integrator.io for SFDC-NetSuite Connection

What do you like best about the product?
integrator.io allows us to make changes to the SFDC-NetSuite connection on our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about integrator.io.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrator.io SFDC-NetSuite connection allows us to export closed/won opportunities from SFDC directly to NetSuite to avoid errors from manual input. Direct export also eliminates the need to reconcile closed/won opportunities in SFDC to NetSuite sales orders. We also export contract renewal quotes from NetSuite back to SFDC with similar benefits. Sales order status information in NetSuite is passed back to SFDC allowing sales personnel to check order invoice status without help from the accounting team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The integrator.io SFDC-NetSuite connector is really helpful and I highly recommend it.

Integrate Multiple Cloud Apps using Celigo Integrator.io

What do you like best about the product?
We have a lot of cloud based apps like Service Now, AWS and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM). All the data from these separate apps needs to be integrated and processed, that's where Celigo Integrator.io comes into the picture. The best feature that I think works for us is the guided interface which visually helps us integrate different Applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing to dislike about Celigo Integrator.io
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The guided interface guides us through each step of the integration workflow. This saves us a lot of time and highly technical resources are not required to perform the actual integration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Celigo to all organization.

What do you like best about the product?
With fields and other components already available (Netsuite and Salesforce), mapping of the fields are not that difficult. Everything is ready to be mapped real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is sometimes slow to respond. We operate 24 hrs a day and there are times when support only responds in US time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration between our salesforce and netsuite systems made reporting easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The Celigo integration tool allows us to set up and update object and field integrations between two systems without having to schedule time and leverage the engineering team resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up and updating all the required credentials and tokens to connect the systems for the flows can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling our ERP to be the master of specific data while initiating the creation of that data by an event in Salesforce and writing that data to Salesforce for visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is highly configurable without writing too much code

Sometimes, when we get integrator errors, support reps don't know where to start investigating

We're trying to connect SFDC and NS so we can invoice our customers. And we realized that you really need to have a reliable integrator like Celigo

What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to automate several different tasks. We have been able to reallocate folks' time to more value-added tasks thanks to the automation possibilities that Celigo integrator.io provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I don't have unlimited flows! There are tons of possibilities for integrations. I want to do them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrated with Ariba Supplier Network. Traditional EDI with Ariba did not work. Using Celigo, we were able to completely automate Sales Order creation, Order Confirmations, Ship Notices, and Invoicing (with PDF attachments) within Ariba. This is saving us almost a whole employee.

We are also using this with MailParser and DocParser to handle multiple different transaction types.

I also use this for traditional EDI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Awesome tool. Once set up, the ROI is tremendous. There are some nuances that you must learn, like anything, but once you do, the sky is the limit. There is immense value in being able to connect disparate systems and applications together.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that a FTE used to post cash receipts over a few hours and now it take less than an hour most times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Fast set up, fast responses to the very few support tickets I have done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff accountant can work on more value added tasks! And who likes boring tasks like posting customer cash all day!

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo works great, is easy to use, and has great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit difficult to setup without a dedicated netsuite admin but if you pay for the installation bundle someone walks you through it step by step
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reduced our employees workload by automatically importing all of our orders and invoices.

What do you like best about the product?
The pre-built connectors are extensive and allow for easy customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation and help could be improved but there is still a lot of good information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a solid link between our ERP and eCommerce platforms without the need for a full-time developer.

Forget about customized integrations

What do you like best about the product?
Mapping fields SF-NT is quite quick and easy to manage. The connector interface is very intuitive. Profesional services are really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I missed in the process is to have the opportunity to speed up the project as much as possible. Professional services works in a weekly calls basis and the project may last more than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo definitely make your live easier. If you want to have Saleforce as a CRM then is the best way to get a hands free integrated solution with Netsuite. Forget about manual process of creation clients, accounts and contacts in teh ERP, Celigo automatize all these processes pushing to Netsuite all information in salesforce. As Celigo is bidirectional, we have visibility in Salesforce of Finance status regarding clients/sales orders as well as it helps you to automatize renewal process in Salesforce ( If you have premium connector)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation to others if you are a SMB company with limited resources is to choose a project managed option when contracting profesional services. And regarding field mapping, try to keep as simple as you can the custom fields between saleforce and netsuite.
