Great integrator that will have you up and running in no time
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to turn on and schedule syncs and the out-of-the-box options makes set up fast and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit difficult to know exactly which field to select sometimes and it would also be nice if Celigo provided a view of both the SFDC and NetSuite pages at the same time so you can quickly reference field IDs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing orders from our CRM to our ERP and then syncing back financial data to help our workforce better manager their accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to map out all your flows beforehand and give thought to future enhancements you'd like in your ecosystem. It will help you set up a good foundation from the start of implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
Whenever I've had a question or needed technical support they've responded quickly with good information. The quality of the integration solution has been great. I'm able to export/upload information from various sources which is huge for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more user training and instruction so I can maximize the areas in which their products are used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've spent quite a bit of time configuring my connections. It would help to have someone go through the process on a 1-to-1 basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Celigo has met my expectations in integrating information from various systems. When considering Celigo, make sure that they explain all the possible configurations possible, because there may be some that you hadn't previously considered.
Celigo automated our eCommerce integration with Acumatica Cloud ERP
What do you like best about the product?
We needed to integrate eCommerce web orders with Acumatica Cloud ERP for our clients, and Celigo provided us the platform to tie both together with intuitive product mapping to be able process web orders into Acumatica sales orders, allowing our users to complete the sales process quickly and less human intervention and increased productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is new to beginner and one has to have understanding of API's and bit of learning curve required, it's not necessarily a dislike but something you shld plan for while integrating 2 systems. Ensure to make a note of your workflow's API's and create a test environment. There are not enough scenario based technical help if we needed to figure out the technical challenges. The UI can also get better when reading error logs and helping user find the issues much quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to process web orders into Acumatica sales orders, allowing our users to complete the sales process quickly and less human intervention has improved our client's productivity, we were able to put together a go-to solution within few weeks and didn't have to spend too much time and resource to develop or maintain, the true benefits of iPaaS solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend consulting partners and integration specialist to use iPaaS platform and tie dis-integrated systems and let Celigo's integrator be the bridge to manage your orders or workflow of documents.

A great alternative to manual processes
What do you like best about the product?
Once you set up your first integration with guidance from the Celigo team, the rest are relatively easy to do yourself. If you come across any issues, their help center is easy to use and follow-up is quick and will work diligently to reach a resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't replicate mapping details into new integrations to save time. You can't prevent new customers from being set up in your ERP system automatically by Celigo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't rely on human effort for basic transactions such as order entry, invoicing, fulfillment, credits, etc. The benefit has been that our headcount does not have to necessarily grow at the same pace as our revenue. We've been able to do more with the same amount of staff.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a dedicated staff to be the point person for implementation and administration. I will require many adjustments post-go-live. But once the details are worked out, it works great on its own as long as your data integrity is great on both ends.
Great all around and quick setup
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, quick setup time. Much better option and price than going a custom solution route right out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, setup can be quicker depending on the person setting up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting NetSuite to Shopify website for a small retail company. All information now comes down almost instantly and less manual work for employees. This has allowed us to utilize staff in more productive ways.
Celigo has single handedly simplified the integrations between our key business platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity in transforming API's into workable and useable pieces for integrating via their prebuilt connectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
For full sync's of larger catalogues there are limits to the number calls that can be simultaneously made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration between our webstore and ERP, as well as our ERP to our 3PL. This has vastly improved our seamless interactions with key systems in-house and between our vendors

It's a no brainer. Jump right in and you can do so much with so little.

Separate connection for multiple stores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of order processing, fulfillment, product and customer database updating have all become one-touch processes for our ecom team.
Celigo is an awesome integrator for companies who are looking to expand!
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo makes the order and fulfillment process very easy and saves so much time allowing us to focus on more important projects. The way the platform is set up it is very easy to use and the support lines are awesome! I get answers very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo does not have many downsides, every once in awhile the connectors go down but they have them fixed right away. They are always there to help when you have problems and they also reach out if they notice something doesn't look quite right with your account!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking time to enter orders and fulfil them manually take too much time, Celigo makes these process so much easier. Because of Celigo we are able to focus on strategizing more to improve sales instead of spending all day entering in orders. With Celigo our inventory counts are updated very quickly helping cut down on cancelled orders and also helping receive less negative reviews!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Celigo is a great connector, and you will definitely see your sales increase if you choose them! the software is very fast, the support is great. I have issues every once in a while and they always contact me with 30 minutes, and the issue is fixed shortly after. Their staff has always been very kind to me also!
Simple Application, Outstanding Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use application, outstanding customer support. Everyone I have ever come across at Cleigo is knowledgeable of our ERP system, Netsuite and the marketplaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for.
