Solid Solution to Connect the Dots
What do you like best about the product?
Many pre-existing connections already exist, allowing the wizard to efficiently work its magic. For the slightly more technical, you can do a LOT with very little config. The support team is also very helpful with getting you over the proverbial bridge to reach success.
What do you dislike about the product?
When limited on flows, integrator.io doesn't make it the easiest to consolidate one stream of activity into one flow. It does help you orchestrate multiple flows, but, out of the box, it's not straightforward to run a process and relocate the file within the same flow, for example; HOWEVER, the support team is happy to help you make that happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily scheduled FTP/SFTP to/from FTP/SFTP or NetSuite. Diving deeper, we extract multiple, large saved search results from NetSuite and place on SFTP sites; this gets around NetSuite's outdated file size limitations. Up next: Exporting Shopify consumer data to SFTP for CCPA management.
Best seamless data sync integration app between Salesforce and NetSuite
What do you like best about the product?
We loved the simple one-time integration process mapping between Salesforce and NetSuite applications via integrator.io app. Based on our business needs, the standard flows are good enough for most of the data sync mapping. The customer support is always responsive and takes ownership of the issue to resolve it ASAP. The connector has been up and running 100% of the time so far. We always get an email notification from Celigo days ahead if there is any change in the Salesforce or NetSuite release that might affect the integration process. After the initial rollout in Feb 2017, I have logged in maybe three or four times to update a few settings in the integrator.io app. Otherwise, I never had to log in to fix sync issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The standard flow has some limited custom flow and mapping capabilities. It's not a big issue if the business needs are not that complex. We had to customize a few fields in Salesforce in order to map better with NetSuite. The out of the box fields and process mapping was helpful while configuring but we had to hire a technical consultant professional at Celigo to expedite the integration rollout. The documentation was extensive. We tried to configure the completed activities in the Salesforce opportunity with NetSuite order. After a few attempts, we learned it's not possible in the standard flow/mapping. We were told that a custom flow could be created at an additional cost if it's a critical business need. We didn't invest as it was not a critical request from the Finance team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Celigo's Salesforce & NetSuite integrator.io for seamless data sync. The sales team was doing manual and duplicate data entry in both applications for many years. The operations team used to prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly spreadsheets, mutliple versions without controls and labor-intensive process The integrator.io app helped us sync data between two applications with zero development effort. It was super easy to create flows and configure steps to automate data sync. The sales, finance and executive team got visibility into current data in both applications and moved away from spreadsheets after 20 years of being in the Business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for no code integrator app then Celigo is the best product in the market.
The amount of customization available makes any process we think of possible.
What do you like best about the product?
The customized endpoints and flow control, make any process we want to do from NetSuite going out no longer seem so daunting. They give you all the tools needed to develop your own integrations without having to go through 10 levels of engineering and customer service. Providing you're not afraid of jumping into elements you may not be totally familiar with.
I've learned more about JavaScript and xml in the last 3 months of using Celigo than I have with any other personal project.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the knowledge base articles are not as straightforward as they could be, a little outdated in some and not as easy to use as others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently trying to get a more efficient listing and revision process going from NetSuite to eBay. The custom flows have allowed our extremely customized NetSuite to no longer be a hindrance when trying to connect to selling platforms. Having all of our processes under one hood with Celigo has given us the ability to be more on top of any issues we have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate to reach out to the help section, use the Celigo University.
Couldn't be any easier
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is extremely easy to use. Especially for a non-developer. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful.
The implementation team did a great job of walking us through the setup process. Each session was recorded and provided to us future review.

What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I do not like about Celigo integrator.io. We love everything about this product and the team that develops and supports it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using Celigo integrator.io to escalate our support cases from our support team in NetSuite to our developers in Jira.
The support reps no longer have to key the same information in to two systems and log into Jira to check for status updates. The integration allows the reps to key the data on the case record in NetSuite and check NetSuite for the latest feedback and update from the developers.

In Depth Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
We wanted to restructure our flows to improve performance and to better meet our business needs. I started over with some new flows, building them out from scratch but there were some gaps in my knowledge relating to what we wanted to achieve with the flows. I focused on building the flows until I reached a point where I was stuck and could not find the information I needed to continue. I reached out to support with specific questions on what I was struggling with and they helped point me in the right direction and went above and beyond in working with me to solve the problems I was running into. This helped me to achieve the desired results with our flows and filled in my knowledge gaps as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We get a lot of business process related errors. These errors are not due to the setup in the integration, but are related to unavoidable issues in our system that need to be manually reviewed. I don't necessarily dislike the current error system but I think it would be helpful if it were easier to look into a large volume of errors as well as have them error emails contain more details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to sync data between HubSpot and NetSuite and the integration runs pretty smoothly. Aside from manual review of problem records on our end we are able to be fairly hands off.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leverage their excellent knowledge base and support.
Highly recommended IPAAS tool
What do you like best about the product?
The hooks to enable the ability to customise your data makes the tool very versatile It also has a great easy to use interface in dealing with any data errors and the reprocessing of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. When used with Salesforce and Netsuite sandboxes it can be a bit fiddly to get back up and running following a refresh from live but this is a very minor point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrator.IO has allowed us to easily configure how we route shipments between logistic providers. We have been able to remove thousands of lines of code allowing us to be more agile and adaptable.
Extremely user friendly iPass solution
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to navigate interface allows for flexibility in managing the flows. Free data flows are also a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The function feature in the field mapping is a little bit difficult to understand and often requires assistance from support team, which may lead to a day delay in getting the work done, since we' re located in Australia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From an operational perspective, Celigo connector connects our website (Magento 1.9) to Netsuite where all our data is stored, allowing us to scale up and eliminating human errors during the data entry process.
Additional benefits we realised along the way include the flexibility of data flows, and the bi-directional flows (which have yet to be developed) that will later automate our fulfillment and return processes and improve customer experience across the board. It strengthens the offline to online connection and vice versa, streamlines user experience for both our brick & mortar showrooms and the website as our flag ship store.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a small to no tech team it might take more time than anticipated, however the support you'll receive will take you through it. Consider developing bi-directional flows.
Great platform for us to connect Netsuite to Amazon, BigCommerce, and EDI for our customers
What do you like best about the product?
From day one they have constantly improved product. Always coming out with improvements and new ways that the .IO app can be used. Also, had mostly amazing experiences with the team there. If you have Netsuite (which is their specialty) they have either "integration apps" or "templates" to connect it with most eCommerce platforms, marketing platforms, etc. Most of those can be plug and play, as long as your use of the basics in Netsuite is typical. If it's not, it can be customized on your own, or with their help.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, as we started a few years ago, the learning curve was pretty large. However, a lot of that could have been we were brand new to Netsuite at that time as well. I do wish their pay structure for the "flows" was a little more transparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connection from Netsuite ERP to Amazon, BigCommerce, and EDI with a primary partner. We also use it to send FTP inventory and tracking files out to our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're on Netsuite and need to push your data out to other platforms and create automation between them, this is the best option out there. The support is awesome. Love 95% of the people I've worked with there (and they took the criticism I had on the 5% to heart).
Professional, organized, ease of use, and excellent communication
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about integrator.io is the ease of use. It is so easy to map fields and create integrations from one system to another. We have integrations from and to multiple different systems. FTP, Webhook, API calls, cloud integrations, eCommerce, logistics, and more.
The services team was also great. They are very professional, organized, experts at integrations. They provide project managers that will manage the whole project. They log each and every issue that arise and keep track of it. They also make sure they assign more than enough developers to build your integrations for you in a timely manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
Error handling and automatic email could be better. Currently, alerts can only email you that an integration ran with errors. It would be nice to email the errors itself and in regards to error handling, it would be nice to have a way to retry automatically or have some options around error handling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to integrate multiple systems that normally would not have a way to communicate with each other. 3PL, Orders, BI tool, cloud reporting, automated FTP exports, etc.
Before Celigo integrator.io, all of our systems operated independently. This created pain points for our team because we would have to somehow pull information from all of our systems and have someone analyze and report on them as a whole.
Since integrator.io, we were able to integrate these systems. We are now able to pull information from one system.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise them to definitely consider Celigo. Based on personal experience, celigo has been great at providing integration solutions. The new licensing model is great as well, if you have more flows than end point, the amount of flows does not matter, just end points.
Easy to Use Way to Connect All Internal Systems via APIs
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, but also how much customization there is. While there are many user friendly options to get data from one source to the other, you can also write JavaScript to get more of what you need. Also, if there isn't a pre-built connector, you can just make your own HTTP connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just think there could be even more options, but they are constantly adding new things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to connect all of our internal systems and get data from external systems to our internal systems. For example, we use it for edi invoices, feedback/reviews, shipment tracking, etc...
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the free help sessions they have twice a week.
