Great product for growth and business transformation
What do you like best about the product?
We chose Celigo to improve our opportunities to expand and grow without developing multiple ad-hoc integrations. It has a very user-friendly UI, which allows us to manage day-to-day maintenance of our integrations internally, relying on out IT partners just when exceptions arise. Even with custom made integrations, albeit requiring technical expertise for initial setup and further development, we can now be confident that we have full control, in-house, in case of errors and lack of connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps at times we found the price model used on some products not quite in line with our expectations but we were always able to reach out and discuss to get a better understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are directly linked to Amazon, eBay and Shopify with a tool that is updated with extra feature regularly and keeps up with the external channels changes, too. We are able to launch new sales channels quickly and effectively and create bespoke connections whenever necessary. Celigo has allowed us to better future proof our business from a system perspective.
Solid tech, good implementation team and staff
What do you like best about the product?
Solid performance when syncing data, helpful implementation staff
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a while to acclimate to the interface and how they map fields etc. It would also be nice if the successfully transferred data records were viewable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting NetSuite to Salesforce CRM
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have experts in the integrated systems available for the project
Easy for beginners, extra depth if you need it
What do you like best about the product?
We're using Salesforce to Salesforce. Setting up connectors for simple data transfers is fairly easy and certainly within the grasp of an admin. The cool thing is that if you need more complex transformations, Celigo let's you do it too (although you will need more development-oriented person for that). Also, the level of support provided by Celigo reps is the best we've gotten so far when dealing with integration platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, we're quite happy with what we're getting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing data between Salesforce instances and also a legacy on premises MS SQL. In the past we've been using other integration providers with a more complex setup and definitely less responsive customer service. After switching to Celigo we were able to run the same data pumps with less implementation effort. Most importantly we were able to reach to our reps whenever needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We're quite happy with the range of pre-built connectors and the level of support we're getting.
They can integrate almost anything!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and flexibility. We have integrated almost all the systems we have to our ERP
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really, they are far from perfect but they provide the best solutions to what they are capable of doing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiencies and automation. we have automated a few manual processes that has caused us resources and man hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it you will not regret it
Been easy to navigate and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to monitor flows & mappings and troubleshoot ourselves
What do you dislike about the product?
Support team being offshore & response time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations - Netsuite to Shopify & NetSuite to our 3PL (customized)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
User Friendly, variety of connections available
Great Ipaas Application that strengthen significantly to track data and reduced cost efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Application-to-Application Integration orchestrations and routing, flexible, Javascript hooks, testing window, User-Friendly Interface, Integrations dashboard, Auditing, Security, data formats, pre-built connections & connectors, Data transformation, easy to manage and Mapping window between application to Application makes users to easily toggle fields together easily and no coding needed, the Best thing I love about Celigo uniqueness that you can build custom integration functionalities, which is a more intensive process to discern. However, also allows you to build and deploy even complex integration projects with more than two connections and even event-driven workflows. Moreover, Greatly improved help center, Amazing customer/technical support, and cost.
Easy to Extract (Target App) ↔ Transform (Clean and Filter data) ↔ Load (Destination App)

What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I don't seem to find any dislikes. Since I started using Celigo, it has been great satisfaction with the product. Great improvements based client needs, amazing support by management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time data streaming and batch processing between ERP systems, for instance, Shopify and NetSuite (no affiliation), Also, seamless extracting and importing data using various connections and applications. FTP, SFTP, Could Applications and Multiple endpoints, and single map. when it comes to benefits Cost, time, ease of use and easy to manage, and Quick decision making and Rule implementation. We recently added data engineering pipe lines to Celigo and they are doing amazing. NetSuite JDBC connector amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ease of use, the Best solution for any enterprise application. Centralized Management. As an Engineer, I would recommend this product.
Not a power user by any means but works pretty smooth for what we need with helpful support.
What do you like best about the product?
Account reps and support staff is very responsive and willing to help us get what we need or take on other projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the error messages for when something has not synced correctly are not too helpful. Usually it takes a little problem solving to figure out what I did wrong. This however could be related to the systems we are trying to sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Celigo to connect our financial system with our CRM.
Fresh take on data integration, progressive technology, and competitively priced.
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo speeds up time to deliver data integrations and simplifies operation support. Some of the speed to deliver is due to the marketplace of integrations and connectors available. The other part is the use of newer dynamic technologies to implement integration flows. There is both agility and flexibility in how to integrate with Integrator.io. Celigo's support team is very responsive as well and has helped us solve business specific problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvements to Integrator.io come more quickly than updates to support documentation. Some features require community involvement because online documentation may not exist. However, Celigo's support team is very responsive and helpful and the user community is pretty active as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data integrations with public APIs, 3PL, and ERP systems. We have cut the time to delivery by over 50% and have a templated process for future client integrations. Celigo's API also fit into our product roadmap for automation of data connections.
Easy to work with and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
The engineer knew Celigo very well and was helpful. The PM was easy to communicate with and was proactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too much. I thought they always seemed to be very busy and have a lot of meetings. It would have been better if they had more time in their calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are bringing in all of our website orders into NetSuite, and we are syncing our products from NetSuite to our website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have dedicated project resources so you can be sure that you get the job done on time. They will extend the project timeline a few times but they are busy and won't want to wait forever, which makes sense.
Terrible experience with Celigo after almost 3 years of good serivce
What do you like best about the product?
Update: We have used Celigo since 2020 and have been extremely happy with their services. I have sent many 5 star reviews as they have been more than impressive. I am not sure what has happened but with a recent development I wanted to leave this review. Our company was told two weeks ago that our package we have had for almost three years is not available anymore and we need to sign a new agreement with over a 200% cost increase or have our services shut off. We were given a new 'account rep' to negotiate this new deal, which was really a salesperson to help push you to sign the new higher contract. We originally had our base package with an additional four pack of flows added on; our new package was 16 flows and three end caps, which we did not need. We were told this was the best fit for our business and that there were no other options for us. We were mainly told to sign and pay or be shut off. I had many conversations with Celigo about us not needing so many flows and being a small company and that a 200% increase was incredibly high. In the end I was able to to negotiate around a 100% increase because I had to make a decision as they gave us 48 hours before our services were to be shut off, causing our whole company to go offline as we are an online retailer. We had to sign or be shut down, when I asked if there was another option, I was told 'unfortunately not'. We had been very happy with Celigo to this point, so we were very shocked. They knew they had us as we completely depended on them. I do not know what happened, but the company we loved has changed. I would suggest going with one of the many competitors as you cannot trust Celigo anymore.
Initial review: Each time I put in a ticket I receive a quick response, I can tell there is a team actively working to solve the issue. Then, checking in to see if it actually works. I have done Zoom calls and emails with a few different people but Stein Chu and Jed Ternora have really stood out. Jed has had a good amount of Zoom calls with me, making sure that we are getting everything fixed correctly. He has gone above and beyond what was expected by myself or our company. Truly amazing service.
The communication from Celigo and especially these 2 individuals has been very good and has made our transition to Netsuite much easier. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I have received.

What do you dislike about the product?
After three years of good service, Celigo canceled my package and offered one four times the size for over a 200% increase in cost. It was a size I did not need or want. Our company is an online retailer, and they offered for me to take the package or have my services turned off in 48 hours. I had no choice because the business had to stay open and 48 hours was not enough time to find another company. Something happened with Celigo and the great customer service I had experienced is now gone; it feels as though they do not care about small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had mapping issues for shipping and kits as a main issue. As they have come up, we are going through with the Celigo team and making updates. Right now, it is mapping payments so that ey come over with the sales order and go into the separate undeposited funds account. Still working on this as we need input from the Netsuite team we are working with. Jed has helped to make some real progress with this.
Benefits- ease of use and navigation. Celigo is set up very well and organized in a way that is easy to learn.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Advice, I would say that if Celigo is something you can use, definitely consider it as it is a huge upgrade with what we were using in the past. If there is an issue, customer service is able to actually respond and take care of any problems. They are professional and actually care to help your business. This is not something that is common theses days. Celigo is a good choice for many reasons.
