Knowledgeable with NetSuite and Mapping abilities
What do you like best about the product?
We like the ability to set up calls and schedule them within a reasonable time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timeframe for implementation took longer than anticipated.

Connections with Magento and Amazon.

Love that they have pre-built integrations to most popular platforms.

I am not a fan of the implementation process. Takes forever. They seem to be understaffed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated all of the basics, website and Amazon, and then had customized integrations built for our 3PL as well as a freight company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you plan time to setup. We're over 8 months in, and still aren't finished.
Celigo Support is Excellent
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is pretty responsive with basic support and they are always willing to jump on a call to work through any issues if email communication isn't sufficient. They are great about making changes without getting charged extra.
Their ticketing system is easy to manage and check in on and they've made a few improvements in just this last year.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hit or miss with reps, some are more experienced than others but usually, they are pretty good. I have a few favorites that I request when I submit a ticket.
They also don't agree with the urgency and priority of some projects. We sometimes have issues that we would say are urgent but they do not. If a task isn't urgent to them, they don't resolve it as quickly. This is understandable but can be frustrating.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo has been a big help with our Amazon stores. The reconciliation package saves our accounting team a lot of time since the Amazon bills can be so complicated.
Easy for Uploads
What do you like best about the product?
I find Celigo helpful because I can easily create orders. It would normally take a long time to manually enter these orders so it is nice that I can just submit my excel file and have it automatically create my orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if there is an error it can be a little confusing to figure out what the error specifically is. The error codes are not always useful in figuring out what action needs to be taken to fix the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I have used Celigo to solve is that creating orders manually would be very time consuming. It would not be realistic for me to upload my orders manually, so this is very helpful. The excel files I use are very helpful and Celigo enables me to upload them easily.
Great tool to link systems
What do you like best about the product?
The clear errors and the huge selection of applications that Celigo is able to link.

The UI, when you save a setting, the setting is not always saved. You have to double check after every save to be sure. The

Once your flow is setup. it is really robust, will never fail. If it fails, there is always a well explained error waiting for you to review. Support is in a different time zone, this makes it harder for us to get support in time.
Efficient Software Solution for all IT departments
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use in the UI of integrator IO.
I also liked being able to offe customers the opportunity to work with a platform that did not require extensive development and scripting experience.
The smart connectors offer extensive integrations modules for a number of external softwares. They are well established and the support/helpdesk is always available for any new queries

What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation timelines can sometimes be longer when using Celigo professional services but the service delivery is always excellent and the team are really knowledgable and helpful

I have encouraged a number of customers to work with Celigo. I believe their smart connectors have improved automation in applications where I have seen it implemented.
The knowledge transfer of how to use IO has also allowed companies to manage their own integration moving forward rather than relying on external partners.
The Amazon reconciliation flow has allowed my customers to automate their payment processing at month end and accurately align payments with FBA and SF sales channels. Previously this was a challenge for finance departments at month end.
The website integration smartconnectors for Shopify, Big Commerce & Magento allows customers to easily interface with their webstore and update inventory, products, sales orders and fulfilments from one central location. Previously maintaining these feeds independently of each other required notable resource in the IT departmtent.

Fantastic Connector
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing implementation and support staff and great out of the box solutions for all our ecomm & fulfillment software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Used to struggle with support hours (we're on the east coast), but updated support hours have solved that. The legacy connectors didn't really allow us to manage flows and errors, or update mappings and schedules, but since moving to the new IO platform, we can easily manage all these tasks and make updates on our own, without having to submit a support ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has experienced incredible growth over that past 4-5 years - adding several new product lines and websites and marketplaces - and Celigo has been a huge help managing this growth by automating processes and playing nice with our ERP.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you use a lot of manual processes to update product listings, copy tracking or other data into ecomm sites, etc., check out a Celigo solution. They will save you a lot of time and headaches.
Celigo is a perfect fit for our business model
What do you like best about the product?
The data that Celigo pulls into our system allows us not only to automate all of our processes, but it provides us granular details on sales that are typically not available for a company our size. If you have NetSuite, Celigo is a must. Celigo does exactly what we need it to do in that it gives us the ability to see live sales data, product movements, etc. We also have a customer connector that helps to process our warranty orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo is a basic platform that does exactly what is tells you it will do. While the system is not a flawless system, the fact that Celigo's customer support is VERY efficient should help to alleviate any concerns about down time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Celigo we would not be able to collect the data on all of our sales that we currently do. We would have to rely on bi-monthly data dumps, thus nullifying any accuracy in our current system.

Celigo seamlessly pulls all of our sales data into NetSuite...period.
Great connector Amazon
What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to understand and easily to change settings on internally rather than having to go through support. Their implementation team is also awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much! The implementation took a few more weeks than we would've liked, but there were good reasons for that, so it wasn't a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to have data flowing between NetSuite (our ERP) and Amazon without having to do much manual work. This has absolutely been the case, and our team is seeing great efficiencies and time savings.

The best feature of Celigo is the ability to map any field and create any custom field. And the latest updates make it even easier to use.

Not much. There was a little learning curve to navigate all aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to sync data between Salesforce and NetSuite. This has allowed our sales team that uses Salesforce to get all the order and inventory information in one app.

Really like the implementation support to get it up and running.
