Celigo Makes Connecting Systems and Automating Workflows Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Celigo is how easy it makes connecting different systems. It helps businesses automate processes between applications without needing complex custom development. The platform is flexible, scalable, and works well for companies of different sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any robust platform, it can take a little time for new users to become fully comfortable with all the features. However, Celigo provides strong documentation and support, which helps make the learning process smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo solves the challenge of connecting different business systems and automating data between them. Many companies use multiple applications (ERP, eCommerce, CRM, etc.), and without integration, teams often rely on manual data entry, spreadsheets, and time-consuming processes.

Best iPaaS we’ve used for ERP and SaaS automation
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is one of the most powerful and flexible iPaaS platforms we’ve worked with. The combination of prebuilt connectors, highly configurable integration flows, strong error handling, and real-time monitoring makes it ideal for complex B2B automation. It scales well from simple syncs to enterprise-grade integrations, and the platform gives both technical teams and business users good visibility into what’s happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced use cases require a deeper technical understanding, especially when building custom flows, handling edge cases, or working with complex APIs. The UI can feel overwhelming for new users, and debugging large integrations could be improved with more developer-style tooling. Pricing can also be a consideration for smaller organizations compared to lightweight automation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo enables us, as an implementation partner, to deliver reliable and scalable integrations for our clients across ERP, eCommerce, CRM, and other SaaS platforms. Instead of building and maintaining fully custom integrations from scratch, we can focus on architecture, business logic, and optimization. This allows us to deploy faster, reduce risk, and provide long-term support with strong monitoring and error management. It helps our clients automate complex processes while giving us a structured, enterprise-grade platform to build on.
Easy Plug-and-Play with Customizable Integration and Trackable Error Logs
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is great for both out-of-the-box, plug-and-play setups and more custom solutions. It’s very easy to track error logs, and it’s also straightforward to create custom error logs that better support day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo can sometimes feel like a bit of a black box. When errors occur, they aren’t always as straightforward as they initially seem, and it can be difficult to properly triage the issue without assistance from Celigo support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us bring together multiple integrations across a number of partners, using various functions such as order flow and inventory integrations.

Prebuilt Flows Provide Strong Starting Points for Customer Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The prebuilt flows that exist give a great starting point for nearly all customer integrations or automations we've implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to compare successful data and failed/retry data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo Integrator is currently keeping our Magento site and NetSuite instance in sync. It is the only solution we've used for this integration and it has worked very well.
