Simplifies complex integrations
What do you like best about the product?
There are plenty of out-of-the-box integrations to accomplish most scenarios for integrating with Netsuite. The setup and management is simple once you step through it one time and get used to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always errors that need to be flushed out after the initial setup of an integration, but Support is very helpful in figuring them out. Some scenarios cannot be accommodated, but those are generally not common.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Celigo purely for two-way data flow between Netsuite and 3rd parties like Zendesk, Shopify, 3pl's, etc. After setting up those mission-critical integrations, we realized we can do much simpler custom flows as well, like FTP pulls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set aside sufficient time during your initial setup and understand your deliverables early on.
Excellent Integrator

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recent 2 part amazon reports, talked with very knowledge staff that helped walk me thru the differences of the reports and made sure it wouldn't cause any issues.
Products not fit for purpose
What do you like best about the product?
Was sold as a solution to fix our bank reconciliation needs. Attractive looking interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Not fit for purpose
We bought Cash Application Manager, SVB reconcilation and Vendor Payment Manager. All 3 solutions were sold as turn key solutions. This was definitely not the case. In fact we never managed to implement the products

The Best Value NetSuite <> Shopify Option By a Mile
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity to configure, ease of customisation, handles various complex OneWorld and Advanced Taxes set ups out of the box, detailed error reporting and debugging
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major so far, being able to replicate configurations to set up new stores would speed things up (we manage x6 storefronts).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple robust order management, accurate live inventory
Great product that makes integrations extremely easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the custom connectors, and that I can use it to connect to any service, not just the ones they have prebuilt connectors for. The error dashboard is also a huge selling point, making diagnosing and correcting errors super easy. Smaller features like concurrency lock per ID,
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use better custom oauth 2 support at the connection level for API logins that require separate authentication requests. An auto retry based on error message code or text would also be extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simpler integrations can be knocked very quickly by our team without having to worry about building supporting infrastructure, such as VMs or custom error logging. We're also able to give business users some power over correcting errors in situations where we're unable to fix them at the source. We are not only creating integrations more quickly, but data integrity has also improved because of the visibility we have into the process.
Easy to set up and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI. I am a functional ERP person, Netsuite, and I am able to set this all up myself using Netsuite Saved Searches. This works great. I do not need technical integration resources help! I can do it all, set up and support, myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point. Everything is working well at this time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can own full process
I do not need technical resources
I can use Saved Searches to handle logic

Makes Integrating Core Business Systems Easy
What do you like best about the product?
integrator.io provides an easy to use interface to configure mapping between systems, whilst allowing for some more advanced customisation. We have previously carried out custom development work to use the Netsuite API for modifying data, however, switching to integrator,io removes the need for having to maintain these scripts with newer API versions, allowing our developers to concentrate on creating solutions for our product, rather than how we sell and support it. The onboarding sessions were extremely valuable in helping us get set-up correctly and since then we have had our flows running with limited maintenance required.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found that because some of the flows are quite opinionated, that they didn't always fit with our existing business logic. This sometimes led to it feeling like we were having to work around what integrator.io intended in order to get the end result we required.
Being based in the UK, working with the onboarding and support teams can be tricky because of the difference in time zones.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used integrator.io to help us get our customer data consistent between multiple systems which exist in our organisation - primarily between Salesforce and Netsuite. Prior to that, we were reliant on staff making changes manually in multiple places, which resulted in customer information differing. It is also helping us expose information in one place. For example, previously our customer support agents were unable to see a customer's credit limit or balance directly within the service console in Salesforce, it required them to login to Netsuite which meant handling the case for a customer took longer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although a lot of the implementation time is required upfront, some maintenance is required going forward, so it is worth factoring that in. Their onboarding is very good, but it is important to spend the time to test cases unique to your business set-up - especially edge cases which may require more advance configuration. Thinking about these ahead of time will also help evaluate whether integrator.io provides all of the flows which are required for your implementation.
It is worth considering purchasing a sandbox subscription too - this is an extra cost, but provides a safe environment to try out the integration within.

Great Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Eliminate what use to a double keystroke process transferring our SFDC closed opptys into Netsuite Sales Orders for invoicing.
What do you dislike about the product?
hurdles or obstacles in setting up connection were very easy to overcome. The amount of time need to set-up connection while not insignificant, was nothing in compared to man hours spent doing double work duplicating orders in Netsuite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits of less human data entry and maintaining two separate records.
One step further to our integrations
What do you like best about the product?
With Celigo I was able to connect NetSuite with a local database without a single line of code.
What do you dislike about the product?
For more advanced things the documentation is not enough and you need to hire a consultant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between NetSuite and MS SQL Server
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The mapping itself is very easy to use and can be done by a business user, no programmers necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some custom flows and those turned out to be fairly complicated. Some features such as multi-currency have been promised for many months now but not yet delivered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating multiple systems to flow data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great integration tool.
