Celigo is intuitive and has tons of tools to connect, update, and integrate your data easily.
What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use UI and mapping tools make working in Celigo fun, and the Market Place has nearly all the connectors we needed, and the knowledge base and help articles are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the prebuilt connectors are out of date and need more options, i.e. the SQL Server connector does not have a vs2019 and lacks valuable options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating several of our LOB apps with our ERP, CRM, and Support systems we are able to ensure the right data is updated in related systems and in a timely fashion. We have been able to eliminate several less useful integration tools and see many projects in the future that we will leverage Celigo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do some homework and ensure the connectors you're looking to use have been updated/created recently as some are several years old and may not work as intended or require you to purchase the most up-to-date version. Either way, the Celigo solutions are very affordable if an upgraded connector is required. Most are free and the entire package makes Celigo hard to beat compared to other similar vendors.

Great domain-specific applications that don't require us to start from zero to create a new mapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can always be better. It's fair pricing however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our shopify and Amazon accounts to Netsuite. Simplifying reconciliation of both payouts.

Celigo: Easy to Use, Easy to get Help
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is relatively intuitive and easy to use and troubleshoot. Additionally, if I ever get stuck, I know I can submit a ticket and within a very short time frame, I'm connected with someone who can help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more help text around the flow settings and mapping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User interface - resolving issues was causing an issue with the UI and I was able to connect with someone from Celigo immediately to rectify the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Automates important processes. Steamlines processing any errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of the mappings have been difficult to pin down, but support has been helpful in getting the integrations to work for our business's needs.

The integrations have automated several of our key error prone and time consuming manual processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great solution if it's what you need. There are other options out there, but their offering fit our company's needs the best. And they've been great to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly to employees with limited integration or IT experience. Celigo's team is responsive and accommodating whenever we are stuck with integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The resources on the help center could be more detailed and easier to search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are focused on automating repetitive processes and implementing integrations between multiple systems to our ERP. The integrations allow our teams to focus on high-priority tasks instead of manually exporting/importing data between various systems.
Great product and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Very comprehensive out of the box product set. Onboarding process was good. We really liked the fact that they help train our internal team on how to use the platform and systems. This allows us to develop our own expertise and troubleshoot most issues without having to rely on Celigo as much. On top of this all of our custom requirements have been resolved through contacting support and having them assist with custom rules, logic functions, etc.
Pricing is extremely competitive and we're ending up saving hundreds of thousands of dollars each year not having additional in house resources to manage custom integrations, etc.
We're extremely happy and they're really one of the backbones of our whole IT infrastructure. We currently have 7 ecommerce stores all hooked up to our ERP, our returns system, drop shipping, and Amazon marketplace.

End to end integration with 7 Shopify Plus websites, Netsuite ERP, Loop returns, EDI and dropshipping, Amazon marketplace.
We've significantly cut down on both costs, time to launch, and can now scale up extremely efficiently with Celigo.

Celigo is fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations have become a breeze since we started using Celigo. The UI is easy to understand and learn, and yet still allows the complex integrations we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice if we could set something so that Celigo would automatically do something (ex. retry error) if there was a specific error on a flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to simplify all our integrations and have been able to expand the number of integrations for the ease of both our customers and warehouse/store locations
Straightforward Integration Software
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of prebuilt packages help speed up integration work. But if there are not a prebuilt package, the custom integration logic is straightforward and easily understood.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing immediately comes tom mind. There was some learning curve to get used to and there was a recent UI change that took some relearning, but ultimately the updated UI made sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've primarily used the tool to integrate Salesforce and Netsuite and makes the integration easy. It has been a straight forward integration and sped up these integration points.
