Great Interface and Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support representatives are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tutorials are sometimes out of date to the new er interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Celigo to flow data in and out of our ERP System.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
None at this time.
Celigo's Review
What do you like best about the product?
Quick response on issue reported, how knowledgeable, supportive and proactive all representatives were until the situation was resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't recall any situation or action that I considered not to be appropriate or dislike me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payments not going through, NetSuite and celigo required a new user registration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good and fast customer service, agents are very knowledgeable and kind to respond all my questions until the issue was resolved.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has allowed our business to track inventory in a way like we never have in the past! Being able to schedule flows at selected times of the day has been very helpful. The use of API's will allow us to grow our business greatly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo is somewhat complicated to learn at first but once you have setup all the flows and mapping how you prefer it is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the issues that we have had were problems the derived from incorrect setup. Celigo tech support has helped us out a great deal to get things to where they are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using Celigo as an integration platform with Netsuite.
Great support, seamless transaction migration into NetSuite
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo provides the ability to complete line by line data migration. The customer support is excellent and response time is great. There is real time transfer of orders into NetSuite, that is an upgrade to our previous system. We outgrew using QuickBooks Online due to the numbe of orders we were processing. The intergrator for Shopify to QBO could not process any of our new orders so we went from a manual process to 100% automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have 1 account linked. We have to select the store name every time we log into trouble shoot a minor error. Wish we could have the ability to set a default upon login. Also should be able to have the customer deposit add even after Sales order was imported. We forgot to turn on this feature and now have to manually add a customer payment via CSV upload in NetSuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated, we outgrew our financial program and had to migrate into NetSuite. We faced having import limations with QuickBooks online. There is no data limitation.
We do not currently have any open issues with Celigo. Everything is working great thusfar. We migrated into NetSuite from QuickBooks online and this was the perfect solution to get the data needed into NetSuite.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are not familar with coding, highly recommend using someone who is able to read coding and undersand how to map using coding. This can get a bit complicated if not familar with these types of language. We were lucky to have a coding guru on staff, and I dont know what I would have done if he didnt set up for me. If there is a cost to have Celigo map for you into NetSuite or any other ERP platform, it is worth the expense to have them set up your mapping for you.
Celigo - Powerful Middleware for Netsuite Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very easy to navigate. It really allows you to do a lot of customization. Partner office hours are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find I am getting less active support from sales and support working with Celigo as a partner. When I was a direct customer of Celigo, support and account management were over the top great. It has been a bit of a struggle since becoming a partner. Office hours are usually only able to be scheduled about once per week which is not enough when you have a large project that has a short timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating EDI with Netsuite. I have found the mapping and file definitions to be easy to work with. It definitely takes the place of having to have a third party EDI mapping tool such as Sterling or EDIHQ or a PaaS such as Tru Commerce or SPS Commerce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a direct client of Celigo, they are fantastic! 4 Stars! Make sure you get the premiere support and fully managed implementation if you are just starting out.
A little difficult for non-developers, but great support - Integrator.io
What do you like best about the product?
The level of support is excellent. Less than 1 day turn-around times and they troubleshoot with you. Office hours are also helpful, but signup as soon as you know you are attending so that you can be the first slot of the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not recommend this for those with little to non developing experience. For me, the largest time-suck was understanding handlebar expressions and dot notation. I would also say the free 'university' training isn't that robust. It only shows one example for each flow component, which unless you are building a flow that somehow is exactly what they are showing it isn't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are connecting our Hubspot with Netsuite so that everytime a new deal is 'won' in HubSpot, a customer is created in NetSuite and a Sales Order created from the HubSpot line items.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My 'ease of use' score is due purely to the fact that I had limited coding experience so I definitely had trouble getting up to speed. I would recommend going to office hours and taking advantage of their great support for assistance.
User Friendly Integration Platform for NetSuite
What do you like best about the product?
Customization features for mapping are accessible and fairly easy to use, even for a novice admin. Documentation is pretty good, and support team is quite helpful for resolving more complex mappings. We've created some complex mappings to accommodate Parent customer mappings which are needed for OneWorld (multi-subsidiary).
Ability to build custom integration flows is great.
Ability to build custom integration flows is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subscriptions are expensive.
Shopify premium subscription only handles Shopify payments. Other merchant payments cannot be settled.
The Shopify group implementation training and setup documentation was not detailed enough. Our launch took far too long as a result.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're subscribed to the Amazon and Shopify Premium integration flows, and have utilized a custom flow for a couple of internal integrations. We've created an FTP import of our FedEx bills into NetSuite which has eliminated several hours of clerical work.
Integrator.io review
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has many connections pre-installed for a variety of web based tools i.e Jira, Freshdesk, etc. with the Standard FTP/HTTP and Rest SPI I have been able to make a connection To/From every system I needed to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is a bit strong, but the Online documentation could be better. The knowledge base was hard to search and find useful resolution to your issue. The new video training series is a step in the right direction, using the search I was able to find training that addressed the topic I needed help with, and using the information presented I was able to understand how to use the system to accomplish what I was trying to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Celigo for a number of things:
Integrations between our ERP, and several supporting systems including other cloud based systems i.e. Freshdesk, 3PL partners, Custom systems i.e. our home grown Subscription system.
Automations on a single system. We have flows that look for orders with the right criteria and execute other transaction types in Netsuite to complete our business cycle. i.e. Fulfill digital subscription when the Physical product is shipped so the whole order goes to AR and is billed together on a single invoice. Complex Suitescript which needed constant IT attemtion was replaced by a few saved searches and two Celigo flows to allow end users to run the system unattended.
As much as we in IT try users are still most comfortable with Excel or delimited files. Using a drop folder or the Data Loader functionality has also been invaluable when bringing a new system online or bringing structured data into the system from legacy sources that aren't available through an API
Celigo has also been useful for developing and testing proof of concepts for things we will ultimately program in Suitescript for performance reasons. It is very easy to put something together and test it in production with users to identify all of the requirements before engaging engineering to develop performant map reduce scripts

So far, so good. Our implementation has gone very smoothly!!!
What do you like best about the product?
We love the Amazon Settlement feature!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have any complaints at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still implementing but there will be a great labor savings in the account reconciliation process and we are looking forward to rolling out business pricing and quantity discounts.
iPaaS par excellence
What do you like best about the product?
I have found working with the customer support team most effective when solving problems. Celigo university is also a nice feature I have started to explore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some knowledge base articles are outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processing Shopify Payouts through the Reconciliation add-on is reducing man-hours. Integration Shopify orders with NetSuite has helped streamline the fulfillment process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Celigo offers a simple interface to integrate complex systems. Make use of the ever-growing list of pre-built applications where possible. Once you start a relationship with Celigo their solutions are easy to scale to meet the demands of your business.
