Solid middleware platform for integration Salesforce and NetSuite

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup. Ability to purchase self-implementation path and receive expert help along the way. Amount of options available for customizing even standard, out of the box flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation and help center is difficult to navigate or find solutions to common problems. Often need to submit a support ticket for errors that should be documented/easier to find within help center for out of the box integration flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating Salesforce and NetSuite to receive Salesforce opportunities in NetSuite. Syncing Contacts and Accounts. Eliminates the need to manually enter orders into NetSuite.

Celigo is a very powerful tool! It makes connection with other applications seamless and possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to connect applications in various ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of the new UI, but that does not make Celigo less of a powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connections with other third-party apps that cannot be established directly with NetSuite. It makes life easy for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try and it will work wonders for your system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to setup the integrator app with our Shopify / Netsuite setup. And their support crew is A-mazing
What do you dislike about the product?
There seriously isn't anything I dislike. Any problem I have had has been resolved quickly and efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Celigo integrator app to connect to our Netsuite system with our 3 Shopify web stores.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. You will be very well supported 100% of the way.

What do you like best about the product?
Stability, ease of use, and detailed error reporting for when we need to trouble shoot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been many things that we have disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo serves as the integration point for the back end systems of our company. It reduces manual entry, simplifies accounting processes, and ensures up to date information is available in NetSuite to make business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
The Celigo team was very helpful and more importantly, knowledgeable and get it done!
What do you dislike about the product?
Things take time, we have some additional requirements that are difficult to get added in, they are so dang busy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We import customer sales activity to and from Shopify and Net Suite...big reduction in time to process.

A great platform that has got better and better over the years

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to be configured by users of all skillsets. Any person can register and complete a basic integration within the first hour. A more complex API can be configured within half a day.

The fact they have released a free version allows people to try before they buy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in its quest to be leading edge - a few of its nice features get bumped off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automate regular data uploads. Integrating other systems to Netsuite. Automating tedious and low level processes. Being able to integrate systems with or without API's.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and easy to use, even the hardest integration possibles are solve with a couple of flow. Also the fact that can be as complex as required with hooks and scripts directly in the flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, is a great tool. as a wish I will love a more detailed error log, but it can be manually build if is needed.. so nothing really
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving multiple system integrations to have all my company share the same data and all up to date. CRM talking with the ERP and with the Marketing platform we use. is fantastic.

The main benefit is all integrations are in one place and easy to monitor and the help is amazing.
