Amazon connection, a decreasing amount of people handling different connectors.

Allows for an easy connection between our shopify storefronts and our Netsuite backend.

We experience very few issues. Rarely we run into order sync issues, however they are resolved quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations made easy. I can connect all my systems. We connected NetSuite to Salesforce.com to Shopify. Celigo is easy to administer. I am able to pass all of that off to my administration team in order to maintain the day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo required a developer team to hire to configure. Fortunately Celigo is widely used and there are lots of developers around the world that can support Celigo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connected all Business Systems. This included NetSuite, Salesforce.com and Shopify. We were able to free up time from our day to day processing and spend more time on what matters most.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise users to understand their business requirements before hiring a Celigo developer. Fortunately there are many good developers out there that know how to configure Celigo and their products and solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
We used Celigo to integrate our Netsuite environment to our Shopify store. The team was very helpful in providing the support and it has been a great tool for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of freight shipment tracking integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flow of operations and sales. Benefits are a more streamlined order cycle and inventory management between NS and Shopify

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Celigo in 2016 and again in 2020 and the product itself has come a long way. This goes to tell that the company is constantly evolving along with the end-point systems you're trying to integrate.
We currently use Celigo to integrate Salesforce and Netsuite and with the right setup, the data movement has been frictionless. Given the ease of setup and management, we've opted to use Celigo to integrate ADP (SFTP) with Netsuite as well.
Using Celigo's integration has saved us hours of manual/duplication of work and helped us remain a lean team. The return on investment is evident within 2 months of going live with the integration setup and I highly recommend this to any Accounting/Finance/Sales Ops teams trying to automate systems.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the product itself is robust, I'd urge new users/customers of Celigo to push for additional implementation hours early into the conversation while purchasing a new workflow. Additionally, there have been instances like duplicate SOs being generated in Netsuite due to a Salesforce upgrade. This is an understandable problem we've seen with other Netsuite integrations and the Celigo team is constantly working towards making this seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously connected Salesforce to Quickbooks Online but moved to Netsuite. In order to sync customer, opportunity, and financial data between the two systems, we needed to use Celigo. This integration has helped prevent us from manually uploading data between the two systems and has saved the accounting team countless hours of work (and errors).
Celigo allows us to do streamlined business that we would not have a way to do otherwise.
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is very flexible in allowing us to integrate disparate systems together!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any dislikes about Celigo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting incoming orders from other systems and processing them into Netsuite as well as processing the data back to the orgination system on the way back out. This full process integration also allows us to keep our inventory levels updated on Shopify and other ordering sites.
Not only does Celigo save us hundreds of hours of labor, it also affords us added business that we would not otherwise be able to recognize.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is overall very easy to navigate/manage even if you are a fully technical person.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new User Interface, maybe this is just about getting used to it, but I much prefer the old one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is allowing us to automate many more functionalities that saves countless hours in a work week.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of setup. Also support has been great. The documentation has been steadily improving. The product has really helped us improve our setups across the enterprise. We were dependent on in house setups with scripting and assorted software for connectivity. With the addition of Celigo to our environment we were able to consolidate our setup.

Some times the marketplace is lacking details. They are a relatively new organization and we would like to see some billing improvements going forward.

Connectivity has vastly improved. The setup, management and changes for connectivity have been greatly simplified.

Good company and good product suite. It is very user friendly. They have supported us the whole way through as we acquired new features.
