Very robust automation software connecting two powerhouses.

What do you like best about the product?
Celio removes human error and automates a vital but tedious communication process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time difference with our company based in QLD, Australia, can make immediate support a delayed process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating purchases from Shopify PLUS into NetSuite. The close-to-real time process saves the company time and increases efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - Integrator.io is super easy to navigate, and error resolution is very nice
Support - Speedy and knowledgeable support
University - Where you can learn how the program works and test your knowledge with interactive exams
Pre Built Integrations - Allows for super speedy connector setups
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the errors can be tricky to debug, but besides that, there aren't too many things I dislike about Celigo

More pre-built connection options would be a plus
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving tons of time with automating daily tasks
Data integrity for our inventory software items and sales
Dynamic data updates on a scheduled basis
Learning of how API connections work

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with Celigo on several projects related to our eCommerce expansion across marketplaces, domestically as well as internationally.
The Celigo team has been a great partner to support our expansion efforts and make sure we achieve our business objectives.
I am very satisfied with the partnership we have with Celigo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any specific dislikes about Celigo.
They are great partners to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrator.io platform is relatively easy to setup and it just works, with very little maintenance. There are advanced features, but non-technical users can pick it up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike. It will be good to seem more updates for the online community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with internal systems, Zendesk and Slack

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo offers many solutions for integrations. I love the ease of setup and how user-friendly the platform is to use to set up integrations. The support team is super helpful when we come across issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Celigo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We as a company use Celigo for many of our integrations - specifically from NetSuite to Magento, NetSuite to Shopify, and custom integrations for warehouse order fulfillment handling. The significant benefit of using Celigo is the ease of setup and management of the integrations. As the user who handles the integration setups, I like that I don't have to be a coder to understand how to set everything up.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has been a trusted partner for us as we've steadily built out our tech stack over the last 3 years. They power a number of critical data flows for us into and out of our ERP, including 3PL orders and fulfillments, item creations, transfers, returns flows, and wholesale orders and fulfillments. They deliver very high value for their cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of their solutions rely on Netsuite saved search architecture which can have some limitations with functionality, although to date it hasn't really impacted our successful usage of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo primarily powers data flows into and out of Netsuite ERP. They also connect a customer returns platform we use, as well as a connector to Shopify from Netsuite to create items. Their product and services allow us to drive a large number of data flows in almost real time, such as order flows, fulfillments, transfers, item creation and returns,.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is intuitive and quick to learn. It contains all the functions and features that are necessary to fully integrate and automate flows between disparate systems. They are continuously improving the product and adding to the available list of pre-build API endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
More system feedback while developing integrations would be welcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several outside SAAS products that we are using. This tool allowed us to easily integrate those together along with the in-house systems that we support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We reviewed and tried other solutions. Celigo was by far the most complete and easiest to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The Integrator.io dashboard. I like how it shows error alerts allowing you to address any mapping or system issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not experienced too much downside besides some glitches that were quickly resolved and corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifing mapping errors and syncing data with real support. We have saved a lot of time and having more accurate transaction and inventory data across our ERP and marketplaces and eCommerce cart.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use and modularity of the platform. When questions or issues arise, the Celigo support staff goes above and beyond to help identify and address the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there are error descriptions that are too vague. More specific wording would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Order flow integrations between our eCommerce platform, eCommerce marketplaces, our ERP system and our 3PL.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you require integrations between multiple systems in your business flow, Celigo is a powerful solution for you to explore.
