Our mixed feedback about the current situation of our integrator
What do you like best about the product?
The integrator interface is very user friendly

Manual integration is only possible for 10 orders at one time

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is connecting our e-commerce (Shopify) to our ERP (NetSuite). It handles all the situations from order placement to fulfillment and all points between. If we had to build this from scratch, not only would it take a lot of time to develop, but it would be much more difficult to maintain and customize. For the situations it does not support, there are great templates to get me started in doing custom work such as importing records. Once it was set up, it required very low maintenance and the alerts it provides for any failures is really nice.
Best in class connection tools paired with active community
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to easily make connections between Shopify and NetSuite, as well as other custom integrations needed to get data in and out of NetSuite. The knowledgebase is extensive and Celigo is continuously expanding its University courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Price is higher than some competitor but you get what you pay for with a product like this.
- Since there are so many ways to connect and options, what you want to do can be a little difficult to discover at first.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting Shopify to NetSuite is a breeze with the pre-built flows and connections from Celigo. With minimal setup you can be syncing inventory, orders and shipments between the two systems. Additionally, custom flows have saved us countless man hours in manual data entries. Our rep groups are able to drop a CSV file into FTP folders and I was able to build a custom flow that created Sales Orders from the CSV files.
Great iPaaS for Amazon Seller Central
What do you like best about the product?
We did the managed implementation for our business. I took the courses on how to set up the integration app with NetSuite and Amazon Seller Central. The instructor was great to work with. I don't come from a tech background, but the app is fairly simple to set up and they covered scenarios very specific to my account needs. You can easily test order data to make sure it is mapping to NetSuite just how you want it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides are the add-ons that we did not know were not included in the Amazon Premium connector. Because the use case for data varies among clients, certain features require an add-on, though the Premium connector is very powerful by itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No realized benefits yet as we are still in the implementation phase and are not live. We are resolving issues with making sure our inventory is being sync'd from Amazon to NetSuite and not the other way around (requires add-on).

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has Excellent and responsive Tech Support

I do not work directly on Celigo on a daily basis. But I have no complaints

Jed was very helpful in configuring our Shopify orders so that we now have 3 Shopify Customer Accounts based on region.

The ability to modify/transform/tweak all the data that came and goes through each platform being integrated is awesome.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far is little to dislike, but i would say that having complex scenarios examples would help to pick parts of it into new integrations flows. There are lots of good documentation but most of the topics there have simple examples which not always help that much on real life scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are changing our finantial source of truth from our own plataform to NetSuite. In order to do this we create an API and use NetSuite exports to call this API and update all the financial data we need on our side.
At first it was a bit tricky because i've never use Celigo before, but after you get to know how it all works it quite fast and easy to build up flows.

Try it out, join support calls, ask as many as you can on you trial days and you will likely to love it or know right away that it wasn't what you were looking for.
Fluid System and GREAT Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo's integration system is great and their customer support is even better. If there are issues that the system cannot do natively, the support staff is very helpful in coming up with a custom hard-coded solution for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting errors usually require getting in contact with someone. There are "reasons" what's causing it to stop but not clear visual directions of what needs to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to run our store on a platform we wanted but still use our ERP system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I trust Celigo with my integration and their support team to help me solve problems. If you are looking to integrate 2 systems together, I can send my recommendation.

Working with Celigo to Fix a 'Bill To' Error from BigCommerce TO NetSuite
What do you like best about the product?
The support Engineer (Jed Tenora) and I have worked previously on other issues in the past. Jed is very responsive and has a high degree of analytical prowess. He knows our implementation flow(s) very well and has the most professional zoom guidance I have ever seen. He places arrows on my screen where I should click inside of Celigo I.O. when we are troubleshooting.
I also like having access to our Customer Success Manager, Lorenzo Henderson. If I have a question about the status of a ticket he can get on Slack and get an expedited answer.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find a downside with using Celigo and the Technical Support they provide.
If I had to name a 'Con'... I like working with a specific engineer, Jed, and his time zone starts later than mine. I just got off the zoom with Jed and I am happy at the end result.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a couple issues using Celigo. We wanted to break away from using NetSuite as our Front End. We do really like NetSuite as an ERP solution and Celigo provides the bridge for our orders and customer info from BC to NS.
The realized benefits are that we are saving a huge amount per year by using Celigo and not using NetSuite as our front end.

Whatever platform you are looking to leave in order to attain a better service/experience which turns into increased revenue, don't be fearful of doubts bridging to new platform, Celigo can deliver.
