Great Integration Solution

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is great at capturing business needs and providing effective solutions for integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet had an experience with Celigo that I dislike. Things can be a bit challenging if internally processes or needs are not well documented. Limitations with 3rd party vendors can be a slight hindrance at times as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to greatly increase efficiency by using Celigo. Duplication of effort and manual processes have been mitigated if not eliminated altogether with their solutions. Cost savings are starting to become the primary beneficiary for us.

Easy to sync data from multiple business systems

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Celigo provides an easy to use/understand interface to create and update mappings, also to troubleshoot integration errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo is able to email notifications when integration errors show up. I would like to be able to customize the notifications sent from integration errors to provide more information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrated our Ecommerce store to our ERP to manage and fullfill ecommerce orders. We have also connected our CRM software with our ERP to manage our customers, contacts and incoming sales opportunities. We have also integrated our HR/Payroll system with our ERP system to manage our timecards and time worked against project, expenses and other utilization data. We also have integrated our ERP system with Sharepoint for a better file storage solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The account manager and the customer success team for my account were extremely helpful during the renewal process and they were willing to work with us to meet our budgeting goals. In addition, the platform offers many pre-built connections between multiple command platforms so that users do not have to build their own connector. However, it is also quite easy to build custom flows using custom endpoints to meet business-specific requirements for my company.
There is also Celigo university that offers a lot of free training and information. The weekly help session is also very valuable to new/old users with specific questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo have not had any pre-built connector to MS powerBI platform tools and any workday Adaptive tools. Hope that will be added soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the Celigo Salesforce NetSuite connector to streamline transactions from the CRM to the ERP process. Also, we have Celigo custom flows on other projects that connect with multiple endpoints. The functionalities are all there and good for any businesses that need to connect their applications through API and any one of the methods Celigo offers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your due diligence. Always compare products that you are interested in such as functionality, ease of use, and support.

What do you like best about the product?
The high degree of automation. The variety of features available for various business functions (in our case order import, auto-billing, inventory synchronization). The very high level of reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor error handling features. That's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Celigo for synchronizing our Amazon business with our Netsuite ERP back-end. The level of automation and insight into data provided next-level efficiency and allowed us to focus on expanding the business.

Solid platform, Many uses

What do you like best about the product?
Saves time and headcount. We use the platform to upload a massive amount of data which gets into Netsuite much faster than any other option out there or native app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really much. It does what we need as described. I could complain about price but that goes for everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uploading SO and PO data, plus more

Nothing really to dislike, it works well.

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the eas of use, Celigo support is one of the best I have encountered in decades working with vendor support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any concerns, outstanding issues, nor suggestions for improvement .

Efficiency integrating Outlook with Netsuite! Allows our sales team to focus on the customer, not the paper work.
