Automation and Integration Limited by Your Imagination
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate business processes by manipulating and re-injecting data into other endpoints has been a game-changer for our company. I would highly recommend this for folks without script/coding knowledge as an essential building block for business process automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of quarks in the user interface, but Celigo is continuously improving and expanding its platform/user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are controlling pre-order launch times and inventory, purchasing package insurance, automating product creation, consignment inventory accounting processes, and much much more.

It is very beneficial for connecting NetSuite and Shopify and works efficiently

Troubleshooting errors can be difficult at times

We are able to make a change in just one system and have it applied to both systems easily through Celigo

Integration with a new ERP system, and allows us to integrate with outside 3rd party vendors with ease
Connection made Easier
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to get going on the first day with Celigo. They have native integrations with many commonly used software with an easy-to-use interface to start connecting systems quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation on some of the native integrations is sparse, or at the very least hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any time we wanted to change the information between our E-commerce platform and our ERP we had to involve the dev team. Now our operations team can handle the flow of information and quickly adjust to the changing needs of our business.
Excellent Option for a small team
What do you like best about the product?
Very flexible and adaptable to all our endpoints. Simple enough to use for a basic connection and robust enough to leverage for our most complex needs
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little slow when testing connections. When you are trouble shooting a connection and make a small change it can be tedious to wait for the test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving a ton of time by reducing manual data entry across systems.
Great integration tool for large SaaS platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and readily available information when you need help. Instead of having to have developer-level skills to build out custom APIs; the end-user can serve as a system admin and have the ability to transfer data appropriately from Saas 2 Saas. There are also Celigo learning courses that help to simplify and explain the process, which helps. After watching and doing the skills and tutorials, I felt more confident in my abilities to complete the flows. In addition to this, they have a great UI and lays out errors and causes behind them so you can identify what went wrong pretty quickly. There are also a plethora of pre-made templates you can use and tweak to your organization's needs. There is also a sandbox environment that you can play around in without having to worry about messing something up in production. Clearing errors is pretty easy as well you can just go to the flow and resolve it. It will give you a code to show you what the error is as well so no guess work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the webhooks learning tools can be a bit confusing. Flows still require a heavy knowledge of the system do some that are effective. Support is ok not the best, but overall better than the competitors. Pricing can be a little high depending on the size of your organization. Not all functionality will be utilized if you are just needing a few data points transferred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The manual transfer of data from one cloud platform to the other. This helps to eliminate user errors when doing manual entries. It also removes the element of having a corrupt csv file for data uploads as every platform has its specific mapping, and the fields do not always match up. That can lead to fallout errors and require a user to go in and work those errors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your organization is robust enough to utilize the capabilities of this platform, then yes, I would highly advise leveraging this tool for your SaaS integrations compared to a custom API or manual data transfer process.
Flexible, reliable connector
What do you like best about the product?
Very flexible and customizable, support of handlebars and expressions allows a good degree of data modification in addition to syncing data directly. Having this product has significantly improved our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues in which the documentation was insufficient and did not properly account for the functionality of certain connectors, making for substantial time spent in troubleshooting and additional testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are improving 2-way flow of eCommerce order and fulfillment information, along with inventory information. We have been able to substantially enhance management of order traffic and minimize staff hours, plus improve reporting and payments recordkeeping.

Counter-intuitive regex implementation, some features require engineering instead of being self-service

Cash application for both ACH and Lockbox payment files to Netsuite and flowing summations to Salesforce becomes easy with Celigo
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A solid option if you're getting lockbox files from your bank with hundreds of checks or need to push Salesforce/Netsuite data back and forth.
Easy to use for non-tech project managers
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has great out-of-the-box integrations for the programs our company uses on a daily basis. The integrations are quick to set up and easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing for people to be aware of as non-tech users is that if you do need customization to an existing integration, certain fields are locked and may require development support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is excellent at connecting our ERP system Oracle NetSuite to other systems we use such as Shopify, Klayvio and Pipedrive. Celigo has made it easy for our systems to communicate allowing quick access to customer, order and inventory information across platforms.
