Integrator.io is an awesome platform that can do almost anything.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the system and mappings. You can bring virtually any record type in to NetSuite, or out of it and send to another system. They also have really great pre-built connectors such as for Amazon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their knowledge base needs more building out. More specific examples would be good. Especially for handlebar expressions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting NetSuite to random 3PLs via FTP. Pulling in Invoices and orders via xml. Most other systems are a black box and you have very little control over the mappings and processes. Integrator.io gives you access to the entire process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it. If your question is "yes but, will it do ______", the answer is probably yes.
Great connector between Shopify & Netsuite
What do you like best about the product?
This connector has allowed us to customize the workflows for our business. We use Shopify as our website platform and Netsuite for ERP and we have been able to meet our needs using this connector.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical support can take some time to reply and work through an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bring all orders from Shopify into Netsuite. It has really automated this process for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pay attention to all of the plans and decide which one will work best for your company. Try to understand what you can do with production flows and if your needs will exceed this. Also, unless you are very familiar with setting up connectors, I would suggest hiring a professional to get everything setup initially and go live.
Celigo is all you need for integration
What do you like best about the product?
Their Flexibility, if you can think it, you can integrate it
What do you dislike about the product?
i can't think of any downside at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is reducing our manual work in NetSuite and we are seeing more and more potential in integrating to other systems. There are lots of benefits, flexibility is one, it allows us to incorporate unique business processes and automate it when previously we couldn't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go with it, you will not regret it.
Celigo Integrator.io is more than just a tool
What do you like best about the product?
There's an old saying that goes something like: your return on investment in a piece of IT technology doesn't start when you pay for it but when you get to fully use it. In this review, I would like to highlight the way in which Celigo professional services team members wrap sales, design, development, deployment and support around the tool set. Basically, without the after sales systems such as project management, customer relations and support we would not have enjoyed the success we have had. I am not saying we had an easy ride. Most of the issues were of our own making but Celigo got us through. I commend every single person in the organization that I have worked with as highly professional, capable and customer focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our integration is between CustomLinc and NetSuite. If you are like my organization and don't quite know every fine detail of your requirements, you will need an iterative approach to help tease the finer integration details out. This can be frustrating for all concerned. So I am saying, leave yourself some project contingency because if you are like us, you will be on a steep learning curve. Success will come if you persevere. There will be some early challenges to get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a Heritage steam railway and sales for travel are sold using a third party product 'CustomLinc'. We sell through Electronic Web and API online Sales, face to face and over the telephone and email. These sales are all captured and managed in CustomLinc and are integrated across to the Finance module in NetSuite. There are three flows. Data Flow 1 creates customer invoices in NetSuite for Travel Agents on account. Data Flow 2 creates prepayment Deposit records for all advance online and credit card bookings. Data Flow 3 creates invoices for daily booking office revenue that allows us to reconcile daily banking. The benefit is that the manual entry of all these transactions into the accounting system have been obviated. This is not only a saving in labor but for us, but moreover releases Finance staff from mind numbing repetition to carry out more valuable and satisfying tasks.
Celigo is the flexible integration tool for the future of business
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is the one stop shop to integrate so many NetSuite 3rd party applications. Instead of going to numerous vendors to address your integration needs, you can go to one provider - Celigo.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require a significant level of developer level skills to set up the integrations, but the tools are there given the right expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting supplier data to NetSuite. It is all about automation to save time. Less manual data entry is necessary. Less time exporting data, then importing data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can think of no better vendor or set of tools to integrate NetSuite
User-friendly, powerful tool for integrating applications.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have multiple "Flows" so you can say check for existing customers and if none are found, create a new one, prior to creating the order. I've also had good experiences with their technical support. Was able to integrate Acumatica, Shopify, and Amazon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a little cheaper, maybe. But there is a lot of value and time saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Don't have to manually download/upload orders every day and then download/upload tracking numbers back. Better customer experience by making things happen more quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have someone set it up who is somewhat technical...not "very," but somewhat.
Saving dollars makes sense with Celigo
What do you like best about the product?
As a current user of Integrator io, I can attest is easy to implement, runs smoothly, and keeps our organization on top of our inter-tech procedures and processes. It has saved us countless dollars in that is has eliminated the human element of time and error in our daily processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the common errors that get kicked back could be avoided since they are irrelevant to our processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use integrator.io for Shopify to Netsuite and Amazon to Netsuite. We also use it to connect to our 3PL. This has enabled us to develop an e-commerce business that would have been cost preventative with our current business processes.
Easy way to connect Shopify to Netsuite!
What do you like best about the product?
Our integration consultants and the support team have been outstanding
What do you dislike about the product?
404 and 520 errors are frusterating. I wish the system wouldnt time out. I dont like having to retry the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating refunds and fulfillments in NetSuite for our online orders that run through Ships Station
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Celigo to others. It has helped automated our business to insure accuracy and efficiency in processing online orders. I cannot imagine doing business with Netsuite + Shopify without it.
Very friendly tool or a connector to connect different application or CRM's.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, connect, and establish your mapping. based on the given requirements. You can do a bi-directional mapping data update or upload it by using celigo integrator.io. You can also turn on or turn off the mapping while you testing the integration part so it is easier compared to other platforms. You hardly need support all the time because the Admin job for celigo integration io is much easier. You just need to create a profile on a different platform and connect using API and good to go. Best thing no development or developer role required.
What do you dislike about the product?
when you are in the middle of mapping and you create a new field or add a new value to any field and you are using that field in your mapping you have to cancel the mapping (if you are in between) and then start from scratch.
For Bi-directional data update, you have to create multiple mappings, it will be better if you can do a checkbox or something so don't have to create an almost the same mapping again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for our financial assets. Finance teams can see every record coming from salesforce to NetSuite easily and can track every transaction based on the sales order we create on opportunity level.
We use this to convert Opportunities and Sales order into GL (into Netsuite) also used to create Customer/Partner from Salesforce to NetSuite using mappings in Celigo

Recommendations to others considering the product:
One advise, you don't need to hire a separate admin for this job.
Is it very easy to use connectors between different Applications and CRM like salesforce? The administration for this is very easy to use and you can create multiple mappings based on the requirement for each object (if it's required). If the address or any data changed by the Finance team on the Netsuite level it will automatically update in Salesforce without (interfere of manual work) this is also the best thing about this. You don't need any development or developer for this, just a couple of training from the celigo support team and I think its easier to use from the admin perspective.
The support team is very friendly and helpful, once you open a ticket they respond very quickly and do screen share sessions to understand the business request/requirement or any other issue if customer/user is facing.

Great success so far
What do you like best about the product?
The reliability of the celigo integration with Shopify.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation for troubleshooting could be a lot more complete. At times, I have to go to the Celigo support staff simply because I can't find the answer in the documentation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory and order integration with our shopify website.
