A simple connection between Netsuite, Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
What do you like best about the product?
The simple user interface makes it easy to setup and modify the connection between our software applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative at this time. I am hoping to expand upon our existing connectors and use a few new ones. Perhaps there will be some new challenges along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating order entry, fulfillment, and billing between Amazon Seller Central and Netsuite has been a massive time saver for us. Also establishing a real-time connection for available inventory levels between these systems.

Overall, it was an easy experience. One on one support is available and a great asset to the integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Communication on the front end of the project of things to do pre-integration delayed some testing.

The premiere iPaaS solution for omnichannel environments
What do you like best about the product?
For years now, Integrator.IO has allowed us to fully integrate NetSuite within an ever-growing omnichannel environment, including B2B, B2C, 3PF & eCommerce platforms. The out-of-the-box integrations offer easy to implement solutions, but the ability to build our own custom APIs & workflows has allowed us even more opportunaities to automate, no matter how complex or specific the use case.
The UI is well designed & easy to use. Daily management is simple & efficient, and its error mgmt automations save us a considerable amount of time.
It's knowledgebase & learning platform is excellent. Product development team has consistently improved the platform each year, and customer service is always friendly and easy to work with.

What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Service is always quick to respond to business critical support cases, however non-critical cases can be a bit of a slow process if you're not on US West Coast time [due to time differences].
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Order to invoice, product & inventory, pricing for multiple platforms (Amazon,eBay,Shopify,Magento2
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider current integration requirements as well as potential expansion, implement with scalability in mind. Carefully assess all special use cases & discuss prior to implementation. Spending extra time / resources during implementation will save time troubleshooting issues or making changes down the road.
Streamlined our integration process
What do you like best about the product?
The pre-built integrations for our most critical needs. We utilize Netsuite, and Celigo has a large number of pre-built integrations that cover our requirements, and which function out of the box. The support we've received has also been top notch, with strong engagement and a reliable route to resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution can be a bit opaque, especially as they are migrating from their V1 product, to their IO product. The end result is that it's often hard, or impossible to recreate a function that their solutions support in pre-built flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementation of integrated systems. Faster time to go live, lower cost to implement. Lower cost of ownership through a reduction in custom/internally owned code.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it covers the technology you need to integrate, there isn't a reason to avoid it. It'll provide quick out of the box solutions for most of your needs, and allow you to configure them to further support your internal requirements with fairly minimal investment.
Celigo solves in a simple and fast way integrations that would otherwise be extremely complex
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has all the most important systems integrated and you can create an integration in 5 minutes. The help guide and the support team are excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
One point to improve is the scripting UI / UX and the possibility to debug the script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Celigo to do an auto-provisioning of the license of our product. When a lead completes a webform (because they want to test our product) after a while receives instructions and the license key to use our tool temporarily. All of these steps were solved using Celigo.
Easy to Understand, even for Non-tech Administrators
What do you like best about the product?
When there are connection errors, most of the time the explanation of the errors is enough information that I can figure out what the problem is and fix it so that the data can flow through upon retry. When I can't figure it out, support has always been extremely helpful in solving my errors and showing me what needed fixed so that next time I can fix myself. They are very good at sending screen shots of what they did to fix the problem. They also have a good training program and help topics to be able to figure out some of the mappings and problems on my own without contacting support.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had to do a few work arounds in our system to make everything work correctly due to some mapping limitations. The only real dislike I would report is that pricing is by the number of flows so the more Marketplaces we want to sell on, the more Celigo costs us so cost becomes a factor when we look at expanding to other Marketplaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hundreds of orders are brought in automatically to our system from our Marketplaces and shipping information is sent back to the Marketplaces automatically. We don't worry too much about the orders flowing properly, changing to Celigo was an improvement over our previous process. We used to spend over an hour each day downloading orders and then we needed to check for duplicates that may have slipped into our system. We don't have any of those problems with Celigo and it has been a big time saver.
io for Salesforce & Netsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to easily set up mappings by myself within new or existing flows to continually improve the symbiosis between our Salesforce and Netsuite - I am an accountant by trade and the Celigo platform has been easy for me to pick up without any assistance from the techies. The quality of data that flows back into Salesforce is far better than we have ever had before and has enabled us to vastly improve our internal finance processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used connectors in the past that have processed flows faster - although I'm happy to live with those few extra seconds for the service we receive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our previous Salesforce and Netsuite iPaas provider I had to raise support tickets in order to make ANY changes to our integration - and pay for new mappings to be created. I had no visibility of the backend so if things went wrong I had to wait a long time for somebody else to fix them.
With Celigo I can dive right into the tool and get things done myself. It's simple and effective.
The volume and quality of data that flows back into Salesforce has enabled us to automate and vastly improve our internal finance processes.
The sales team, post-sales customer success and support team are all fantastic.

Celigo as go to iPaas
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive UI and easy mapping makes it easy to use for non technical folks and wuick turnaround time
What do you dislike about the product?
Error handling needs to be made better .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy integration with other applications and support of various different protocols and user friendliness
Versatile platform created for all users!
What do you like best about the product?
integrator.io was developed to accommodate all levels of users. It has the richness that developers are looking for, but the UI features that make it easy for a power use to set up. As someone that does not have a background in programming, I was still able to set up a custom integration in a matter of minutes. I also set up Celigo's pre-built Zendesk - NetSuite integration app and found that the pre-built mapping was easy to set up and customize to my specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a little more help text within the product itself. I was able to find all help documentation within Celigo's University or support site, but it would be nice to have everything in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to provide visibility to the total customer 360 using Celigo's products. Through a custom integration, I was able to integration our customer's product usage data, subscription details, and services projects to create a total view of the customer's health and engagement. I was also able to build a customer scorecard from this data that assisted in predicting and reducing churn.
