What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Celigo is its flexibility and ease of integration, particularly for mid-sized businesses looking to automate workflows across multiple platforms. The platform's pre-built integration templates for common systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, and various e-commerce solutions allow for faster and more efficient setup, which reduces the time needed for custom development. Additionally, Celigo's user-friendly interface allows even non-technical users to automate processes, customize integrations, and manage data flows effectively. The platform's scalability is another key advantage, making it suitable for businesses with evolving needs.

On top of that, Celigo’s newer AI-powered capabilities are a big plus—helping with smarter mapping and transformation suggestions, faster troubleshooting through improved error insights, and more proactive monitoring. These AI features make it easier to identify issues earlier, reduce manual effort when maintaining integrations, and speed up iteration when processes change.
What do you dislike about the product?
One common drawback of Celigo is that its error handling and debugging can feel limited for more complex integrations. When something goes wrong, it isn’t always easy to quickly trace the root cause or pinpoint where in a multi-step workflow the failure occurred, which can slow down troubleshooting and require extra trial-and-error.

That said, Celigo’s support helps offset this quite a bit—the customer service team is typically responsive and knowledgeable, and they’re good at guiding you through issue resolution, performance tuning, and configuration/customization decisions. Also, Celigo’s newer AI-powered capabilities are starting to make troubleshooting easier by providing smarter error insights, suggesting likely causes, and helping prioritize what to fix first, which reduces the time and effort needed to resolve issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is solving the problem of disconnected systems and manual, error-prone processes by providing a centralized integration platform that automates data flows across applications like NetSuite, Salesforce, and e-commerce platforms. Instead of relying on custom scripts or manual data entry, Celigo enables reliable, repeatable integrations that keep systems in sync in near real time.

For our team, this has resulted in significant time savings, fewer data inconsistencies, and improved operational efficiency. Automating integrations reduces manual effort and human error, shortens order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles, and allows teams to focus on higher-value work rather than troubleshooting data issues. Celigo also gives better visibility into integration health, making it easier to monitor processes and respond quickly when issues arise, which ultimately supports scalability as the business grows.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup, well-documented and outstanding support. They will go above and beyond helping you when you have an issue. Their office hours are so helpful. You can also listen in when other folks have problems and hear solutions. THeir solutions are rich in customization and configuration abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is not favorable for SMB's. The lowest version only contains 3 integrations. It would be nice to provide a price reduction the longer you're a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue we have is integrating Jack Henry Financial Services. We need data to flow from their highly secured system to Netsuite for our Financial reporting. No more manual entry into Netsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
More native connections in the marketplace, more API options, more polish on existing features - Celigo is all about incremental improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo continues to innovate and strengthen the capability of their platform. Instead of slapping together a glorified chatbot to give lip-service to AI implementation, they instead came up with a very clever way to check common integration errors. This is both wonderfully convenient and intensely useful. I continue to be impressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Celigo to automate data flow from many different sales channels, so we can be efficient and productive with the staff and skillset that we currently have.

I like how easy it is to map fields from one software to another.

The support center lacks information, I use it a lot to try and search for things, and most of the time, there is nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration automation. We use it for a lot of applications to push and pull data.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve now been using Celigo for several years, and it continues to be a critical integration platform for our business. The prebuilt integrations are intuitive, flexible, and powerful, while still allowing room for customization as requirements grow more complex. Celigo’s pace of innovation has been consistent and impressive—product enhancements regularly align with changes from key integration partners rather than lagging behind them.

Their integration apps for platforms like Amazon, eBay, Magento 2, and Walmart remain best-in-class, and the overall platform has scaled well as our integration needs have expanded. Celigo has proven to be a reliable, forward-thinking partner for building and maintaining mission-critical integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the solution is pricey, once you look at the return on investment, the solution pays for itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Celigo to interface eCommerce platforms like eBay, Magento, Magento2, Walmart, and Amazon to NetSuite. I have also used it to interface Netsuite to vendors and marketing companies. The amount of automation and data integrity we have gained is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Previously we had managed integrations in-house. This meant really only our tech/dev team could fix when something went wrong. Celigo is user-friendly enough that we have our non-devs able to fix issues (and even set up new integrations)
What do you dislike about the product?
Building some of the more advanced logic feels unnecessarily tricky. You can be going several layers deeps into compare statements; I've seen more elegant logic and argument builders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Massively improved reliability and robustness. Ability for non-devs to fix issues. Their support is generally very good too.

What do you like best about the product?
The technical support, that is the key driver for continued service. There have been alot of third party companies my business has used and they all ended up getting dropped due to poor technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports for flows, i would like to understand why my flow failed or was ignored. Usually for a failed flow it gives a lot of technical jargen that is hard to understand, ignored flows don't explain why at all. Not everyone is a celigo expert so it would be nice if there was a breif description of what happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to customize how our information is sent, so no matter where we are in advancments or lack there of we can adjust the integrator accordingly. Flexibility is important.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If its a Magento to netsuite Connection, it can't be beat. Best in Class.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo was a simple integration that has a robust set of features for our company. The support is also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, nothing. Even the price was below market competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problem was the capturing of our Amazon sales into our Netsuite account. Celigo allowed us to accomplish this goal rather quickly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
In a short time, Celigo has become an indispensable tool within our organization. We use Celigo for EDI, order processing, inventory systems and all connections between systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a better dashboard so that we can see our connections on a big screen in the IT department and detect problems immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our online services are connected to the back office. We are realizing a huge decrease in human labour.

Hands Down Best for Connecting to Netsuite and More

What do you like best about the product?
Netsuite is hard to connect with. If you've tried then you know. Celigo has done the best job in making this easy and simple. It can also do pretty much anything else you'd need to integrate. I also like their Pre-built integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the learning curve, but once you learn it's pretty straightforward. There are a lot of help articles that can help and their support is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We built a custom connection with a 3PL for order uploads. We sync inventory with multiple vendors we work with. We use the Amazon Connector, BigCommerce connector, Cash Application Manager. Then we also have over 100 other custom flows that we've created which have allowed us to automate a lot of manual work.
