba with NetSuite. We are now receiving cXML purchases orders from our customers that use Ariba, and turning them into Sales Orders in NetSuite. We then send back cXML Advanced Shipping Notices and Invoices. We have saved countless hours just with this integration alone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to connect anything to NetSuite, Celigo makes it so much easier. Celigo is pretty much custom built for NetSuite and makes integration a snap. You have a great deal of control and the ability to customize quite a bit. It really lets us leverage our NetSuite investment.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrator platform provides diverse solutions options that provide multiple solution options to connect separate systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use the pre-built Shopify\Netsuite connector and have been trying to leverage the multiple location features of Shopify, but the connector does not support it. We can either pay for a custom flow or build it on our own. We opted to attempt to make it on our own, but as we have discovered, it's not straightforward or obvious how to get it accomplished. Been a feature of Shopify for over two years but itstead of integrating it into the connector offering it continues to be a custom flow with billable hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created different EDI connections to streamline the B2B activity, along with creating interfaces to different 3PLs for shipping processes.

What do you like best about the product?
We acquired a company which resulted in 10x increase in AR customer payments! I reached out to my Bank and NetSuite Senior Account Rep for suggestions on automating to scale quickly. They independently recommended Celigo Cash Application Manager, which resulted in 92% match rate. So 92% of our customer payments were automatically created in NetSuite and applied to appropriate invoices. An intuitive dashboard built within NetSuite gave my AR team visibility into all payment details and their payment status. Any acceptions were worked directly in the dashboard. Game Changer!

We were also moving from a homegrown CRM to Salesforce. Their prebuilt Salesforce Integration App meant I didn't need any developers and was up and running quickly. Celigo iPaaS allowed us to manage all our integrations on a single platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
For Cash Application Manager, the project also depended on the bank. Banks tend to move a bit slower than we desired, but Celigo set up regular office hours so they could help keep the bank moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Automating large volume of NetSuite AR Customer Payments applied to invoices. 92% of this work was now automated!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Integration has changed so much over the years. We did not require a developer or highly technical person to work with Celigo platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo makes connecting platforms together a breeze. It is simple to learn due to a robust library of educational videos, tutorials, and certifications available at no additional cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Celigo. One small suggestion I have would be to keep building the existing certification library and continue to include new content frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to integrate our database solution into our ERP solution easily. This has resulted in massive efficiency increases across the board while allowing us to focus development efforts elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility that Celigo provides in customizing flows and other connections allows me to tailor it to my exact needs. The mapping interface is intuitive and easy to learn. Being able to connect systems other than my ERP is also a very nice function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure can be a bit tricky to understand, though the support at both the Account Rep and Customer Service level is amazing. Once a rep is assigned to a ticket, the results are usually quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Celigo to connect my website(s) to our NetSuite ERP. The native flow makes this process easy to set up and customize. I also use it to connect to multiple FTP servers to bring non-website orders in from other systems.
