Don't hesitate, we have seen all kinds of integration projects with Celigo. The tool is solid and can answer most of the requirements!
Great product, great service
What do you like best about the product?
Sophisticated system gives you great flexibility on how to sync individual fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not perfectly REAL-TIME - is batch-processing with new architecture. In practice, this doesn't matter too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have three disparate systems - Salesforce, Magento and Netsuite. Celigo is vital to keeping our systems in sync. We could not run our business without Celigo.
Incredible Integration Capabilities, Short Learning Curve, Unbeatable Price.
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo takes a lot of the difficulty out of using an iPaaS system. It allows you to build it yourself, which takes a huge chunk of the cost out the equation. You can build your own custom connections, so you aren't limited to their list of prebuilt connections (which is sizable enough!). I really haven't found anything else out there that is quite like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did involve more coding than I expected once I forayed past the pre-built connections. Even some of the pre-built connections required some coding to fine-tune.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating our online platforms with Celigo is going to save our organization $140k/year just at the minimal investment.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Magento to NetSuite orders to sales order and cc payments. Sales orders are now complete and payment transactions are working seamlessly.
Celigo keeps in touch with their subscribers.
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo always reaches out to be sure we are making the best use of their product. We get 2 hours of "training" per quarter which is an opportunity to troubleshoot and expand our use of their product. They often solicit our opinion and feedback. The UI on Inetgrator.io (their "control panel") is easy to navigate and if you have any configuration questions it is easy to get a quick response.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an IPaaS solution you are communicating between apps and a natural response is, "it is a problem with the other app". This is not unique to Celigo, but they could develop a best practice about how to work cooperatively with other apps when there is an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Over the years, the user-friendly framework for integration has allowed our company to communicate and exchange data easily across systems without complicating our workflow procedure. Possibly the most valuable aspect of our organization is to provide access to and adjustment of settings according to the market situation when required, as well as the online help center. Let us concentrate on initiatives of greater significance. I get very fast answers to how the network is configured and the supporting lines are incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is frankly challenging, because it offers stable linkages between processes, which we have no down time encountered for several years to find out what you don't like about Integrator.io. Celigo has no much inconveniences, connectors often break off but are instantly repaired. They are still there to support you when you are having trouble even if they know that your account doesn't look right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without any overhead resources, we can communicate between systems and easily handle communications between several systems with relatively little organization resources. Thanks to Celigo, we will concentrate more on business plans rather than making orders every day. Our stock counts with Celigo are changed very quickly so that cancelled sales are minimized as well as negative feedback received.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The organisation of your data and market priorities leads significantly to speed integration. Celigo is a perfect connector, and once you plan to use the app, the service is fantastic, you can certainly see the revenue rise. I have complaints from time to time and they still get in touch with me immediately, and the problem is solved quickly afterwards. Your workers were still still very kind to me.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has many prebuilt integrations that can be customized to fit the needs of your business. If there is not a prebuilt integration, Celigo will work with you to create a custom integration. Customer support is always responsive and has great understanding of the product and troubleshooting. Any questions you may have, from how can I build this custom flow to I need help with this error, they are there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integration parts and condition flows can be a little complex for the beginner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving all of our manual processes with Celigo and turning them into automated process to allow our team members focus more on future endeavors. We have increased our sales on one of our platforms by at least 30%.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo was willing to scale our project to provide us with choices that fit into our timeline and budget. The management team was very responsive and willing to jump in as soon as a problem arose and quickly got the project right back on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The project was not as turn-key ready as we were sold, but as soon as we identified this, the Celigo team jumped in with more resources and were able to correct it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Celigo to integrate our Shopify website into Acumatica. We were able to bring in orders, payments and push tracking and inventory back out to the website. This allows us to greatly decrease our order processing time while improving the accuracy and customer service for orders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This was by far the easiest implamentation I have completed. Not only were we able to get exactly what was promised in the correct timeframe, it was minimal effort on our part. The training that was provided and access to the intigrator.io allows me to make changes to the program and grow our company without having to go back for additional projects and further cost. If we do need help with a new project, the cost is very minimal and we are still able to complete more on our own.
We started this project before Covid-19 and finished just as it was starting. This process in many ways saved us. We were able to do more with much less now. Our business changed overnight, both from a customer and employee standpoint. The service that Celigo provided meant that we were able to adapt quickly. It was our saving grace this year.
