Great integration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The visualization of the flows and the support. I have always had my questions answered promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team and I have come across a few bugs on the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big integrations into NetSuite. It is making the process convenient that the flows are all in the same location.
Exceptional iPaaS software platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I am not a hard core IT professional, but rather a Business guy with a small amount of IT understanding. Notwithstanding this lack of formal background, I can work with the Celigo Products with multiple integrations. I do everything, setting up connections, mapping fields between databases, and clearing errors when they occur. I like it because it is understandable for the lay person, you do not need to be a programmer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated at times by the support delays. Openning tickets, typically get responded to in the evenings (i think it is supported in Asia with management in the US). The support is sound and they are very knowedgeable, but they delays can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple integrations, our core ERP is Oracle's NetSuite, with 5 Amazon Integrations, an integration to Magento2 for our Primary website, and two integrations to Shopify for smaller websites. We also have an integration to Shipstation for our shiping solution. These integrations are integral to our operations, and we rely on them every single day, absolutely mission critical for our business.
We started slowly with one integration, when that proved itself, we added another, then another, and so on. until we are at the point we are now.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service, clear billing structure, clean UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn’t alert via email when there are errors during integration, some limitations in standard flows

Saving time from manual entry of online orders, fulfilling and invoicing them; increase accuracy
NetSuite Salesforce Integration Works and More
What do you like best about the product?
The NetSuite integration with Salesforce works really well. The sales orders were created from sales opportunities along with product pricing. Additionally, we built a custom flow from Salesforce to our API.
What do you dislike about the product?
When installing the NetSuite/Salesforce integration package, there are lots small files that will be downloaded and you won't know what it's for or what it's doing initially. Additionally, they released a new UI which had a few bugs, but their customer support is really helpful and was able to get us back on track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NetSuite integration to Salesforce.
Celigo is Essential
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Celigo functions as any middleware should, it sits quietly in the background and gets the job done. It rarely causes errors and makes our lives easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires some technical skills to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are transmitting information to/from Shopify and Netsuite.

The program is intuitive and easy to use

Linking certain payment has not worked well

Transitioning from JP Morgan to Bank of America has been smooth thanks to our Celigo team. They have been very responsive with any issues/questions we have had.

Celigo is easy to use and our project team was responsive and helpful every step of the way!

What do you like best about the product?
very easy to use the system. Integration with Netsuite and Bamboo HR. Customer support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration works great but the system doesn't understand when you terminate employees that were hired and terminated on the same day to mark them as terminated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reconciliation of employees from Bamboo HR to NetSuite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is important to have great customer support if any changes need to be implemented and Celigo is doing a great job with providing the support. We use Celigo to reconcile employees from Bamboo HR to NetSuite and it is so easy to do so.
Celigo Has Streamlined Our Accounting and Data Entry Process
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo automates the connection between our Shopify store and NetSuite, our CRM and ERP. What used to be a manual process, is now handled by Celigo's connectors, which we were able to customize to meet our needs.
Additionally, because Celigo syncs our store and our NetSuite database so often, we get much more current data from our store in NetSuite.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside to using Celigo is that, while Celigo's integrator.io syncs are customizable, they still required us to change how we set up our database. In particular, email address was not previously a unique field in NetSuite for our organization, since both a business and that business's contact could have the same email. To make Celigo work, we had to change email into a unique field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem that orders from our Shopify store previously had to be manually prepared for an import to NetSuite. This took an accountant a fair amount of time each month. We are now saving time and getting order data in NetSuite more regularly.
Celigo IO and CAM
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has a proven implementation process that makes execution flawless to what was planned in implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything works as discussed during design and implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interfacing between a local SQL database and a cloud ERP system. The interface is simple and many options are allowed. This helps create a completely unique connection between all systems in accordance with desired business processes.
Quick learning curve, Very easy to use UI. Good customer support.

Integrated UI for all platforms and free community edition for tryouts.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Error messages are sometimes cryptic.
- Reviewing every error takes time, would like to have a popup on the errors for retries.
- Once marked resolved unable to revert back.
- Unable to see the JSON data for the successfully completed flows to review the data payload
- There is no SO number created in NetSuite synced back to Shopify Order

The following recommendation are suggested:
- Opt-in for sandbox on all the integration end points along with Celigo's sandbox
- Hire, train and build an in-house expertise for day to day administration needs. This is a better option than using implementation partners
- Never go in for a custom implemented integration solution by one man consultant company, research iPasS integration technologies and choose the best that suite your needs, My assurance is that Celigo solution will stand out high in the competition.
