Celigo is a great integration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Celigo is the ease of use and the ease of implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were more errors in our sync between NetSuite and Shopify than I was expecting, so we have definitely had to make some tweaks along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Celigo to integrate NetSuite with both Shopify and our 3PL. With the automation of these programs, we have had to hire less resources than we would have to manage our sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We looked at several integration options and this was the easiest, most cost effective option for a small company without an IT Department.

What do you like best about the product?
Rock solid and reliable integrations platform. Can quickly get integrations up and running quickly. Support is amazing.

We've had no downsides working with Celigo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Global integrations for our ecommerce channels, through our ERP and right through to fulfilment at the warehouses.
Awesome Connector App
What do you like best about the product?
We love using Celigo for most of all of our clients due to the fact is has almost every built in connector possible. We implement a lot of projects that require ERP's CRM's and this is our go to solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve is hard but once getting past that everything is pretty easy to understand. Luckily they they some great training materials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our clients with an app that provides a big suite of app/software connector pre-built. We just used Celigo to connect Big Commerce to a custom ERP

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and manage.

Celigo being a US-based company, it did take a long time to get solutions to our problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently using Celigo as our middleware for our Magento 2 website and Netsuite.

What do you dislike about the product?
Help Desk usually responds after-hours, insufficient documentation and troubleshooting steps for specific sales channel, documents outdated based on latest user interface, item variations have to be exactly the same across various sales channels, lacking certain flows that should be standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a lot of issues with item variations between the various sales channels. Haven't seen much benefit yet, other than not having to import the data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before integrating, have a good understanding of how your sales channels work and its limitations; expect for the item variations to be exactly the same across all channels; if taking group implementation sessions, try to run various tests after each class to try to produce issues to ask in the following class; do not expect all of the flows to meet your needs, and you might need to create your own flow or hire a consultant for help.
Awesome Netsuite Connector
What do you like best about the product?
Once the mappings are set up this is such an easy process. All our orders are in Netsuite real time without errors. Love that any errors are Queued from review to assure data integrity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found any! Love the amazon connector and now getting our ecommerce orders thru shipstation. it is awesome. I would love it Celigo offered a solution to print creat UCC lables.

Sales are in Netsuite real time - without anyone touching them. Real time info helps drive the business

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration problems. We are using Celigo to connect NetSuite (our master database & finance/accounting system) to a variety of external systems.
Benefits include the time frame to implement integrations and how quickly we are up and running with the system mappings enabling systems to communicate. Other benefits include making updates very easily and maintenance is relatively low.

Celigo team are super professional individuals with strong team work culture that are always available to help customer's requirements.

We have integrated our new ERP system with our Salesforce platform and in future, we are planning to integrate our BI tools with CRM and ERP by using Celigo integration tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Based on the platform integration experiences we have so far in working with Celigo, I highly recommend them as a well qualified partner specially for SAAS companies.

What do you like best about the product?
It eliminates data entry between our systems. It also helps with accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much we dislike. It does however force us to be more consistent with how we process orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves having to hire another person to do data entry, time & money.
Great Program (if you know what you are doing)
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot about Celigo that I like. The biggest thing is probably the amount of customization available even starting from a basic template.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue with Celigo is not really their fault. It is whatever the client wants you to do and the inability to find good examples of guides of how excatly to get it done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have added an FTP server connection for a client to send 940, 945 EDI files between themselves and the 3PL warehouse used for distribution.
