What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is a one stop shop middleware solution between all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error management in the Celigo dashboard is lackluster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating workflows and reducing manual work across multiple teams.

Make sure you have someone on the team that is technically savvy.

What do you like best about the product?
Links to Netsuite and imports transactions as they occur
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as intuitive to build flow from scratch. Takes a ton of knowledge of the needs of the program. Additionally, some flow issues that were not readily fixable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of DTC sales into our ERP system

Celigo a must have for your Integration with Netsuite

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo's interface is customizable. We are able to build our own flows and logic to adapt to our business cases. Their prebuilt connectors allow you to get up and running ASAP.

From the developer / ops side having the ability to see the errors and issues live in the console has allowed us to address problems before it becomes a significant one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo sells managed connectors. We would like to be able to extend them to customize them for our business needs. It does get a little pricey as you add on all the different managed modules. I would love if they extended their login policies to allow for SSO providers like Okta or Onelogin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A great integration between our ERP (Netsuite) and many other endpoints. It's very versatile in connecting to almost any endpoints. Their support team and office hours have been a big help in getting integrations up and running.

The data loader and various other flows have allowed us to create workflows for our Ops team that is easy to use without the knowledge of understanding Netsuite's import processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Project management, implementation were best in class. Timely, thorough, organized, and dedicated to getting the project done timely and accurately. Offerings operate as described and support has been fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other providers we vetted, I feel like the GUI is not as friendly. From an operational perspective, all as designed and sold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing emails to CRM (cloudextend) as well as deposit management. This saves our team roughly 10 hours a week and enhances our cash visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is configurable, and the service and support is high quality. Celigo's a great company with a great product that just *works*.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the add-ons can get pricey, particularly when their competitor doesn't have an analogous product to rationalize pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing financial data to flow cleanly between our ERP and CRM is mission critical, for executives, for billing purposes, and for our GTM team to know customer payment status. Celigo has brought a level of data transparency that we just couldn't possibly have accomplished on our own.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great product; you can't really go wrong.

Turnkey Solution with lots of features!

What do you like best about the product?
1. Celigo has tons of off-the-shelf connectors and integration flow to get going right away.
2. There are tons of features associated with the standard flows that you can fine tune to match your needs.
3. Building custom flows is not complicated. I had build a simple to import serial numbers from 3PL into NetSuite in few hours.
4. Customer support team is very knowledgeable and prompt in responding.
5. The Celigo implementation team is a reliable partner throughout the implementation phase and beyond!
6. For Bank related integrations, it supports varied file formats and secure connection types.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Customer name matching logic is not great in terms of handling variation in characters.
2.We cannot rename a connection flow. This becomes confusing especially when u have both test and production flow in the same Celigo instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bank Payment automation on the AR side.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use, very customizable, and support is always available to answer questions I can't find the answer too.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you haven't done integrations before, some of the lift can be a bit confusing and time consuming. Our onboarding specialist did a fantastic job at finding a solution for our problem, in hindsight, I think it would have been better if the answer was that while this can be done, it isn't industry standard and we should change our process.
Access is Domain specific. It makes it difficult to add users not on your domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting multiple Magento storefronts to NetSuite and adding inventory level tracking. Real time data transfer, Removing manual processes.

Simple, Powerful, Well-Designed Integration at Your Fingertips

What do you like best about the product?
Every integration platform claims that it is easy to use. Celigo delivers on the promise in spades. A straightforward interface, a library of connectors, excellent documentation and ready and knowledgeable customer support enabled me - the CEO of my company - to rapidly build integrations between NetSuite and HubSpot without bothering my dev team. Each integration is broken down into steps in a flow representing the data lifecycle. Easy to understand and implement. Point and click filters and transformations and the power to use scripting as well at any stage in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would feature the community more highly. A lot of people are doing amazing things with Celigo. Bringing those use cases and community expertise forward would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NetSuite is the core of our business systems. We use Celigo to integrate marketing and other inputs to enable us to truly understand the financial impact of sales and marketing initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic tool that's enabled us to connect key business systems with ease. In phase one we have connected Salesforce our CRM with our ERP Netsuite to allow teams and data to work closer together and automate manual processes, and we have more business systems planned for phase 2. It helps us by saving time and freeing up team members to do better things. As our business has seen exception customer demand in the last year we have needed to use tools like Celigo to improve processes, scale quickly and speed up internal administration and data passover.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting to grips with workflows, but we're getting there quickly now we're up and running and have people internally trained-up properly we can now be much more self sufficient with managing our integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Passing data between CRM and ERP systems to allow finance teams and sales teams to work closer together and ensure a better customer experience.
