What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based – User friendly interface – highly Intuitive, minimal coding required, great functionality and cost effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that we are aware of or have experienced so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through multiple automated data flows we have improved our digital reach into social media channels, improved our store traffic and customer satisfaction metrics, expanded omni-channel services and grown our online business significantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We are very satisfied with the Celigo platform and would recommend it for fast effective integration to other systems platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build integration using workflow builders and pre-built connectors. Many features to integration with Salesforce, Zuora and Netsuite thats our enterprise platform.
Easy and quick to use deployment features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo can improve the development framework and support to build complex business logic. Performance of the workflow builder during development can be improved. Developer Guide and Self-support platform can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us to build automation solution to push our sales data to downstream billing and finance systems seamlessly and generate our invoices and billing on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Celigo is undoubtedly a True IPaaS solution that any mid size organization to strongly consider if Cloud is the way for you in your IT strategy.
If ones business is looking for an easy to use, user friendly and less need for an experienced developer type of IPaaS solution for your your business problems then Celigo is definitely in the top of the options for your need.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Celigo for several years now, and it's been a game-changer for our integration needs. The platform is intuitive and flexible, making it easy to connect our clients ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems without needing heavy IT involvement. What truly sets Celigo apart is their outstanding customer support—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us resolve any issues quickly.

Thanks to Celigo, we've automated key workflows, reduced manual errors, and saved countless hours across departments. I highly recommend it to any business looking to streamline operations and scale efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything we have not been able to solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our forecasting platform works well in e-comm, Omni & Enterprise businesses. Working with these different levels of business requires different connections and flows. Celigo is able to handle that for us. We were also able to bring the integration process in house and save money & time while providing the best service.

Incredible for connecting complex systems

What do you like best about the product?
I'm consistently amazed at how easy Celigo makes it to connect systems. We used it to connect various platforms to NetSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their training seems a little "nickel and dime". There is not much training unless you pay for it. We haven't needed much support because of how simple it is, but if we did, I'm not entirely sure how we would go about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've saved an incredible amount of time with Celigo.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not a website administrator nor a programmer/developer, but my position in marketing has made it such that I have to assume these roles. Celigo makes my life easy with great support, intuitive UX/UI, and efficient solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've only rarely found situations for which integrator.io isn't useful. A few oddities of our business processes mean manual solutions but it's not a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're managing a Netsuite environment with historically inconsistent data entry and a Shopify storefront. Celigo has allowed seamless integration between the two with only occasional and easy intervention.

Powerful yet Simple

What do you like best about the product?
Over the years, Celigo has continuously made the product more powerful while keeping the basic features easy to use. Has connections for any system we have thought about using.
What do you dislike about the product?
While still more affordable than comparable competition, costs continue to increase each year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations going to or coming from NetSuite. We also use the iPaaS for some other unrelated systems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great platform with both easy to use, simple features as well as more advanced complex features for users that need more powerful data transformation along with integration to almost any endpoint.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the slick interface and top notch support. After spending some time using the interface I've gotten the hang of it and the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of points make my integration difficult but I want to point out it is no fault of the Celigo team. Hopefully we'll see some flexibility in the future with support for loading HTTPS assets. Documentation for the specifics of my integration should improve in the future too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are integrating Netsuite and Shopify. The integration covers ALL of the points and questions. Had I tried to develop this myself it would take MONTHS -- possibly a full year. The integration manages connections and workflows very well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are already streamlined with best practices before going in. Once everything is properly configured the integration is much smoother.

A cost effective, out of the box solution that just works

What do you like best about the product?
"Out of the box" means a fast implementation, simple process, and most importantly, a solution that just works. My company went live with little support. All this leads to a lower total cost of ownership that keeps management happy.

On the long run, there is an upgrade path to custom flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the out of the box flows (connections), there can be limitations. For example, adding Criteria to a Flow did not consistently save / work. Still, the out of box solution has sufficient functionality for the majority of use cases, and for the others, there are workarounds such as an upgrade path to custom flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of the quote to cash process by Integrating Sales systems with the Accounting system. This improves data integrity and and efficiency. More plainly, this helps the accounting revenue recognition process and the company's cash flow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Out of the box solutions are often underrated, but can provide the best experience for minimal user administration.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you put the time in to implement this correctly you will not have any admin headaches or troubleshooting. We have an issue maybe 1 to 2 times a year while we sync many records across systems

What do you like best about the product?
The EAI tool is flexible and access to customer support and development team is excellent. The project team joined us in calls with banks to understand all of the coding required for the various bank formats to match to remittances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very Little as experience has been good through all stages of the implementation and thereafter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating data from NetSuite to Data warehouse . Auto application of open invoices in NetSuite using the celigo CAM toolset.
